These guys were fantastic! My first time using a junk removal company. I was overwhelmed moving and reviews looked good, so I gave them a call. Easy to schedule and they stuck to their quote and even took a couple extra items away. Lovely, helpful gentlemen. Very professional, honest, hardworking guys that I will call the next time I need help removing anything I don't have the time or energy to do myself. read more

Called them in the morning and they were able to fit me in about two hours later, they quoted me a reasonable price when they saw my junk (household sorts of things) and had it all gone within 10 minutes. They then swept up all the dirt that fell off some of the items as they were working. Super happy and impressed. read more

Julio and his crew were great! They were very communicative about when they would arrive and quickly removed my couch at a reasonable price.

We had an unexpected 1-week delay, and these guys were very accommodating. They showed up exactly on time for the adjusted appointment, and they worked HARD (including a giant couch and home-constructed 6' workbench)! They were super polite and thorough. We had a lot more than we expected and completely filled their truck. They took it all in stride. This level of service is rare these days, and I highly recommend them. read more

On time and efficient. Quickly moved out an old couch from a second floor condo. In and out in 15 minutes.

PDX Junk Out is fantastic. I was stuck with many years' accumulation of junk, building materials, etc. left by a tenant who never came back for his stuff. We did everything: yard sale, donations, etc. to legally dispose of his things. Finally we whittled the stuff down to a truck load headed for the dump, things that no one would even take for free. Julio came to the rescue. This is a small family business trying to survive in an increasingly competitive environment, and we were glad to support them. Excellent communication (we had to reschedule-- no problem), timely and professional service. Highly recommended!!! read more

I had some things that accumulated around my house that I needed to get rid of. I called PDX Junk Out. Julio answered and indicated he could come by later that same morning. He showed up right on time. He looked over the stuff and gave me a quote and was able to do the job right away. The cost was at the very low end of what I expected. This is the best experience with a home service I have had since I got my house 12 years ago. read more

I had 28 years worth of stuff in my basement and I finally decided if I didn't want to end up on "Hoarders" I should rid my self of this unwanted crap. Did I really need that 10 gallon fish tank or those storm windows from the 40's? PDX Junk Out arrived on time, and were courteous and quick. Within 25 minutes all the stuff was gone at a fair price. Highly recommended. read more

Very disappointed. Would not hire again. The owner jacked up the price to a ridiculous charge for what he was hauling away -- well beyond what he estimated. It felt like a bait and switch, dishonest. read more

We were cleaning out the house and had a lot of miscellaneous items lying around, as well as unwanted furniture in the garage. Upon inquiry, Julio and his partner were able to (1) give me a price range estimate, (2) offer a number of timeslots in the same week, and (3) allow me to complete a booking online, and (4) pick up the items in the very same day I reached out. They were extremely professional, I recommend them for any household cleanout project here in Portland. read more

Owning a house requires never-ending upkeep. With new furniture coming, I began searching for a crew to remove the old. After reading reviews about several firms I gave PDX Junk Out a call. I detailed what would be removed and their price was fantastic. We scheduled for later that same week. They arrived this morning, on time and ready to work. Two loveseats, 1 recliner, and 3 old lawn chairs. I paid them a little extra to move a large sofa in my front room to the basement. The work was complete in less than 20 minutes. I will gladly use them in the future. Thank you Julio and helper, GREAT WORK! read more

PDX Junk Out - Clean as a whistle! Garage envy - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Portland, Oregon

We had a lot of yard waste and a deck tear-down in our backyard. I filled out the online request form on Saturday afternoon (Memorial Day weekend) and the scheduler called me on Sunday afternoon to firm things up for a Tuesday pickup. I appreciated the communication from the guys prior to their punctual arrival. After showing them what needed to be loaded, they agreed that we had a full truck load (12 x 8 x 4 feet). In two hours, the same number of guys had all the yard waste and wood loaded! They even cleaned up the areas that the piles had previously occupied. Julio and Jose were very friendly and did a fantastic job. The high level of customer service from everyone involved with this company was great and I recommend them. read more

Julio and his team were amazing. I'm a real estate agent and used them for a client's house that had a ton of stuff in it. Other companies told me it would take three days to empty it, but Julio and his team worked to get it done in seven hours. They even cleaned as they went and were happy to take everything. Can't recommend them enough! read more

Fantastic job. If you're shopping around, do yourself a favor and go with them. Julio got back to me immediately with a competitive quote and they took care of my job first thing the next morning after my evening quote request. They hauled an additional item for practically the same price quoted before and sent me pictures (I had moved already out of town) as I requested for peace of mind. I couldn't be more satisfied by the job they did. read more

Fantastic service. Quick response in my request, came the same day and did a great job removing and cleaning up. Highly recommended!!

I needed an old couch removed FAST because I was getting a new delivery. PDX Junk Out responded quickly to my inquiry, and had the couch out within three days of asking for a quote. Julio and Juan called when they were within range, and had my couch out of the house within five minutes. Quick, professional, and super nice. I noted that I was in a townhome community, and had less space for a truck. That feedback was taken into consideration with the truck size that came to pick it up. If I ever need junk hauled again I will definitely call this place! read more
