All along the day, I received updates about when the fellows would be here, when they were enroute and when they had arrived. The fellows that showed up, Connor and Tony, were polite and respectful and got right to work. It took them all of about 30 minutes to clear everything out that I needed removed! It was dark, but they had headlamps on their hats and did a fantastic job!! (they even did this with a stand in truck because their regular truck blew a tire and had to go into the shop!) From start to finish this was a smooth operation, VERY well run and managed and an EXCELLENT value for the cost of the job!! Second time not as positive - the workers were 30 mins late, and then I felt I got "car salesed" by one of them with the onsite pricing, and during research afterward learned that I paid 2x what I could have gotten elsewhere (e.g. Junk King), so I was kicking myself for my lack of preparation. These guys are a viable source in a pinch, but you can find way better prices if you do some due diligence, or are willing to load up your car and go to transfer station. I do not like their lack of price transparency and think their "no obligation" onsite estimate is a cheesy tactic.
