There's a lot of square footage to maintain. They do an exceptional job, for the most part. Jennifer in the office is well known for going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I thank Jennifer, Tracy and Acme Storage for some memories I will never forget and a true demonstration of compassion. Every facility has its challenges and it's sometimes difficult to control the actions of others. They were able to quote me via some pictures I sent, and got everything scheduled same day. The techs showed up to the house to pick up when they said they were going to. Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care. The job was easy to schedule with Andrew Torres, the owner, as he is an great communicator and very understanding of our needs. Giovanni, the man who came to do the work, did an amazing job and it was super comfortable and pleasant to have in my home. He was competent, efficient, thorough, and went above and beyond in performing the job. It was another great experience. They will be returning to do more work outside next month.
