I hired Green Gloss Cleaners for a move-out job a year ago, and they did a great job in my 500 square foot space. A year later, I hired them again for two other move-out jobs. This one was about 1400 square feet. After 3.5 hours, they said they were finished. I did a walk through and found so many spots that were still dirty. I asked for those spots to be redone (there were quite a few), did another walkthrough, and ended up having to clean it again myself. Instead of offering to do a second walkthrough to make sure they didn't miss anything else, they just stood around waiting for me to point more stuff out once they thought they were finished with the spot I pointed out. For example, there were a bunch of facial hair shavings in a drawer that got missed. I asked if they could go back to clean it. They did and came back downstairs, so I went up and checked, and there were still hairs in it! So I ended up cleaning them out since I needed to get back to work quickly and didn't have time to find every last thing that didn't get cleaned in this house. As I've done a couple more walkthroughs, I've found things that need to be cleaned that are absolutely not excusable. If I'm paying $400 to have a space cleaned, part of that is for a cleaner to be able to see what needs to be cleaned and to take care of it. I canceled the third cleaning job and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if you're counting on the space actually being clean. EDIT: I offered the option to come earlier in the day to avoid the heat or to use the air conditioner, and they chose not to do either of those. I did not receive any communication that the upstairs was too hot or that a fan was needed (which I could have provided). The cleaner said she wiped down all of the walls. The attached photo is of fingerprints left on a door. read more

Great team! Excellent communication, flexible, reliable, and kind. Love that they use earth-friendly and non-toxic cleaning agents.

Childish behavior by the owner. Did not address concerns. Sloppy, messy work done. Did not provide even adequate cleaning. Not worth the $$ My home, my castle was not respected! read more

Green Gloss Cleaners - Small bathroom floors after they were supposedlycleaned . - Office Cleaning Near Me

Used them for my move-out clean. Was so impressed that my mom hired her for a deep clean of her bedroom and bathroom. Since then, we have been ghosted when trying to get quote to do monthly cleaning. We have reached out several times with ZERO response from them. When they do work, it's amazing. But they lost a potential monthly client due to radio silence. read more

They did a wonderful job! They were right on time and they actually stayed later than quoted to make sure everything was perfect. They were lovely with our pets. I'm very picky about how the floors are done and they did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. Excited to have them as our new regular cleaners. read more

I hired this service to do a move out deep clean on my apartment. They did an amazing job, and at the price quoted. Would recommend.

Green gloss did a great job with my deep clean, I especially appreciated that the cleaning products they used had barely any scent!

My house had gotten a bit out of hand after a long trip. I was planning on doing a 1x clean just to get back on track. I've never had my house cleaned before but they were amazing! I was able to get an appointment the next day and my house looks amazing. All for a flat rate that was less than other companies I looked at. I am so pleased with this service I am planning on setting up regular appointments! read more

Green Gloss exceeded my expectations for my regular clean. My place is spotless, and I just can't believe the attention to detail especially for the price. I originally just wanted a one-time clean but now I will need a clean a few times a month. They told me they would arrive between 12-12:15pm and they were right on time at 12! She squeezed me in last minute because I had some guests arriving in town and didn't have time to clean up beforehand. I'm so appreciative of the work done. Thank you again. read more

They did an amazing job with the move-out clean we requested and had our old place we had lived at for 2 years look new and unused again!
