I would not recommend this company. We paid $740 to have the carpets cleaned in a two-story house, even though the going rate for a house this size is around $350. The technician was only there for about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the results were very disappointing. When the cleaning was finished, the technician mentioned there was one stain he could not remove. I wanted to inspect the work, but he kept ushering me out, saying, "It's wet," and assured me it was only a small stain that was barely noticeable. Unfortunately, I trusted him and made the mistake of not checking everything before he left. After the carpets dried, we discovered it wasn't just one small stain--there were several stains and spots that had not been removed at all. When we contacted the owner about the issue, instead of standing behind the work, he tried to charge us extra to address problems that should have been handled during the original cleaning. Our landlord then referred us to a different carpet cleaning company. They charged $350--half the price we paid--and cleaned the entire house properly. They were able to remove all of the stains that this company claimed could not be removed. To make matters worse, when my husband left an honest review about our experience, the owner responded with misleading statements, including claims about offering a "refund" that never happened. He also tried to argue over the difference between "spots" and "stains." Regardless of what terminology he wants to use, the fact remains that the marks on the carpet were not removed, and we paid a premium price for poor results. We overpaid, received subpar service, and then had to hire another company to finish the job correctly. Save your money and look elsewhere!!! read more

The cleaners did a great job and they were communicative. I paid over $700 for carpet cleaning in addition to what was paid for a whole home cleaning. The carpet cleaner finished very quickly in about 2 hours and mentioned to my wife that there was one spot that he wasn't able to remove a stain. After closer inspection after he left (we were moving), turns out there were 6 stains that were not removed. I inquired about having them come back and completing the job and removing the stains but was told that it would cost more money to attempt to clean the stains. A different company came out and completed the stain removal with little issue. I'd give the cleaning crew a 5 star and the shampooing guy a 1 star. If you want your home cleaned well, I'd recommend. If you want your carpet shampooed, go somewhere else. Especially if they are charging a premium, essentially almost $350-$400 an hour is what it worked as. Also, I don't think the option of charging more money to complete the carpet cleaning was the appropriate remedy. read more

Amazing! From their customer service to their pricing, being attentive to what the customer would like done to the cleaning itself, was well worth the money. I spoke with at least 15 other cleaning agencies and I went with this one and am so glad I did! read more

I have 5 rentals and it's always a challenge to find a good janitorial company that responds quickly for a quick turnaround. Janitorial Plus was one of only 2 companies out of 1/2 dozen which responded and showed up the next day for a quote. Their quote was very reasonable considering the state the tenant had left the unit. Elizabeth and her team were magicians. I was fully prepared to paint all the doors and baseboards in the 3 bedroom unit. Not necessary any longer, because they transformed it into a sparkling clean state. I've been a landlord for 40 years and when I run into a great company that provides superb service at a very reasonable price I don't let go. Thank you Elizabeth & team and Jorge for a remarkable job. read more

Very good cleaning of my home! Very nice family owned business communication was great.

We were looking to get multiple jobs done. Deep cleaning home, exterior windows washed as well as our carpets cleaned. Janitorial Plus was a life saver to schedule everything in one spot. All I did was state exactly what I needed and they scheduled everything to be done in one day. The workers for all jobs are excellent. They are reliable and pleasant to work with. It saved me the headache of trying to coordinate and be available for the work. This way I scheduled everything to be done in 6 hours.! My house sparkles and it was a great relief to have it done. I highly recommend this service and will be using them in the future. read more

They are literally coin operated; I had to come out of meetings twice, once to make payments while they are doing cleaning and second time to show the proof of the previous payment to cleaning crew. don't understand the rush to get payments and why can't they went until the job is done when I have already paid a $65 advance's payment read more

The house was clean as a whistle. The cleaners showed up on time and were very good people. I would recommend this company to people.

Very friendly and communicative and gave a touch up of making the toilet paper and paper towels into bows

Yesterday afternoon we had an appraisal done on our house .We knew the appraisal company, was on their way, so I reached out to Arturo and Jorge out for help. They got us scheduled quickly. They sent Ilen and Yaquelin for the task at hand. After a couple hours, the left, my huband went from room to room telling each other...,"Hey! Look at this!" "Look at that" we literally danced in our halls! You cant imagine the difference you made. We are now going to set up regular appointments. You guys are amazing! There were no rocks overturned.Brilliant job. read more

Highly recommended! I was nervous about our home's move-out clean because I was working that day and wouldn't be there to provide direction or ask questions. But communicating with Arturo and Jorge was a breeze and the house was spotless when I came to see it the next day. Everything was as requested and smelled great. I will definitely utilize this small business again. read more

Communicating with these folks was not easy. After multiple emails I was on the verge of telling them that they cost too much. We finally made an agreement that the cleaners would work to $150 on a much reduced list of tasks before discussing how much more should be done at the stated $50 per hour. When the cleaning crew arrived, it became obvious that they had not been told of changes to the task list, nor of the stopping point before being instructed to proceed. It was impossible for us to communicate with them (except by dramatic sign language) because they didn't speak or read English. So many tasks on the list I'd eliminated got done anyway. (I had pulled things off a "deep cleaning" list supplied by the company.) If you consider using this firm, realize that customization is not their forte. BY THE WAY: the cleaning crew was friendly, hard working and pleasant to have in the house. One of those stars are for them! read more

We hired Janitorial Plus for pre-moving deep cleaning, including windows. They did a wonderful job. There were areas that missed the first time, they came back to address the issue right away. Communication is smooth. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. read more

We've been using Janitorial Plus for house cleaning services for almost a year and we love them. The whole team is great and easy to work with. Arturo sends me a reminder when we are due for our monthly cleaning and usually gets us scheduled within a few days. We usually get the same 2 person team each month and they are incredibly professional, thorough, and efficient. We've also had a different team come in when our regular folks were on vacation, and they were probably just as good. In my opinion this company is very reasonably priced for the exceptional service they provide. I highly recommend Janitorial Plus. read more

My friends recently sent Janitorial Plus to my home right before I was expected to have my baby. My home is under various stages of remodeling and so it always feels as though things do not get cleaned. Well, they came and deep cleaned every area imaginable. Our nasty shower that was old and brown was sparkling like a shiny penny. Our stove looked brand new. They even went as far as cleaning my sons crib and sweetly organized his stuffed animals. Both my husband and myself were in disbelief with how wonderful of a job they did. We felt incredibly relieved and ready for our baby's arrival. We now plan on having them come back routinely. I highly recommend Janitorial Plus and will recommend them to all my friends and family. read more
