I've used Janitorial Plus for years. They're thorough and reliable. Kind and efficient. They are happy to adjust schedules when needed.

I would not recommend this company. We paid $740 to have the carpets cleaned in a two-story house, even though the going rate for a house this size is around $350. The technician was only there for about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the results were very disappointing. When the cleaning was finished, the technician mentioned there was one stain he could not remove. I wanted to inspect the work, but he kept ushering me out, saying, "It's wet," and assured me it was only a small stain that was barely noticeable. Unfortunately, I trusted him and made the mistake of not checking everything before he left. After the carpets dried, we discovered it wasn't just one small stain--there were several stains and spots that had not been removed at all. When we contacted the owner about the issue, instead of standing behind the work, he tried to charge us extra to address problems that should have been handled during the original cleaning. Our landlord then referred us to a different carpet cleaning company. They charged $350--half the price we paid--and cleaned the entire house properly. They were able to remove all of the stains that this company claimed could not be removed. To make matters worse, when my husband left an honest review about our experience, the owner responded with misleading statements, including claims about offering a "refund" that never happened. He also tried to argue over the difference between "spots" and "stains." Regardless of what terminology he wants to use, the fact remains that the marks on the carpet were not removed, and we paid a premium price for poor results. We overpaid, received subpar service, and then had to hire another company to finish the job correctly. Save your money and look elsewhere!!! read more

The cleaners did a great job and they were communicative. I paid over $700 for carpet cleaning in addition to what was paid for a whole home cleaning. The carpet cleaner finished very quickly in about 2 hours and mentioned to my wife that there was one spot that he wasn't able to remove a stain. After closer inspection after he left (we were moving), turns out there were 6 stains that were not removed. I inquired about having them come back and completing the job and removing the stains but was told that it would cost more money to attempt to clean the stains. A different company came out and completed the stain removal with little issue. I'd give the cleaning crew a 5 star and the shampooing guy a 1 star. If you want your home cleaned well, I'd recommend. If you want your carpet shampooed, go somewhere else. Especially if they are charging a premium, essentially almost $350-$400 an hour is what it worked as. Also, I don't think the option of charging more money to complete the carpet cleaning was the appropriate remedy. read more

Communicating with these folks was not easy. After multiple emails I was on the verge of telling them that they cost too much. We finally made an agreement that the cleaners would work to $150 on a much reduced list of tasks before discussing how much more should be done at the stated $50 per hour. When the cleaning crew arrived, it became obvious that they had not been told of changes to the task list, nor of the stopping point before being instructed to proceed. It was impossible for us to communicate with them (except by dramatic sign language) because they didn't speak or read English. So many tasks on the list I'd eliminated got done anyway. (I had pulled things off a "deep cleaning" list supplied by the company.) If you consider using this firm, realize that customization is not their forte. I've been using Janitorial Plus for over a year now and would highly recommend them. My daughter began using them and was very happy with the service, so recommended them to me. Arturo is very responsive to any of our needs (changing dates, times, etc.), so the flexibility comes in very handy. There's nothing better than walking into a home that's been scrubbed and made shiny! I had the deep clean done (fabulous) and now every three weeks because it's just my husband and me. My daughter has every two weeks since she's got a family and things tend to get messier. So every three weeks we have a basic clean, which includes mopping, vacuuming, complete clean of the two bathrooms, and beds made if needed. My husband fixed a rate for 2 hours of cleaning with Arturo for house cleaning and we decided on a time according to his crew's availability. But as soon as the 2 ladies arrived, she informed me she only has 1.5 hours and I have to tell her priority areas as she will not be able to cover the entire house. At a little over 1.25 hours, she tells me u want the floor to be cleaned or the bathroom, I only have 10 minutes. They did such a shoddy job, climbing on my sofas with dirty socks, left behind a mess of her dirty towels in my kitchen sink, staircase carpet not vacuumed and also left everything so unorganized that I had to spend a good 30 minutes to put things back in place. She also, told me she does not clean the couch or dust it. That too after climbing on my couch to get to the blinds. Dont know what kind of cleaning service is this. I dont recommend them.
