This is a great cleaning service! Communication is easy, the cleaner arrived on time and did a great job on deep cleaning my apartment. In particular, they did an excellent job on cleaning the induction cooktop which had stuck-on grime, the interior of the fridge, microwave and oven. Payment goes through Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. I would use Chosen Bright again anytime. read more

Very through job deep cleaning our house -- light switches, window tracks, floors, etc are sparkling!

I hired this team to do a deep clean of a home that had been vacant for 2 years and had developed a rodent issue in the interim. Needless to say, the house needed quite a bit of work to get it ready to go on the market. It was almost 5000 sq ft on one level, and every drawer, cabinet, and appliance needed to be addressed. When Bright Cleaning finished with it, it was IMMACULATE!! I couldn't believe what an incredibly detailed job they did! I would use them again any time! read more

Very disappointed. Rental had new flooring and painted throughout so a one time cleaning of two bathrooms, oven, one vinyl slate blind and kitchen cabinets. Estimated time of 3-4 hours at $60 per hour for one cleaner turned into 6+ hours almost doubling the cost. Said they did a deep clean of the bathrooms which were already cleaned except for shower and tub. Glass shower door still had hard water scale which I cleaned later. Oven had grease around door and gas cooktop half done leaving grease on metal and grates after using a razor blade scraper. Blind looked fine. Kitchen cabinets wiped out inside but cobwebs, grease and food still on doors, handles and sides. Difficult to communicate what needed or had been done until Viktroiia showed up. Would not recommend them for a one time cleaning. read more

Clear communication, showed up on time and do a very thorough job, would definitely use again and recommend to friends

Very pleased with the cleaning service and relatively affordable! We were quoted by other services higher prices to clean the house! The only challenge was communicating with them, their English was a bit limited. But overall they did a pretty good job! read more

Was in town helping my brother who has been ill. Due to his condition his place was pretty unkempt when I arrived so I started searching Yelp for house cleaners. I found Chosen Bright and was sent two lovely ladies who really worked super hard and by the time I got back, his place had gone from someplace I didn't even want to have a meal to a place I could have eaten a meal off the floor! Thank you so much for a great job and for leaving thing sparkling in spite of all the hard work! read more

Victoria's team did an amazing job cleaning our home. We had a 5-hour deep clean done and they were detail oriented and exceptionally thorough. We recently adopted a new puppy and between dogs, kids and me not having much energy left after cancer treatment, our home was a mess, but now it looks sparkling clean again, thanks to Victoria and her cleaners! They arrived on time, were professional and polite and I can have peace of mind again with a clean and happy home. It was so worth it and I highly recommend Chosen Bright Cleaning. 5 stars! read more

I know, when I refer Chosen Bright to people, they sometimes think their prices are high. I will ALWAYS tell them, "no one cleans as hard as the people who work for Chosen Bright". You can hire someone for less money, but you will get exactly what you expect; LESS. They are timely, efficient, hard working, and will do every service you request or ask for. I am a senior homeowner and in all my years of having people clean (50 years), I have never had anyone as good as Chosen Bright. I know that cleaning services have a tendency to decrease their efficiency, but NOT Chosen Bright. THEY ARE THE BEST CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! read more

Easy to contact. Made appointment within a week of call. Came on time and did a perfect job. Will use them again.

Our daughter who lives in Portland has allergies and has a cat. Not a good combination. My wife and I who live in Los Angeles are also prone to allergies. Prior to our visit to Portland, we thought it might be beneficial to treat our daughter to a thorough cleaning of her apartment. We did some research and based on reviews, Chosen Bright Cleaning seemed like a best option. I spoke with Victoria at Chosen Bright who explained their services and rates. Victoria sent us an agreement that clearly detailed the services and explained the charges. Victoria was always available via text or phone to answer any questions. There were never any surprises. A team of two people spent five hours and cleaned the apartment top to bottom. Victoria's team repositioned cartons and items that might be in the way. When they were done, our daughter texted my wife and I to say "Everything is great! I can breathe deeply again. And the team was really sweet." Our daughter and her roomate were really pleased and grateful for the cleaning performed by the team. A few days later my wife and I arrived for our visit. My wife who is traditionally highly-allergic to cats, remarkably had no problem being in the space. The apartment looked great. Everything was clean!. Our daughter, my wife and I send our thanks to Victoria and the team at Chosen Bright Cleaning. read more

We hired Chosen Bright to initially do our office. They did such a wonderful job they are now cleaning our home. All of Victoria's employees are hard working, respectable human beings. It was very simple to schedule the initial cleaning. They did an amazing job. I've got them on a regular schedule now. I've recommended them to several friends and co-workers too. They definitely deserve the 5 star reviews. read more

Our house is a 1907 four-square. We have wood blinds, windows with deep sills, and a TON of animals. So, to say we were asking a lot when we looked for a deep clean is not an understatement. However, Viktoriya was quick to respond and their overwhelmingly positive reviews were reassuring. $50/hour per hour per cleaner for a total of $110/hr?! Gulp. That's more than I make, and I'm a RN. But hey, you want a professional job, you gotta pay a professional price, right? But...to prevent a budgetary blood bath, I asked that they be strategic and cap the cleaning at 5 hours ($550.) The cleaning team came a couple days later. We had a list of what was most important: dusting! Wipe out the oven, clean on top of the kitchen cabinets (which get greasy despite our best efforts,) and don't worry about the fridge. We specified that we wanted the interior windows cleaned, and when Viktoriya asked if we wanted "tracks," I said "sure." I'm still not sure what that entails... Our home was not terribly dirty to begin with. We spend a significant amount of time cleaning. But a week later, when I look at things more closely, I wonder where they spent their time. The DVD player/cabinet-o-tech stuff doesn't appear to have been cleaned. There's a bunch of dirt/fluff under the couch- I had assumed they'd pull them out and clean underneath them (which I hate doing, hence I hired cleaners...) The night before they came I put the oven through a cleaning cycle, and I know there was ash in the bottom, but they sprayed it with some cleaner and failed to wipe it out (see picture) The blinds weren't dusted. Sigh. I absolutely hate this chore and I was hoping to outsource. The upstairs bathroom was clean. Most of the window sills were sparkling. (But not the window in the stairway.) Viktoriya let me know that there was way too much to do (as we knew) and that they would, kindly, clean the downstairs bathroom for free. Which was sweet. But we rarely use that bathroom, and one of my biggest nemesises is the mold that grows on the grout in there. Alas, it survived their cleaning. Sigh. Had I spent $350-400 for this cleaning, I would be slightly disappointed, but not surprised. Having spent $550 on this cleaning, I'm both disappointed and surprised. I feel like professionals should be able to assess and prioritize for a deep cleaning. When she asked, the same day, I told Viktoriya that they did a "good" job. I am revising my review. They did an "okay" Job. But if you're going to charge a "WOW" price, you should do a "wow" job. read more

I contacted Chosen Bright to do a move-in clean for a large home we recently purchased. The home was left very dirty. Victoria and I discussed the job and she quoted me an estimate for how long the job would take, and the hourly rate of each cleaner. The Chosen Bright team arrived right on time. I was in and out at the house while they were cleaning. Toward the end of the quoted time estimate I was concerned because there were areas of the home that hadn't been cleaned. When I contacted Victoria she let me know that the home was dirtier than expected and they would be unable to do everything in the quoted time. Victoria came to the home herself to help the team get as much done as possible, and did not charge me for the extra labor. The house now looks so much cleaner, and I really appreciate Victoria's commitment and effort to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this company! read more

I contacted Chosen Bright for an initial deep cleaning for my apartment. I live in a senior community where once a week housekeeping is included, but it's definitely not what I would call deep cleaning. I gave Victoria my square footage and she gave me the rate and how much time she thought it would take. The cleaner she sent is FANTASTIC! She literally cleaned my place from high ceilings to floor! My apartment is sparkling clean. It was a brand-new apartment when I moved in a year ago. This cleaning is even better than when I first moved in. There was some kind of adhesive on the bathroom and living room floor that would not come off. It's not there now!! Same with the shower dam in the bathroom. It was stained from being wet/damp, but not anymore. I am so happy with the result. She even repaired a wobbly table in my entry way!! Well worth the money. I would most definitely recommend Chosen Bright, as I already have to my neighbors. read more

I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of cleaning and service we experienced from Chosen Bright. Especially calling out Inna, Vitalina, and Oksana! These ladies were extremely thorough and very respectful of our home. We haven't had a professional cleaning since moving in 7 years ago and our home looks brand new! My 2 top things were removing hard water stains from our bronze fixtures and very stubborn stains inside the microwave. I feared we would need to buy replacements but not now!! Also, Victoria was highly communicative, setting expectations and asking clarifications the whole way. We didn't gather other quotes but the price was well worth the results. I never could have done this by myself! read more

Can't get any better than Chosen Bright Cleaning. We met with Viktoriia on short notice to get a quote and had them preform a deep clean. She was flexible with my schedule and promptly on time. She was very clear with expectations and communication. Her staff was incredible, they were very professional, worked extremely hard, and ever so polite. (Also they were exactly on time) We loved their work so much that we set up a bi-weekly cleaning schedule with them. I highly recommend their services. read more

I have hired three cleaning companies since moving to the area and while all three have done an OK job, Victoria's team at Bright Cleaning is the best, most in-depth cleaning I've ever had. They were polite, worked quickly and did everything and more. The shower was so clean that my fiancee asked me if I had replaced it as a joke because every bit of build up and the water spots were gone. They will be our go to going forward and we will be referring them to everyone. I can't recommend them enough read more

Chosen Bright did a fantastic job in my apartment. Victoria was very friendly and responsive and easy to schedule with. And Diana did an amazing job, especially with my bathroom. Very reasonable prices, too. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I reached out to Chosen Bright Cleaning because they had the best reviews and I like to support great small businesses. I was quoted $40/hr for the first deep cleaning which is consistent with what I've paid other housekeeping services in the past. I was also quoted a flat $150 per cleaning fee for bi-weekly maintenance cleaning, which is twice what I've ever paid. I figured maybe they'd spend a lot more time cleaning during each session than my previous service, so I figured I'd give them a shot. The deep cleaning left all my blinds half dusted (see photos) and other dusting was missed. My decor was moved around or piled up and left rather than placed back in its spot. When Viktoria asked how it went, I explained the things that were missed and shared photos. She assured me those things would be fixed in the next cleaning, and to her credit, the next cleaning (a different gal) did a fantastic job, just like my previous housekeepers have done. The next cleaning (same gal) was likewise great. The only issue I have is I was being charged $150 for 2 hours of work. When I brought this up with Viktoria, I was told that the gal is really fast and it's a physical job, and other girls would take 3-4 hours. Here's the problem: 1) I'm a former professional janitor of many years, so I know cleaning 2) I was there during every cleaning and nobody was running around in a frenzy of cleaning, the girls were even taking phone calls (which is fine) 3) My house is ~1,000 s.f. of cleaning, no kids, and we're neat, uncluttered people 4) Every other service I've used also only took 2 hours (as it should) to clean and charged $80 Housekeeping simply is not a $75/hr job. Period. Professionals with college degrees don't make that an hour. My healthcare professional wife makes half that an hour. A housekeeper employee is going to make $15-20/hr max. Where is the extra $60/hr going? The cleaning by the 2nd gal was awesome, but Viktoria wouldn't budge on the unrealistic $75/hr rate. What happened to $40/hr? ***** for the cleaning * for the price read more
