The two women that came worked really hard and we were very pleased with our home cleaning. We have a baby and a dog and a lot of clutter, but they still managed to clean our floors, make our kitchens and bathroom spotless, and work quickly and swiftly. One of our cleaners understood English and the other did not, but it wasn't an issue at all! Thanks so much for your help! read more

Enlisted 7 Cleaning to clean 1/2 a garage (I park in the other half, so nothing to clean on that side) Quoted a minimum cleaning fee of $300. On the day of service, 2 cleaning ladies arrived closer to 1 pm and were finished by 2:30. I was charged $350. I was assured the $50 overcharge would be refunded. After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. Quality of the cleaning was good but would not recommend based on poor business practices. read more

Our rental looked better than when we first moved in! The carpets needed a serious clean with three cats and they did an amazing job. Very communicative and able to work within a budget. Absolutely recommend! read more

Our house was definitely neglected on the cleaning front and they came in to make it cleaner than it's been in years. Highly recommended

I was so impressed with the quality of service from Yana's team. They did a relatively quick but extremely thorough deep cleaning that made me feel like my house had an entire reset. I also appreciated how kind the ladies were and look forward to my regular cleanings in the coming months. read more

Yana's crew has been cleaning our home for the past 6+ months and we're more impressed with every cleaning. They are meticulous in the cleaning, take good care of our stuff, and are super communicative. We work from home and have a dog, so we were looking for a cleaning service that could be consistent and efficient so that we can be out of the house for an expected period of time during the cleanings. 7 Cleaning has exceeded our expectations. read more

I've been traveling for work quite a bit, and we've gotten behind on housekeeping. Having lived in apartments for the vast majority of our lives together it never ceases to amaze us how quickly you can lose maintenance on a bigger house. 7 Seven Cleaning to the rescue - the technician came in, and got to work and cleaned so deeply she got things like baseboards (amazing) and did such a fabulous job. So appreciate the attentiveness to detail, I was able to work all thru the day and she did her thing, I hope I can figure out how to make this a routine thing 5 stars, 10/10 - thank you! read more

I got a quote of $50 an hour through Yelp. That is a great rate. There was no mention of a 2 hour minimum in their quote. We arranged for a day and the cleaner lady showed up right on time. She started cleaning random stuff in my place which was weird. I kept telling her no, the bathroom only. I was clear in my intentions on Yelp. She didn't speak English which is fine she had her phone translate. I moved everything out of the bathroom that I didn't want cleaned. I showed her the floor, the tile up around the floor and the walls. She said she was done in about 30 minutes. I went back in and she didn't get high enough on the walls and I have a really gross litter tray I wanted cleaned. She stayed for an hour. Time to pay I got a Zelle massage saying I owed $650.00. I said no way and got a call from a Russian man. He said 2 hour minimum. I said no. There was no agreement to that. Then he said she worked an hour and a half. I said no. She worked 1 hour. I told him I already paid her $150.00. $100 for cleaning and $50 for tip. He kept contacting me. I threatened him if he continued to harass me I would leave a 1 star review. The cleaning lady did a very thorough job a I appreciate her service. Her name is Veronica. 2025 - Review #7 read more

Bottom line, I'm a Senior Bachelor. Two ladies arrived on time and proceeded to Deep Clean my humble home over 1 1/2 hours. They were professional, courteous and very thorough. I recommend this company very highly. read more

I'm pretty shocked at how poorly this went. I was enjoying my clean house until I went in the kitchen to find my quartz counters destroyed. The company says they only used water and are denying responsibility. The marks match my stove pieces and paper towel markings so they clearly set things down with abrasive chemicals on them that stained my counters. I tried everything to get this out. I got quotes from companies to fix this and they said this is some of the worst chemical staining they have ever seen. Accidents happen but the denial of responsibility is wild! read more

Great professional cleaners. Did a great job, even landlord was impressed and asked for their contact info. read more

Sadly they only receive 2 stars from me. I have used them in the past and not been home. This time I was. I have a small house but pay for a deep clean. The minimum is stated as 3 hrs. There would be plenty to do. The cleaners came at 1215 and left at 215. I had to ask them to finish other rooms. To please clean the glass. They seemed in a rush and left at 215. I found many spots in the house not clean and it did seem rushed. Yana reached out with the charge for 3 hrs. I said they didn't stay that long and rushed off. She didn't care and then was condescending. I will not use them again and recommend if you do to make sure you are getting a good cleaning and the full time. read more

Best cleaning experience! We requested an apartment move-out clean and the two cleaners basically revived and renewed our entire space. We will be recommending 7 Seven going forward. read more

This was hands down the worst cleaning experience I've ever had. I hired this company expecting professionals, but instead got two women who didn't speak a word of English, so I couldn't even communicate where I needed them to clean. They stayed in my house for 3 hours and did absolutely nothing. The fridge? Still filthy. Dishwasher? Didn't touch it. Bathrooms and kitchen? Looked the same as before they arrived. I was charged for 3 hours of "work" but it felt like they just stood around. This is beyond unacceptable for the amount they charge. Complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. read more

Really wanted to get some cleaning done for our apartment. This was the most responsive company, which I liked. They sent out (2) two ladies and they did a good job. Only thing I recommend they bring booties for their shoes or are willing to take off their shoes. Forgot to mention They were also priced reasonably. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

Hired 7 Seven for a deep, move-out clean, using the Yelp function. They were first to respond, had great ratings, so I went with them. The team did an excellent and thorough job, especially on areas we asked for (window grime, basement dust). Deep clean was a bit more $ than expected, but I am very satisfied and will hire this company again. read more

This review comes somewhat late as I moved eight months ago. This business did an awesome and wonderful job Cleaning. However, upon exiting took some of my cleaning supplies, such as the brushes that I provided for them to use. Maybe they were unaware that they were mine. 4/5 stars. read more

Got a quote from Yana for blind cleaning. Her quote was straight forward, competitive, and it is clear that she does quality work. The only thing she could have done better to secure the job or have me chose someone else faster was put an estimated time on the job. read more

Yana and her crew were the best! We did a walk through of the house, she asked very good questions to size the job, and she asked if we wanted the job done quickly or could they take the time they needed to do a really good job. We were very pleased with the results and the bill for 4 hours of work was less than the original quote. I'd definitely hire 7 Seven Cleaning again! read more

Wow! We are so impressed with 7 Seven Cleaning. I put a request for quotes up on Yelp, thinking no one could help me as I needed someone for the next day. Yana responded very quickly, was very kind and easy to deal with. One thing I made sure I did after reading some of the reviews. I messaged her before the services and said since we have a very small place, we only wanted two hours of cleaning max. She was agreeable. Our condo looks amazing! Literally everything is sparkling clean and it smells so good in our home. My husband was stressed all week because we have both been working a lot and we have out of town guests coming in tomorrow. It was a wonderful surprise for him and our guests will enjoy our very clean place. I highly recommend 7 Seven, just communicate your needs well and Yana will do her best to accommodate you. read more

Response to owners comment: The owner/company did reach out to me in multiple ways to ensure they correct what I was not pleased with. I appreciate their efforts and time, but I personally did not want anything corrected as we were moving into our home and were limited on time, so I had not responded back. I will also admit that I did say the home looked good, but it was because I responded right away vs actually awaiting a couple days to allow me to see everything they cleaned. Unfortunately, as the days went by and we moved into our home, we saw more things that we would've thought to be cleaned. I also did not think the cleaners didn't understand english -- I just wasn't sure if they would understand my requests well because I was explaining very quickly as we walked so they could get started on cleaning. I still give the company a lot of kudos as our house is pretty large and there was a lot to do, hence why I provided a tip to the cleaners. I don't doubt that all the other 5 star reviews are correct, but this was a personal experience. This company's response time is incredible. Within 24 hours, they got us booked in for a move-in clean, which was relieving as we had so much on our plate already. There were 2 cleaners that arrived at the dot of the scheduled time, which showed they were very punctual. Unfortunately everything around the house needed a great clean and dusting. I was able to request areas I really wanted to target as the previous owners cleared out most of the home, but not clean entirely. I wasn't sure exactly if there was a huge language barrier so I tried to point and navigate with them as I explained. We were originally quoted for 4 hours, but came back to realize they needed 5. No issues there. Our home is pretty big which I can understand but there were certain areas that were questionable in cleaning. - Our oven needed a great clean which was done but between the crevices was still dirty. - The dishwasher looked like it was wiped down but there didn't seem like there was scrubbing on the racks and at the bottom of the dishwasher. - We have some darker blinds and in a reflection, we saw the smears of where they wiped and it was not the whole part of blinds, just majority of the middle. - A couple of the bathtubs did not seem to be cleaned as we still saw some dirty hard water marks. Overall, the response time and customer service is great. I just found that for the price we paid, there were a lot of unclean spots. read more

This company was an absolute pleasure to use I booked them well over a month in advance. The two ladies were very punctual and professional that cleaned my 4 bed 3 bath house. They did an amazing job in just 4-5 hours! Side note: The cleaners did miss cleaning around the 3 vents in the ceilings. I reached out to the business and that same day they came back to the house and cleaned! Truly AMAZING company! I will be using them again when I move! Thank you 7 Seven Cleaning Services! read more

I was moving out of my apartment and everything was a little dingy. I called and requested a quote which was about midrange and booked them about 3 weeks in advance. I got confirmation of them showing up the day before, and they were there on time, two very hardworking young women. They scrubbed every inch of the apartment, even going above and beyond with the stove, refrigerator, and deck. It was many hours of work, but the apartment was shining at the end of the cleaning. It was worth every penny. read more

We are beyond satisfied with this company, not only are they affordable, they are prompt and very thorough! Could not ask for a better cleaning service. Thank you! read more

It is a clean home. It is NOT the service I requested. The cleaners were hard working. If the work was as discussed, 5 stars. The owners had asked me if I wanted a regular OR a deep clean when I scheduled the work. I answered regular. They sent staff with the direction to do a deep-clean. After a few attempts to explain to the staff that it is not what we wanted, it came to light that they do not understand English. They kept cleaning and would not stop. When I reached out to the owners to help, they cited the war in Ukraine over the phone to me. It felt as a way to guilt me into keeping them working, at an hourly wage, for a large job that I did not spec. I needed their help to explain to the workers what the job was and it took a couple phone calls to do that. All the while, the hourly cost for the work keeps racking up. Again, thorough clean (at top dollar), but the management/owners flubbed the whole experience. read more
