I got a quote of $50 an hour through Yelp. That is a great rate. There was no mention of a 2 hour minimum in their quote. We arranged for a day and the cleaner lady showed up right on time. She started cleaning random stuff in my place which was weird. I kept telling her no, the bathroom only. I was clear in my intentions on Yelp. She didn't speak English which is fine she had her phone translate. I moved everything out of the bathroom that I didn't want cleaned. I showed her the floor, the tile up around the floor and the walls. She said she was done in about 30 minutes. I went back in and she didn't get high enough on the walls and I have a really gross litter tray I wanted cleaned. She stayed for an hour. Time to pay I got a Zelle massage saying I owed $650.00. I said no way and got a call from a Russian man. He said 2 hour minimum. I said no. There was no agreement to that. Then he said she worked an hour and a half. I said no. She worked 1 hour. I told him I already paid her $150.00. $100 for cleaning and $50 for tip. He kept contacting me. I threatened him if he continued to harass me I would leave a 1 star review. I'm pretty shocked at how poorly this went. I was enjoying my clean house until I went in the kitchen to find my quartz counters destroyed. The company says they only used water and are denying responsibility. The marks match my stove pieces and paper towel markings so they clearly set things down with abrasive chemicals on them that stained my counters. I tried everything to get this out. I got quotes from companies to fix this and they said this is some of the worst chemical staining they have ever seen. Accidents happen but the denial of responsibility is wild! read more

I hired this company expecting professionals, but instead got two women who didn't speak a word of English, so I couldn't even communicate where I needed them to clean. They stayed in my house for 3 hours and did absolutely nothing. The fridge? Still filthy. Dishwasher? Didn't touch it. Bathrooms and kitchen? Looked the same as before they arrived. I was moving out of my apartment and everything was a little dingy. I called and requested a quote which was about midrange and booked them about 3 weeks in advance. I got confirmation of them showing up the day before, and they were there on time, two very hardworking young women. Response to owners comment: The owner/company did reach out to me in multiple ways to ensure they correct what I was not pleased with. I appreciate their efforts and time, but I personally did not want anything corrected as we were moving into our home and were limited on time, so I had not responded back. I will also admit that I did say the home looked good, but it was because I responded right away vs actually awaiting a couple days to allow me to see everything they cleaned. Unfortunately, as the days went by and we moved into our home, we saw more things that we would've thought to be cleaned. I also did not think the cleaners didn't understand english -- I just wasn't sure if they would understand my requests well because I was explaining very quickly as we walked so they could get started on cleaning. I still give the company a lot of kudos as our house is pretty large and there was a lot to do, hence why I provided a tip to the cleaners. I don't doubt that all the other 5 star reviews are correct, but this was a personal experience. This company's response time is incredible. Within 24 hours, they got us booked in for a move-in clean, which was relieving as we had so much on our plate already. There were 2 cleaners that arrived at the dot of the scheduled time, which showed they were very punctual. Unfortunately everything around the house needed a great clean and dusting. I was able to request areas I really wanted to target as the previous owners cleared out most of the home, but not clean entirely. I wasn't sure exactly if there was a huge language barrier so I tried to point and navigate with them as I explained. We were originally quoted for 4 hours, but came back to realize they needed 5. No issues there. Our home is pretty big which I can understand but there were certain areas that were questionable in cleaning. - Our oven needed a great clean which was done but between the crevices was still dirty. - The dishwasher looked like it was wiped down but there didn't seem like there was scrubbing on the racks and at the bottom of the dishwasher. - We have some darker blinds and in a reflection, we saw the smears of where they wiped and it was not the whole part of blinds, just majority of the middle. - A couple of the bathtubs did not seem to be cleaned as we still saw some dirty hard water marks. We moved into a condo that the seller had paid $450 for a move-out cleaning. The fridge, dishwasher, microwave and sinks were clean. I requested a deep clean and scheduling was fast and easy. Two people arrived on time and I was quoted 5-6 hours. We agreed to 5 @$500. Unfortunately, it was not a "deep" clean. I've had home cleaning in the past, and it was similar to a 3-4 hour one person job. We have very little clutter, one non-shedding dog, and things are well organized, so I was surprised at the estimate of time and just hoped it would be thorough. Sadly it was not. The light fixtures and fans weren't dusted, the high dusting didn't look like it happened, the area under the couch wasn't vacuumed or mopped, the blinds weren't wiped down, the interior of the fridge wasn't touched. These are things I believe should certainly be included in a deep clean for that amount of time. It is a clean home. It is NOT the service I requested. The cleaners were hard working. If the work was as discussed, 5 stars. The owners had asked me if I wanted a regular OR a deep clean when I scheduled the work. I answered regular. They sent staff with the direction to do a deep-clean. After a few attempts to explain to the staff that it is not what we wanted, it came to light that they do not understand English. They kept cleaning and would not stop. When I reached out to the owners to help, they cited the war in Ukraine over the phone to me. It felt as a way to guilt me into keeping them working, at an hourly wage, for a large job that I did not spec. I needed their help to explain to the workers what the job was and it took a couple phone calls to do that. All the while, the hourly cost for the work keeps racking up.
