Anna was super communicative about her scheduleand did a great job cleaning. Would highly recommend!

I hired Anna to clean a residential unit back in October. We expected that she would be the one completing the service and would be sticking to the quote provided. On the day of the cleaning, someone not associated with Anna's business arrived to complete the clean which was never communicated with us. The person who arrived was unkind, clearly bothered by being there, and left within the hour of arrival with no communication to any of us. She returned the following day to complete the clean, still rather rude, and did very little to actually clean the space. It is a jr. 1 bedroom, smaller than the size of an average studio apartment. Anna then told us that the person she "contracted out to" wanted to charge her $100 an hour for the clean and claimed to have been there for two full days of work. Over the course of the month we were sent multiple sporadic communications and invoices as high as thousands of dollars for a job that was never completed and done outside of what we agreed to. When I stepped in to take over communication and get the situation cleared up, I set an appointment to speak with Anna. She missed the phone appointment, despite texting with us earlier in that day. I attempted contact with her again yesterday, and finally after multiple texts and a call was able to get her on the phone to discuss the situation. We negotiated the invoice down to the hours truly worked at the quote we agreed on; despite the job not being done I agreed to pay to end the matter. This finally occurred at the end of my day yesterday. I then find that she called me outside of work hours, called my employee, and threatened to add a late fee if the invoice is not paid today. An invoice that had just been sent the night prior at end of day. I find Anna's actions and communication to be deeply unprofessional. I cannot recommend her services, and will not be working with her again in the future. read more

Anna was so lovely and helpful. We needed an emergency clean for a home we were moving into that hadn't been cleaned after the prior tenant moved out. Anna came by next day with two other cleaners and did a wonderful job, especially on such short notice. read more

You don't know what your house needs until you hire someone who really knows how to clean. We were beyond pleased with Anna's service. Our home didn't just look cleaner, it FELT cleaner! It's been several days and the cleaning is holding up, even after a huge gathering at our place. Money well spent! read more

Anna and her partner did a fantastic job with our move-out clean, both working long hours to get everything done in time for our deadline to drop off the keys and still offered a very affordable flat rate. I got quotes from a few different cleaners and companies before choosing Anna, and though she's new to Yelp, she's not new to cleaning and her experience shows. Highly recommend for any house or apartment clean. We were in full panic mode trying to get everything done in time, had to reschedule from a weekday to a weekend, and didn't even have everything done by the time they came over. They were incredibly understanding and super flexible, working on the empty rooms while we were still finishing up packing. They brought their own cleaning supplies and used all green products that don't give you headaches. Because the products are natural some of the items took longer, like multiple sprays and cleans of the oven and stove, but that's also because to be honest I've only cleaned that thing a couple of times in the last several years. They took care of mold in the windows and got to all the cabinets and nooks and crannies that I'm frankly embarrassed got to the point they were at. But they never made me feel ashamed, even though they had every right to at least do a LITTLE shaming at my grossness. The floors in particular needed a lot of love and they did great with them, too. Anna was a great choice for our move-out clean. She took all the daunting deep cleaning tasks into consideration -- windows, oven, fridge, hardwood floors, extremely troublesome bathroom tile grout -- and did an awesome job. It's an older house with a lot of quirks and stains that can make cleaning difficult, but she worked some real magic. I didn't think the grout COULD get so clean.
