It seems they probably did not want to service my property because the job was too small. There was no attempt to apologize (if anything their tone was confrontational). Something to keep in mind when considering this company. UPDATE: The business has replied to my review below with a bunch of falsehoods- smearing their customers is apparently what they do when their lack of professionalism is pointed out. I stand by my review. I've attached some screenshots of our conversation which speak for themselves.
