Not sure what's up with this business. I wanted an estimate so the owner said she'd come in person to my house, we scheduled it, then she said she couldn't leave her office and had to come an hour later. Wasn't a big deal at all so I said okay. She came, all seemed good, she seemed nice. Said she would email me with an estimate.... Never got that email. I gave it time but never heard from her. I ended up messaging her and she just never replied! I even saw the "read" receipt. How about some courtesy? Doesn't seem professional at all. read more
