I hired this company to clean my parents' home in preparation for showings as the house was for sale. The house was pretty much empty and just freshly painted so not a lot in the way. I specifically asked for floors, windows and bathrooms to be deep cleaned and then the rest of the light cleaning in order to finish the house. (4-bedroom 2 bath one story) 4 young women showed up to clean and I thought wow, 4 people this house is going to look amazing. 4 hours later they were finished. I had been working outdoors since I was getting things ready in the yard and garage. I was notified they were finished, and their boss would be by to do a final inspection. Before I knew it they were leaving including the "boss". I wanted to do a walk through however the floors were wet. My mistake, I had too much trust. I had to leave, so I locked up and didn't check the house. My parents came home the next morning and found 3 broken valves on their gas range. It seems as though they tried to clean the grooves and pushed something in there and broke the valves. There was dirt and grime on the floors, bathrooms that were not deep cleaned as well as windows that had spots and wipe marks. We took pictures and sent them to Santos cleaning immediately. The owner stated she could not come over nor had anyone available to come and correct the issues. The house was on the market and that day and we had potential buyers in place to come and look at the house. My mom and I had to do spot cleaning and make the house presentable. You may ask why we waited for the day before, we did not, we schedule with enough time however Santos called to reschedule one day later. When I called to report and further discuss I was met with defiance and then ignored. When I reported the broken valves, Santos came along with 2 other cleaning staff and stated the damage is due to wear and cleaned around the burners and seemed to be looking for an excuse. My parents take good care of their home and now she is suggesting they were already broken, 3 burner valves. I think not Ms. Santos. Santos then quickly stated she would send a technician her company works with. A gentleman came over and verbally confirmed the broken valves and stated he would notify Santos and send us a report. We never heard back from this technician nor Santos. We hired a technician to come and give us an estimate and fix, almost 500.00 for parts and 250. for labor at this point. We are still waiting or parts. So far, we are in 1200 plus which includes 420.00 for the "cleaning". I get it everyone has a bad day, and this is how I tried to approach these issues, with patience and a level of understanding however, to be ignored is unbelievably unprofessional. We still believe in you Ms. Santos and hope you will make things right for my parents, otherwise I will see you in small claims court. We we're happy with Santos for a while. When we first had their help, they were consistent and flexible. When we moved, we decided to stay with them because they were reliable. The last few times they've reschedule, or showed up late with little to no notice which has been inconvenient to say the least. Furthermore, their 2 person team is now in and out in leas than an hour, which at $90 (+tip) per cleaning makes me feel like we're not getting our monies worth. My husband and I are pretty clean, and I know there's not much of a mess, but there's definitely more deep cleaning that could be done. The last time they rescheduled and didn't show up at all or reply to my messages was the last straw. read more

It's a two hour weekly service for the hard stuff we don't have time for. Crew of two comes in and gets it done for us every week. Have not had a complaint yet. We needed a non-contract related request (personal) and asked her for her assistance. She did not hesitate to agree to help. And then did not accept money for the extra effort involved. I contacted Santos to get an estimate due to all the raving reviews I saw on Yelp. Sabina contacted me right away and scheduled a time to meet. On the day of the appointment, I drove home from work and waited a good 20 minutes before I called Sabina to see if she was lost. At that time, she asked me for my address (which she already had from our previous conversation) and then told me that she was running late and if she could come later that day. Unfortunately, I can't just leave work whenever I want, so I canceled our meeting all together. If Sabina had just called to let me know that she was running late, I would've gladly rescheduled our appointment - instead of keeping me waiting, who knows how long I would've waited, had I not called her. read more

My other housecleaner became ill last minute and right before we had family coming over for the holidays. When I originally called she called me back within just a few minutes. Customer service was excellent. The owner was very friendly and quick to get me in on a cancellation. I'm extremely thrilled with the results. I've had two other housecleaners prior to this who could not get certain stains off my sink and they did it the very first time! I'm stoked! I texted Santos Cleaning on Saturday morning, and they responded at once. My tenant moved out, and I am desperate for some major cleaning. Sabina (owner) scheduled the cleaning on Sunday 7:30am because she has another booking at 10am. But, she was so thoughtful in picking up the key on Saturday afternoon so that I don't need to get up so early on Sunday. The cleaning crew took care of everything on my cleaning check list and more. It makes me sad to write this review. I've used Santos cleaning service for over 3 years. I appreciate the service they all give and have had only a few broken items over the years. Besides superlative cleaning service, they were friendly to my dogs. That being said, the broken items were never reimbursed, broken blinds from swatting them with a towel to clean them and an older porcelain Lenox box that's no longer in stock. I always paid monthly and on time, and made sure the dishes were done, clothing pick up and any other items out of the way that could get in the way of cleaning. Then I moved. I communicated this with Sabina and verified that she serviced the Battle Ground area. She said yes, we made a new service day and time. I had a 2 week period of packing the old house and unpacking at the new house that I asked to defer service, which she agreed to, and then she totally ghosted me! I text several times, called and left messages. After a 3 year relationship, communicating that she no longer wanted to offer services would be the professional thing to do. The service was great, I have no issues with the cleaning, however the professionalism is subpar. Sabina, If you didn't want to support the Battle Ground area please just be upfront about it so I didn't worry about you! I had given them a great review prior, not any longer. Very poor job, sent Sabina a picture of my shower which had not been touched. she didn't respond for days then suggested I find someone else, which I already had done. She promises to come out and either doesn't show up, cancels at the last minute or comes and stays 10 minutes and then leaves. Seems there were always different people in my home that you couldn't communicate with, sloppy work and not dependable. I've used Santos since September 2015 on a weekly basis. Sabina and her team do a wonderful job every week at our home. She thoroughly cleans each bathroom and the kitchen sparkles after every cleaning. They rotate cleaning blinds, furniture, and other areas that aren't regularly used every other week or so. It's so nice to come home to a clean house. Santos is fairly priced for the service you get - I've had two other house cleaners, so I have some context for value. read more

I chose Santos after reading reviews for several people/companies, and getting quotes that were all comparable. I called the morning of to confirm they would clean my laminate floors with minimal water as they're crappy and fragile - Sabina was very sweet and said yes yes, they knew exactly what they were doing and not to worry. Sabina said she would be there with a few others as well. They agreed to a whole house clean and I let them in, then I left for 4+ hours and they called when they were almost done for me to come back to pay. Sabina was not there. When I came home, two of the cleaners had left and one gentleman remained - he was in my driveway waiting. I ran inside to get a check, and he followed behind me without being invited - this made me very uncomfortable. He suggested I go upstairs to make sure everything looked good - I was not about to walk upstairs alone in my house with a stranger. I wanted him out. I quickly paid and locked the doors. Then I looked. The floors hadn't been cleaned. Literally. Not touched. My floors were still filthy with animal hair and mud. Baseboards untouched. Cupboards dirty. House dirty. I couldn't believe it - I felt so violated and ripped off and shocked. I'm a reasonable person, and an area or two forgotten about in 3,000 sq ft is no big deal, but a STILL DIRTY house with floors literally untouched is ridiculous for $300. I called Sabina and told her I was confused that the house was completely dirty. She said she was supposed to check in on them but she didn't. Sabina came back, with one of the cleaners, and I pointed out many specific areas caked in mud and dirt and the floors that hadn't even been vacuumed or mopped. She said she was so surprised and very sorry and needed an hour to clean. She left after an hour. I looked again and this time, main floor had been vacuumed and mopped but literally specific areas I had pointed out (a fireplace mantle and surrounding tile with mud on it) was untouched. The basement floor had not been cleaned still. I gave up. She texted me she was really sorry and would give me $20 ofd next time. I don't know who these people were who "cleaned" my house, but it was pretty appalling. I will never allow them into my house again. Instead, I'll go with someone a little pricier who has better reviews. read more

I first submitted a request for a quote last week, and then later in the week I posted a question about how long I should wait. I then sent another request for a quote and then because I thought maybe it hadn't gone through, the next day another request for a quote. It has been over a week and I haven't received any response at all. All of the other cleaners that I asked for a quote have responded within a day. If I could give no stars, I certainly would! I was moving and scheduled a move out clean with Santos for early the morning I was due to turn in keys. I went to the house to drop by payment and there wasn't anybody there. I called the office and they didn't answer. Just a text saying that they would call in 15 minutes. After about 30 minutes I hadn't heard from them, so I called and it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I left a message and asked if anyone was on the way and for a call back regardless so I knew if I had to clean or not. No call. Ever. My husband was out of town on business and asked what happened. After explaining it to him he called and got an answer. He asked why nobody showed up and they said there was an emergency and they couldn't make it. I understand life happens. But there was no call, no text, and she was declining my calls. I got a text late in the afternoon after talking to my husband and said they could come out. When I called the number back to arrange them to come finish what I had left to do, no answer once again. Very unprofessional and just plain rude. Haven't heard a word from them since. read more
