Having a dirty house seems to compound my depression so I reached out for professional assistance to get caught up. I got the one time deep cleaning. These guys showed up when they said they would, cleaned my house more thoroughly than it's ever been cleaned, and were a pleasure to deal with. I've had other house cleaners over the years through other companies. It seems like they send out a roster of different people and there are inconsistent results because everyone does things differently. I'm usually left happy that someone else cleaned my house, but annoyed at a lot of the missed items. The owner of this company cleans your house and he CARES what you think. They moved small furniture and all of my houseplants to get under them. And did my baseboards. My floors are spotless. My house is SO CLEAN. I have zero complaints! They were also very friendly to my dogs! Highly recommend. I got 5 quotes, this company was comparable in price and offerings to the other 4. I went with them initially because they could fit into my schedule the easiest/quickest. Glad I did! Also-easy online payments. Will definitely revise my monthly budget to sign up for the bi-monthly service!

She pays attention to even the smallest details, there are never fingerprints or water spots left on the faucets. The price is very reasonable as well. In addition to her excellent cleaning skills, she is extremely reliable and always finishes on time. She is very detail-oriented and can work independently, so I rarely have to worry about anything related to the Airbnb cleaning. She also takes care of replacing items such as shampoo and other supplies when they run out. She is very thoughtful as well and often anticipates what needs to be done ahead of time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional cleaner.

They went above and beyond what I asked and there are parts of our home we are amazed to see so clean. (I don't think it looked this good even when we got the keys to the apartment) Their pricing was not only fair but a total value and money well spent! We will be hiring her and her team to come by our home at least once a month, and hopefully continue to have her with us even when we move into our permanent home. The team is very responsive and professional, and I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for incredible and reliable cleaners. Thank you so much, Leincy!

I hired Green Gloss Cleaners for a move-out job a year ago, and they did a great job in my 500…read moresquare foot space. A year later, I hired them again for two other move-out jobs. This one was about 1400 square feet. After 3.5 hours, they said they were finished. I did a walk through and found so many spots that were still dirty. I asked for those spots to be redone (there were quite a few), did another walkthrough, and ended up having to clean it again myself. Instead of offering to do a second walkthrough to make sure they didn't miss anything else, they just stood around waiting for me to point more stuff out once they thought they were finished with the spot I pointed out. For example, there were a bunch of facial hair shavings in a drawer that got missed. I asked if they could go back to clean it. They did and came back downstairs, so I went up and checked, and there were still hairs in it! So I ended up cleaning them out since I needed to get back to work quickly and didn't have time to find every last thing that didn't get cleaned in this house. As I've done a couple more walkthroughs, I've found things that need to be cleaned that are absolutely not excusable. If I'm paying $400 to have a space cleaned, part of that is for a cleaner to be able to see what needs to be cleaned and to take care of it. I canceled the third cleaning job and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if you're counting on the space actually being clean. EDIT: I offered the option to come earlier in the day to avoid the heat or to use the air conditioner, and they chose not to do either of those. I did not receive any communication that the upstairs was too hot or that a fan was needed (which I could have provided). The cleaner said she wiped down all of the walls. The attached photo is of fingerprints left on a door.
