On the day of service, 2 cleaning ladies arrived closer to 1 pm and were finished by 2:30. I was charged $350. I was assured the $50 overcharge would be refunded. After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. Quality of the cleaning was good but would not recommend based on poor business practices.

Estimated time of 3-4 hours at $60 per hour for one cleaner turned into 6+ hours almost doubling the cost. Said they did a deep clean of the bathrooms which were already cleaned except for shower and tub. Glass shower door still had hard water scale which I cleaned later. Oven had grease around door and gas cooktop half done leaving grease on metal and grates after using a razor blade scraper. Blind looked fine. Kitchen cabinets wiped out inside but cobwebs, grease and food still on doors, handles and sides. Difficult to communicate what needed or had been done until Viktroiia showed up. Would not recommend them for a one time cleaning.

Bonilla's Cleaning Services came in clutch! My partner was…read moremoving from a three bedroom house with a full basement, into a small studio apartment. The house was very well lived in, and required extensive cleaning beyond our desire for doing. I remembered my dear friend, Josh, had started this cleaning business a small while back, so I texted him first thing. He got back to me the same day and immediately connected with Julie, one of the cleaners and who appears to handle scheduling as well. They gave us THE MOST reasonable quote, and were able to come the day we requested. They were on time, locked everything up, threw everything away that we didn't need with sound intuition, and the place was spotless. My partner got his full security deposit back AND a compliment from his landlord on how clean everything was. It doesn't just end here. Moving into his new spot - the DAY before, we walked through and were very unhappy with the cleaning job that the previous tenant did after leaving. I crossed my fingers and called Julie, juuuust to see if she could wiggle anything in that same night/early the next morning before we started moving boxes. She texted me back and came over that SAME night. It was spotless the next day, and left us feeling very confident about the new space we were moving into. I would rely on Bonilla's Cleaning Services for any and all spaces I need SPOTLESS.
