We've now used A+ Janitorial Services for a few different things. We first used them for carpet cleaning a few months ago as part of a move and they did a fantastic job (super clean and perfect lines!). After we had settled into our new house, we started looking into different house cleaners and ended up asking if A+ Janitorial Services cleans homes (which they do). They came and gave a free quote with different options that fit our preferences. After talking to a few different companies, we decided to go with A+ Janitorial Services since we had a good experience with them before and the price was very fair. We are so glad we did! They have come two different times now, once to clean just our bathrooms (we have four) and once to do a full house cleaning. They left everything so clean and it smelt AMAZING! I'm not sure what they use, but it is great. We generally keep our house pretty clean so I didn't even think it would look that different, but somehow it was even more clean and perfect and shiny!! We will for sure be using them again going forward. If you're looking for someone to either clean your home or clean your carpets, I would definitely look at these guys. Highly, highly recommend! I didn't remember to get pictures, but will try to take some next time around! They left everything looking so beautiful, words can't do it justice! read more

On the day of service, 2 cleaning ladies arrived closer to 1 pm and were finished by 2:30. I was charged $350. I was assured the $50 overcharge would be refunded. After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. Quality of the cleaning was good but would not recommend based on poor business practices.
