These people make the impossible look easy - We have had an awning up for about 20 years and it was showing a lot of 'age' - now after Paul and Chris got done with it you would not have a clue as to its age. Clean & White now. I did not expect that it would come out as well. They arrived on time as scheduled and the project was priced well too.. Awesome Job. I called them because they did an excellent job when they cleaned our windows last year ! They had to remove storm windows and clean them AND the window in the wall. There was a lot of black gunk between the panes and now it is gone.. and it has not come back. It may return in the future a few years from now but they cleaned it so completely that it will take a lot of time to re infect the area. So far there is no sign of black gunk. All the people I have had contact with in this company are pleasant and listen to you and your needs. Then they help you solve even the most unlikely situation like our 20 year ageing awning that they made clean.. now I smile.. smile.. smile.. I am sure they will help others smile too. read more

I live in a 4 story condo in St Johns. Needless to say vendors who do a good job are hard to come by and make a big statement when we find them. A1 is a marvelous company to work with. We have had them do the whole complex as well as single units washing the windows. They are awesome. The windows are spotless when they are done and it's safety first for their employees. The winds got a little high one afternoon and they immediately came off the ladders and rescheduled to finish. The last visit was Mason and Mitch who were professional and friendly. Colter and Mario did an amazing job on my storefront windows today! I called three companies for help cleaning the large windows on the front of my shop. There are only two windows, so it's a "small" job. I knew that, but was at my wits end trying to keep them clean myself. A1 was the only company to call me back. They were kind, funny, easy to talk to and MORE than willing to take the time to do my two windows. We were able to time it for when they would already be in my area, so no special trip for my small job, and the price is SO REASONABLE!! After reading reviews decided to give A1 Integrity a call for help cleaning our outside windows. Ive had some poor experiences with house projects as of late so was a little pessimistic about how it would go. After having an onsite inspection to obtain a quote, we were able to schedule the job quickly. Greg and Dylan came out, and were great! Very friendly and professional, not only did they honor, without question or upselling, the quote I had been provided but went the extra mile in getting paint overspray off of our window panes. We're so pleased with the work done by Colter & the A1 Integrity team to clean our gutters, wash our windows and hang some beautiful holiday lights for us. Our second-story roof line is way too high to safely reach on our own, especially in poor weather - thankfully this company does it all. Colter was super professional and efficient. Chris and Stephen did an incredible job cleaning my windows, gutters, and treating my roof for moss! I had only arranged to have my windows done. Once I realized that they did gutters, they added that to the job at a very reasonable price. As I was about to pay them I discovered they treat moss as well. They cheerfully stayed longer, climbed onto the roof and did that as well. When up there they kindly removed a bunch of lint from a clogged dryer vent. A-1 sent me Zachery & Stephen on the hottest day of the year so far. Both were extremely friendly, professional & did a fantastic job!!! They did both outside & inside. We have a large home with soooo many windows including difficult 3 story high curved windows that requires the largest extension ladder to reach. I cannot see one speck or streak on those crazy windows or any of my windows (which is hard to do when you have the sun hitting him). We will call A-1 Integrity again & recommend them!
