These people make the impossible look easy - We have had an awning up for about 20 years and it was showing a lot of 'age' - now after Paul and Chris got done with it you would not have a clue as to its age. Clean & White now. I did not expect that it would come out as well. They arrived on time as scheduled and the project was priced well too.. Awesome Job. I called them because they did an excellent job when they cleaned our windows last year ! They had to remove storm windows and clean them AND the window in the wall. There was a lot of black gunk between the panes and now it is gone.. and it has not come back. It may return in the future a few years from now but they cleaned it so completely that it will take a lot of time to re infect the area. So far there is no sign of black gunk. All the people I have had contact with in this company are pleasant and listen to you and your needs. Then they help you solve even the most unlikely situation like our 20 year ageing awning that they made clean.. now I smile.. smile.. smile.. I am sure they will help others smile too. read more

So happy with A1 Integrity window cleaning service. Given covid restrictions we limited service to external only, and distance protocols. Yanish called ahead of scheduled appt time, and was on time. He called again at arrival, to cover specifics normally done face to face, perfect! We were happy to see the correct tools...ladders, squeegees and towels! Hey, last company showed up with poles and hoses! Per discussion, he cleaned windows, screens and tracks. He was efficient, safe and careful with ladder, bushes and house. Upon completion he pointed out window issues and scratches he couldn't overcome. And he confirmed a lower in/out rate for next time. Super happy. A1 Integrity is our new go to for window cleaning. Highly recommended. read more

I live in a 4 story condo in St Johns. Needless to say vendors who do a good job are hard to come by and make a big statement when we find them. A1 is a marvelous company to work with. We have had them do the whole complex as well as single units washing the windows. They are awesome. The windows are spotless when they are done and it's safety first for their employees. The winds got a little high one afternoon and they immediately came off the ladders and rescheduled to finish. The last visit was Mason and Mitch who were professional and friendly. We could not ask for more. On time, reasonable and on schedule - can you ask for any more? I highly recommend this company for your window washing needs, screens and all. read more

Colter and Mario did an amazing job on my storefront windows today! I called three companies for help cleaning the large windows on the front of my shop. There are only two windows, so it's a "small" job. I knew that, but was at my wits end trying to keep them clean myself. A1 was the only company to call me back. They were kind, funny, easy to talk to and MORE than willing to take the time to do my two windows. We were able to time it for when they would already be in my area, so no special trip for my small job, and the price is SO REASONABLE!! Colter and Mario showed up today, cleaned the windows and were very friendly. I love having this job off of my to-do list and I wish I had called them years ago!! read more

After reading reviews decided to give A1 Integrity a call for help cleaning our outside windows. Ive had some poor experiences with house projects as of late so was a little pessimistic about how it would go. After having an onsite inspection to obtain a quote, we were able to schedule the job quickly. Greg and Dylan came out, and were great! Very friendly and professional, not only did they honor, without question or upselling, the quote I had been provided but went the extra mile in getting paint overspray off of our window panes. I would recommend A1 to anyone who is looking for professional window cleaning and would use them again in a heart beat! Thank you! read more

We're so pleased with the work done by Colter & the A1 Integrity team to clean our gutters, wash our windows and hang some beautiful holiday lights for us. Our second-story roof line is way too high to safely reach on our own, especially in poor weather - thankfully this company does it all. Colter was super professional and efficient. He showed up on time, kept us up to date throughout, and the final product was exactly what we were hoping for - they were even able to get us scheduled sooner than we were originally expecting. Plus, they'll be back to take our lights down!! All for such a reasonable price. 5 stars, thank you. read more

Kaleb and Neal came this week to clean our gutters and wash/clean our significant number of windows in hard to reach areas! I cannot overstate how impressed I was by the quality of their work. Those guys never stopped and you could see the care they took with each window pane. Kaleb also let us know we had some tiles loose on our roof so we could get someone to fix them. One of the most impressive things was I had originally asked for moss treatment and he told me we didn't really need it and took it off the bid! WHO DOES THAT??? Business for life and recommendations to everyone I know! read more

Thank you so much A1 Integrity and Dylan! Yanas and Gavin just left our house having done a great job on the installation of our Christmas lights! They both were so friendly, they wore masks and they went above and beyond! We won't even have to plug in the lights everyday because they put them on a automatic timer! That's so nice! We were amazed at how quick they had the job done and loved seeing them take pictures of the house when they finished! They truly enjoy what they do for others! We are so thankful that this year our Christmas will be so much brighter thanks to you all! read more

Chris and Stephen did an incredible job cleaning my windows, gutters, and treating my roof for moss! I had only arranged to have my windows done. Once I realized that they did gutters, they added that to the job at a very reasonable price. As I was about to pay them I discovered they treat moss as well. They cheerfully stayed longer, climbed onto the roof and did that as well. When up there they kindly removed a bunch of lint from a clogged dryer vent. Four important tasks that had been haunting me were taken care of in one visit! Thanks guys!! read more

A-1 sent me Zachery & Stephen on the hottest day of the year so far. Both were extremely friendly, professional & did a fantastic job!!! They did both outside & inside. We have a large home with soooo many windows including difficult 3 story high curved windows that requires the largest extension ladder to reach. I cannot see one speck or streak on those crazy windows or any of my windows (which is hard to do when you have the sun hitting him). We will call A-1 Integrity again & recommend them! Thanks guys read more

Excellent window washing service! Greg and Colter did a super job with our windows and screens. They cleaned inside and outside, and were as careful with our belongings as we would have been! They informed us of the cost before beginning work, and checked with me throughout the day to make sure they were doing exactly what I wanted. They came highly recommended by a neighbor and I am happy to recommend this service as well. You will not be disappointed in their professionalism. read more

Greg and his team did a fantastic job installing our Christmas lights. This is the 3rd year that A1 has done our lights. This year we went "all in," by investing in their recommended commercial grade colored and white lights. Our two story home looks amazing. We couldn't be happier. A1 cleans our windows on a regular basis, too. This is a fantastic business, providing service of the highest quality. Merry Christmas! We love A1 Integrity! read more

Paul and Yonnie called ahead to advise what time they will arrive which is appreciated. Both were friendly and did a great job on cleaning my windows. They even advised us of a board on our roof that needed replacing. I've used A1 for several years to clean my windows and will continue to use them in the future. Please let Yonnie know the company who replace our windows is Vancouver Glass. read more

Alex and Jeremiah cleaned our windows today and we are very happy with their service. They were very efficient and fast. They also removed and wiped the screens. We will definitely have them come again to clean our windows!! Also, they were extremely polite. I appreciated the fact that they removed their shoes when they needed to walk throught the house. I'll give them an EXCELLENT rating!, read more

This is the second time I have used A-1 Integrity for window washing, and the first time for pressure-washing my house. They were prompt, friendly and very helpful, even though I wasn't quite as ready for them as I could have been (oops). They worked quickly and did a fantastic job on the house exterior as well as leaving me with spotless windows! I highly recommend these folks! read more
