He came out to look at the job, arrived exactly when he said he would, looked the job over and gave me a very reasonable quote, especially considering that my two-story house has 34 large windows and two sliding glass doors. He seemed very professional and prompt. We made an appointment for the job, and again, he arrived promptly. BUT I can't say enough good about the quality of his work. He even cleans the window tracks and frames. He also did a splendid job on my miles of gutters, some of which were plugged. Kevyn is great! I'm going to plan on using him twice a year. As I've gotten older, house maintenance is getting harder for me to do. I noticed just after the last big rain, my gutter was looking like Niagara Falls. I don't have any large trees nearby, but the gutters haven't done that ever so I knew they had to be filled with debris. Kevyn gave me a reasonable quote for both the gutters and cleaning all the windows in the house. And he even pointed out some moss patches that were beginning to take hold and should be treated as well. So I had him do all three tasks which he accomplished in a short amount of time but he didn't skimp on the attention to detail. Kevyn is a Vancouver native, local family man and just a nice person. He was prompt when he arrived, worked tirelessly till it was all completed and I feel I really got my monies worth. He'll be back in the spring for another window washing!
