Very responsive and friendly business. I usually hire them to do my gutter cleaning esp in light of the less than great service from another company. They let you know when they're coming, when they're done and what they found. Will definitely do business with Kevyn's team in the future. read more

Meticulous!!! Our windows and window tracks look amazing. Kevyn & son are polite, friendly, hard working and made our windows sparkle like diamonds! I was blown away with how wonderful they looked when finished. He also cleaned our patio cover and did an amazing job. For both jobs, we felt the price was affordable and reasonable. We highly recommend their service and will be using them again in the future. read more

I can honestly echo the other great reviews of Kevyn's business Diamond Window and Gutter Cleaning. His price was excellent. He took painstaking care to do a great job. I contacted Kevyn at Diamond and he responded promptly with a quote that was very competitive. I live in a condo with a number of sliding windows and 4 that are very hard to reach. I booked the service with Kevyn and his employee, Justin (sorry if I got his name wrong :-() came out promptly on time. I cannot tell you how fantastic the service was! Justin was so careful and respectful of my home, even taking his shoes off while in my home. My windows are beautiful! I highly recommend this company for your windows! You won't be disappointed! "SUPERB" DESCRIBES IT ALL. I contacted Kevyn for an estimate to clean all my windows, inside and out, and my gutters as well. He came out to look at the job, arrived exactly when he said he would, looked the job over and gave me a very reasonable quote, especially considering that my two-story house has 34 large windows and two sliding glass doors. He seemed very professional and prompt. We made an appointment for the job, and again, he arrived promptly. BUT I can't say enough good about the quality of his work. He even cleans the window tracks and frames. He also did a splendid job on my miles of gutters, some of which were plugged. He is so good that we contracted with him to come back next year - or maybe SOONER. read more

I'm VERY impressed! Kevyn, the company owner and operator, is very prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional. I was not able to be home when Kevyn arrived to clean my gutters, and Kevyn messaged me to give me status updates and final reports. In choosing a gutter cleaning company, I received quotes from many cleaners, and chose Diamond for the following reasons: * Kevyn quickly, thoroughly, and completely answered all of my questions * Kevyn is one of the only who bags and removes the bagged debris from your home; most others use your waste bins * Kevyn's pricing was lower than all other quotes I received I was also very happy to see that Kevyn extended me a discount off of his original quote, making the cleaning a veritable bargain. There was also no debris left on the ground or roof as has happened with other gutter cleaners. I'm VERY happy I hired Kevyn, and will be utilizing his services from here on out. read more

Kevyn came by today for a gutter cleaning. He noticed that trees near our house hadn't dropped all their leaves yet, and recommended waiting to clean until they'd dropped all of their leaves. There was one gutter that was clogged already and he just cleared it free of charge. Amazing. We'll definitely be scheduling our gutter cleaning as soon as our trees finish losing their leaves. read more

Kevyn is great! I'm going to plan on using him twice a year. As I've gotten older, house maintenance is getting harder for me to do. I noticed just after the last big rain, my gutter was looking like Niagara Falls. I don't have any large trees nearby, but the gutters haven't done that ever so I knew they had to be filled with debris. Kevyn gave me a reasonable quote for both the gutters and cleaning all the windows in the house. And he even pointed out some moss patches that were beginning to take hold and should be treated as well. So I had him do all three tasks which he accomplished in a short amount of time but he didn't skimp on the attention to detail. Kevyn is a Vancouver native, local family man and just a nice person. He was prompt when he arrived, worked tirelessly till it was all completed and I feel I really got my monies worth. He'll be back in the spring for another window washing! I heartily recommend Diamond Window and Gutter Cleaning!! read more
