I tried to use my voucher but they increased the price to $720! I wanted one side of my home pressure washed (it's 1 story and under 2,000sq ft) and when they arrived they pointed out that the Groupon was for one side but it requires you to have at least two sides done. Fair enough. So I asked for a quote for the additional side. They said the additional side of my small 1 story house was $720?! That's INSANE. So basically I either lose the $31 I paid for the Groupon OR I pay them $720 for "the additional side". I looked online and many places would do my whole house for that price. This was ABSOLUTELY a bait and switch scam. When I said: look, I really just want this one side, maybe we can come to an agreement. They then said: $620 for the one side. I said: you know what? I'll just do it myself. They left. And then called me and said: $499 for both sides. I told them no thank you. Then the guy said: okay my manager will be calling you. But that manager NEVER called me. So I paid $31 for nothing. No service. It seems like a massive scam to me! Ultimately, I bought an extender to my pressure washer and I was able to do two sides in under 4 hours. And I have zero experience with pressure washing the side of a house. This place is horrible. Do NOT use them. I have emailed Groupon to express my concerns. If they had given me a reasonable price to begin with or refunded my Groupon when I didn't have them perform a service, that would be one thing. But taking my money and walking away... that's not okay.
