Update March, 2024 - l appreciate James and Co so much. It's an investment in our home and worth every penny! This year we simply needed window washing which includes screens and tracks both inside and out! Update August, 2023 - Christian and team come today to clean windows and screens inside and out. They also soft washed the house. We built in a brand new neighborhood and the house was pretty darn dirty! I feel like we have a brand new house again! The entire process of working with James Co Window Cleaning was seamless and a real pleasure. I got a quote and booked my appointment online and today I'm sitting in my home with beautiful, spotless windows. We had the interior and exterior windows cleaned as well as the screens and the tracks cleaned. We also have lots of sidelights and transoms in addition to glass office doors. I would Highly Recommend James Co Window Cleaning and will use them again read more

We've used James Window Cleaning for several years for cleaning the inside and outside of our windows and every time we have been very pleased with the results. Ethan was no exception and provided the same great level of service. Thanks Ethan for the wonderful service once again and the level of care you take with our home. read more

I had James Co out to wash all the windows both inside and outside. They were professional, careful and the windows look great. They did the screens and also cleaned the tracks which were very dirty. The workman was careful to not harm several screens that were brittle, and he fully explained his process before he started. I liked that chemicals were not used on the outside as I did not want chemicals on the new landscaping. I will definitely hire them again. read more

This is the fifth year we have hired James Co. to do our windows, inside and out. We moved and have a few less windows and most are on the lower level, but they are all screened and we now have a skylight. As always the crew was thorough, conscientious, and careful with the glass and screens. Their cleaning/rinsing process allows the windows to air dry spot free. It works. They are neat and careful. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed. read more

A pleasure. Our windows had not been cleaned in - far too long. What a difference! Who knew how pretty the view is!

I was very impressed with this inside+outside window cleaning service. What I got was: -On Time arrival with text and phone heads up -Very fast service (2 hours for a large 2 story home) -Crew of 2, one inside one outside They use water, telescoping brush for quick and effective outdoor cleaning, and they did take care of small details like tape residue, mildew, dots of tree sap. The price is competitive, but the service and results are the best we've had at our house. Highly recommended! read more

Fantastic work as always! We've had them clean the windows, gutters and roof several times and they continue to amaze us!

This is totally worth it! Christian & his son Ethan are super heros. You guys made a great first impression, and a new client. I had no idea just how dirty my window were. There was no mess left behind. This is NOT the kind of thing where your bill is twice what they quote you. You must have a great woman behind you!! read more

Awesome job! They took their time and you can tell they take pride in their work. Christian and Ethan cleaned the gutters and windows on the inside and out. They even took care of a few extra things just because they knew I'd be selling my home and it would look better for the house. I don't have any hesitation using them again in the future or recommending them to anyone. The windows are looking great and my gutters look spotless. Fast, courteous and professional! Thoroughly cleaned all windows and slide grime and even wiped the window ledges. All done super fast and done well. I never realized how bad the windows were until I viewed out after the cleaning! He's a bad upseller though -- I could have used some pressure washing while he was already at my house but didn't even know he did that too until I went to review him :-) Nice to have a good go-to source! read more

They came by yesterday and did a quick and thorough job. I've used the company before and had the same experience. Always feel good about using a competent local company read more

This was the absolute worst home service experience I have ever had. In my original communication with the owner of the company I asked if he cleaned window tracks because the house that I purchased 6 months ago had been neglected and the tracks were very dirty. He assured me that he did and came out to make an estimate. After viewing the five windows and tracks he gave me a price. I told him I wanted him to be comfortable with the price he was charging. He said he was. He didn't mention any kind of tiered service and didn't seem bothered by the dirt in the tracks which I assumed he knew how to clean since he had come over and seen them for himself before pricing the project. After he and his assistant had cleaned the exterior of the glass they went to do the interior. From the water used on the outside, some of the window tracks were filled with water that formed a kind of mud with the dirt in the tracks. I asked him about the standing water and mud and he said the drain holes were plugged but assured me he would be able to clean them. One window's tracks were dry and he needed a vacuum but didn't have one of his own so he had to use mine. Again, I thought it odd that a professional would not be equipped to do a job properly. I told him to go ahead and remove the screws that were plugging the drain holes. He removed them from one of the windows but the dirt and debris kept them from draining. He seemed to get frustrated with that but again assured me he would clean the tracks. Then he seemed to get visibly frustrated and announced they were leaving. I asked if he was going to just leave the dirt and standing water in the tracks and he said "that's as good as they're going to get." He asked to be paid and I did because what else could I do? I'm not accustomed to having someone demand payment when they didn't complete a job. His assistant even pointed out that there was still water and dirt in the tracks. At this point I just wanted him gone because it was obvious he wasn't going to finish the job right. He left in a hurry and I the more I looked at those tracks filled with dirty water and soil the madder I got. I texted him and told him how unhappy I was with the job he did and he blew me off at first, telling me my windows were "defective." When I expressed even more displeasure he grudgingly said he could come back out in a few days. I saw no point in this and told him he was not a good service provider, having not delivered on the job he was hired to do. I had already given up half a day of work. Honestly, I have never been in such a situation where someone leaves without finishing a job they were hired to do. I suspect he underbid to get the work, got into it, found out it was more complex (though he had seen the windows and tracks before he provided his bid) and decided to cut his losses and lose a customer rather than follow through. I asked for part of the money back and he ignored me. His excuse for leaving the tracks dirty is that I was given the "basic" package which doesn't include tracks. But that package only costs $89. I paid considerably more at $280. And he did clean the screens which is only included in the Premier package so that was what I was expecting, and that package includes track cleaning. Also, he didn't have to do the sliding glass door which should have made it even less expensive. But I was willing to pay the $280 to get those dirty tracks cleaned. It was a learning experience for me and should be for you. GET IT IN WRITING. But I thought I could trust him as he seemed like a decent individual on his website and Facebook page. As it turned out, I worked for 3.5 hours getting those tracks clean myself. How he gets 5-star ratings is beyond me. Probably people with brand news houses who just want someone to wash the glass surfaces. Because this guy can't do much else. read more

It's my job to clean the windows and screens every year. This year I just didn't want to do it. When I found out James Co Window Cleaning could do it for $99, had fabulous reviews and were a local company - I was sold. Yesterday they came out and cleaned the exterior windows of my home in less than an hour. Their customer service, communication from beginning to end and their attention to detail with my windows was professional and impressive. My windows look great! Now I'm saving up to have them do the inside of my windows and my gutters! read more

We purchased James Co Window Cleaning with Groupon June 6 , 2020, and were given an appointment date of September 2, 2020. While waiting almost 2 months, 5 minutes before the 10:00 am -1:00 pm time frame of our appointment date, we received a text that the window cleaner had finished his first job of the day but was too ill to do our job. He said he would re-schedule, but after our text and an email requesting a re-schedule date, we sent yet another text and email on September 15, 2020, but still received no contact or response. We've gone with a different window cleaner, assuming we'd get a poor job of cleaning, if that ever even would happen. Extremely disappointed! Dan & Janice B read more

Wonderful service! Paid extra special attention and care to my old windows. Cant be happier with the price, service and interaction!

I cannot say enough about this guy! I called him when our other guy had rescheduled twice and then no-showed, the day before we were getting pics done of our house that we were listing that weekend! Christian took pity on us, genuinely cared about our experience, and squeezed us in that day! He communicated clearly (super nice, professional guy), came when he said he would, gave us a great price (even though we scheduled on such short notice), worked efficiently, and best of all, our windows looked BEAUTIFUL! Because he was already out for the day when I called, he didn't have a ladder to get to one high window in our place, so he CAME BACK to get it for us (again, not his fault he didn't have the right equipment, just because we were last minute add-ons). It was a focal point in our home, and genuinely made a huge difference in the overall appearance. Definitely some of the best money we've spent getting our home ready to sell - wish we would have done it sooner so we could enjoy it longer! Use Christian (and crew) at James Co - you will be so happy you did! read more

Amazing service. All the windows are exceptionally clean. This company is fast, affordable, competent and friendly. I had many quotes before I decided to go with them, and all the other companies had MANY hidden fees, JAMES CO WINDOW CLEANING had zero hidden fees and what they quoted us was the final price. The way they count how many windows are in a house is also more affordable than the competition. Their package prices are fantastic. I am incredibly happy. Thank you so much for the honesty and the competency. read more
