I reached out to a few different companies before selecting PDX ProWash. Keith came by and checked out the house to give me an accurate quote which he sent via email. By far the most cost effective of ANY of the bids that I had received! Although during the initial visit, he said that it might be a few weeks out, we were able to get internal and external window washing scheduled within the week. The windows had not been cleaned on the outside in the 9 years since I moved in the house so I know they were dirty! The team (Keith & John) took their time and cleaned everything (windows, tracks, screens, etc) beautifully. Keith was great to work! He used appropriate measures (mask) while working on the internal windows and he was also willing to jump between floors to mitigate disruption of our conference calls while we were working from home. When leaving, Keith also indicated the work was guaranteed, so if I noticed something after they left, I could give them a call back and get them to take care of it.
