I called for a quote and Paul came over the next day and talked through everything with us. I was embarrassed that our yard had gotten so bad, but Paul saw through that to the possibilities and made the cleanup sound simple. And it was! For a very reasonable price, my front yard and back are beautiful and weed-free. In the before and after pictures attached you can see weeds over 10' tall in my back yard. All Seasons professionals came in and magically my backyard became a place we want to invite friends. We had pavers on either side of our driveway that had sunk several inches below the driveway, creating a serious trip hazard. All Seasons leveled the ground and reset them in cement. It really upgraded the look of the whole area. They pulled out everything we identified we wanted to go and made the rest look well put together. They carefully shaped several trees (including one 50' high!), pulled out a number of volunteer plants we didn't want, and did it all with hand-shovels to be careful about any utilities. The roof was only 10 years old so we opted to just replace the missing shingles. Two months later when it started to rain, we noticed a bad roof leak in our family room. We called Buena Vista and Edgar found that our roof vents were damaged in the wind storm and were leaking. He recommended replacing the whole roof. We filed a claim with our insurance company (Travelers) and they sent out an inspector. To make a long story short, Buena Vista replaced our roof and did an awesome job and Travelers paid for part of the costs. We live the gorge and went with ridge vents and heavy duty shingles. Our neighbor who is a contractor said it was the best roof installation he had ever seen. Buena Vista is the best roofing company in Clark County for the following reasons: 1. Communication: they respond quickly and communicate accurately. 2. Value: they charge a reasonable cost compared to other roofers but their workmanship is top notch. 3. From start to finish, working with Citywide Custom Gutter was a disaster. This should have been a red flag and reason to go with another company, but I reluctantly decided to go with them on a recommendation from my roofing company. When it came time to install the gutters, I was at home watching the installation. After the first gutter run was hung, I mentioned to the head crew member, Jacob, that the gutters looked like they were hung way too low. Jacob assured me that the gutters were hung at the correct height and there would be no issues. The crew then proceeded to install the rest of the gutters. A few days later, I decided to do a water test (which Citywide never did) and sure enough, the gutters were hung too low - a moderate amount of water running off the roof, overshot the gutters, rendering them useless. Upon bringing this concern up with Citywide Custom Gutter, I was told they would only do the repair (of their shoddy installation) if I paid them $400 ON TOP OF the original amount I already paid. They claimed this was because I had told them to hang the gutters low, which was a blatant lie. This company does not stand by their work and when issues come up, blames the customer. Their "warranty" is a joke.

The receptionist was very helpful, and the owner Roger called me that day to schedule a bid the following day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.The price was very reasonable especially since the home has a hip-roof needing gutters to surround the entire home. They scheduled me in for the following week. The work crew began work tearing down my old gutters and downspouts at 8:00am and replaced with seamless steel gutters and downspouts 11:00-11:30am. They were hard working and did an excellent job, and hauled away all the debris and left everything clean and neat. The gutters look wonderful! I would definitely recommend Citywide Custom Gutters!
