The roof was only 10 years old so we opted to just replace the missing shingles. Two months later when it started to rain, we noticed a bad roof leak in our family room. We called Buena Vista and Edgar found that our roof vents were damaged in the wind storm and were leaking. He recommended replacing the whole roof. We filed a claim with our insurance company (Travelers) and they sent out an inspector. To make a long story short, Buena Vista replaced our roof and did an awesome job and Travelers paid for part of the costs. We live the gorge and went with ridge vents and heavy duty shingles. Our neighbor who is a contractor said it was the best roof installation he had ever seen. Buena Vista is the best roofing company in Clark County for the following reasons: 1. Communication: they respond quickly and communicate accurately. 2. Value: they charge a reasonable cost compared to other roofers but their workmanship is top notch. 3. This should have been a red flag and reason to go with another company, but I reluctantly decided to go with them on a recommendation from my roofing company. When it came time to install the gutters, I was at home watching the installation. After the first gutter run was hung, I mentioned to the head crew member, Jacob, that the gutters looked like they were hung way too low. Jacob assured me that the gutters were hung at the correct height and there would be no issues. The crew then proceeded to install the rest of the gutters. A few days later, I decided to do a water test (which Citywide never did) and sure enough, the gutters were hung too low - a moderate amount of water running off the roof, overshot the gutters, rendering them useless. Upon bringing this concern up with Citywide Custom Gutter, I was told they would only do the repair (of their shoddy installation) if I paid them $400 ON TOP OF the original amount I already paid. They claimed this was because I had told them to hang the gutters low, which was a blatant lie. This company does not stand by their work and when issues come up, blames the customer. Their "warranty" is a joke.

I called for a quote and Paul came over the next day and talked through everything with us. I was embarrassed that our yard had gotten so bad, but Paul saw through that to the possibilities and made the cleanup sound simple. And it was! For a very reasonable price, my front yard and back are beautiful and weed-free. In the before and after pictures attached you can see weeds over 10' tall in my back yard. All Seasons professionals came in and magically my backyard became a place we want to invite friends. We had pavers on either side of our driveway that had sunk several inches below the driveway, creating a serious trip hazard. All Seasons leveled the ground and reset them in cement. It really upgraded the look of the whole area. They pulled out everything we identified we wanted to go and made the rest look well put together. They carefully shaped several trees (including one 50' high!), pulled out a number of volunteer plants we didn't want, and did it all with hand-shovels to be careful about any utilities. We had a few issues with the gutters that were installed when we bought our house. Two of the corners on the house were not draining at all and during storms would dump water in sheets - one just outside our backdoor. In addition, several corner seams were rusted and leaking through. We called to schedule a (free) estimate on a Friday and on Monday morning Austin showed up at 9:00 am. We walked around the house and talked about how to fix various problems - adding a downspout from the second story to the first floor gutter, moving downspouts avoid excess water across shingles, etc.The next day Austin had emailed us a quote with choices: aluminum or steel, square or round corrugated downspouts and color choices. We went with steel, corrugated and black. The very next day two crew members, Reynolds and Nahum, showed up on time with their truck. Both Reynolds and Nahum were professional, courteous and very conscientious. Whenever they had a question they would find my wife or myself and get an answer before proceeding. They took down the old gutters efficiently. Once all of the gutters were down they vacuumed up the resulting mess: mud, leaves and debris.After that was done, they began manufacturing custom lengths on site for the house. Ours is a two story house with 30' plus runs and multiple corner returns. Reynolds and Nahum had no problem with any of it and were able to move from one section to another with no lag time. At the end of the day, we had new, beautiful gutters installed.They cleaned up everything from the project including the screws from the disassembled old parts from the driveway.
