If I could give six stars, I would! All Seasons is the ultimate in getting your yard to look exactly the way you want. I called for a quote and Paul came over the next day and talked through everything with us. I was embarrassed that our yard had gotten so bad, but Paul saw through that to the possibilities and made the cleanup sound simple. And it was! For a very reasonable price, my front yard and back are beautiful and weed-free. In the before and after pictures attached you can see weeds over 10' tall in my back yard. All Seasons professionals came in and magically my backyard became a place we want to invite friends. We had pavers on either side of our driveway that had sunk several inches below the driveway, creating a serious trip hazard. All Seasons leveled the ground and reset them in cement. It really upgraded the look of the whole area. They pulled out everything we identified we wanted to go and made the rest look well put together. They carefully shaped several trees (including one 50' high!), pulled out a number of volunteer plants we didn't want, and did it all with hand-shovels to be careful about any utilities. They even put back the soaker hose we had run a few weeks before in the exact same place it had been! On top of all this, they really are ALL SEASONS. They put up holiday lights! We're reserving a spot at the beginning of fall to make sure we get exactly what we want for that t too! read more

They finished my entire backyard and part of my front yard, am going to give them a call soon to get the rest done. Needed gutters cleaned and debris removed from roof and hoped to get it done e quickly with July 4th closing fast. Didn't want a firework to spark on the dried out leaves and such. Submitted a Yelp request which came back with 4-5 options. The guys at All Seasons responded quickly. I gathered other quotes but All Seasons came in best. They had someone come to my house for an on site inspection and offered other suggested services too (shingle repair, roof vent replacement, etc). They even took pics so I know these were legit and not them trying to pull a fast one. They were able to do the job within 2 days of that. Through the process they communicated quickly, weren't pushy, did great work and all at a good price. I will use them again and won't hesitate to recommend to others. read more

We needed some gutter cleaning and repair on our two story, scary steep roof before all the rain hit. All Seasons responded right away and remedied our problems. Kyle came out and was very professional and unbelievably kind. He took pictures of all of the gutters before and after to send to us. He did an amazing job with the cleaning! He also fixed a gutter elbow issue we had perfectly! He inspected our roof for water damage. He even lifted up a pot of my flowers that the wind had blown over and fixed that! SO KIND!! Their prices are more than reasonable too. We plan on hiring them for our window cleaning in the summer and will definitely continue using them to keep our gutters in shape. I rate this Company and Paul, its owner excellent. Very impressed with the work, communication about the work, the promptness and supervision to completion. I am a rental tenant, so I got to observe work done for an owner who is absentee. They got a very good deal. The first thing that stood out to me was the truck - large, clean, modern, nice looking. I took a peek in the back and all the tools and storage inside were new, clean and highly organized. This is not something the customer normally sees, but it indicates the mindset of the business to me. My job involved a very large backyard deck that had been built poorly at the foundation. So this job was not about trim and finish as much as invisible, interior repair. He took a lot of pictures and spent some time considering how to repair. Then, he came in and did the nasty, difficult job of installing a foundation beneath an already existing deck. It would have been easiest to install one beam, but Paul chose two support beams. He could have used 4x6 beams, but he chose 6x8 - much heavier to lift in place, but far more solid for my purposes. Each beam required extensive digging in hardpan for concrete holes, so choosing two beams over one was simply a matter of choice by a craftsman who prefers doing it right over doing it easy. His help were confidence inspiring in their appearance, seemed to know what they were doing without supervision, appeared to jointly discuss problem solving with Paul and worked hard through job completion. My construction job was a little unique in that it was returning a broken down deck to legal code and personal usefulness. That is more difficult, challenging than building a new deck from scratch, as it requires building through previous construction choices. I am writing this lengthy review because I was very impressed with Paul's professional and skilled work and wish him all the best in his business, All Seasons Cleaning Services. Great job by Paul and his crew. Our incredibly mossy tile roof was a mess. They guys scraped, brushed and blew it all off, then treated it to keep it from coming back. We appreciated that they did not use a pressure washer as we had a bad experience years earlier, from another company, that did and we ended up with a bad leak inside our home. These guys knew better and we appreciated their knowledge of the pitfalls of pressure washing. We engaged All Seasons in July 2020 to clean our gutters and roof, but after discovering the huge range of services that All Seasons provided we subsequently engaged them to clean our exterior windows and rebuild a gate hanging between our house and a concrete wall. We are extremely pleased with All Seasons' work. During the initial quote (which was scheduled promptly after my call), Paul took extensive pictures of our roof and gutters as supporting information for the quote, and he sent the quote via email the same day. Once we decided to go with All Seasons, Paul got us on the schedule within a couple of weeks (which was fine for our timeline) They arrived to complete the work in a professional-looking vehicle and attire. We have a large 2-story home with lots of windows, but Paul and his team were able to complete the gutters, roof, and windows in a single day (a very hot day at that!). They weren't able to complete the gate work that day, but were able to schedule that within a couple of weeks. After the completion of the work, Paul walked me through the finished state of the house to make sure I know what had been completed and that it had been completed to my satisfaction. All the while, Paul and his crew were friendly and very easy to work with, and I was impressed with the high quality of the work. Because we live in Vancouver WA, a suburb of Portand OR, I often have challenges finding a professional team that does good work in a reasonable period of time -- Paul and All Seasons will now be my go-to for pretty much every services they provide. After reading numerous positive reviews, as well as BBB accreditation, I decided to give them a call to look at some moss accumulation on my roof. My home is just under five years old, so I didn't expect there'd be much of anything else. When Paul came out, he discovered a few additional issues that were of concern. After giving me what I thought was a fair estimate, I had him proceed with all that he found. I have to say, it is refreshing to find an honest person that knows his business. I was especially impressed with Paul's professionalism, always there to discuss any questions I had. The "before and after" pictures are truly an outstanding plus for the customers benefit. All positive comments follow! I'm very pleased with Paul and his hard-working (and speedy) crew with the cleaning of my incredibly clogged and overflowing gutters. I had texted him some weeks ago, but he was booked so it was going to take a while for him to come over to provide an estimate. I just happened to see him and his crew and trucks down the street today, working on the neighbor's house. I texted him and asked if he could come over for an estimate when he was done. He said, "yes, we'll be there in 15 minutes." And he was. He laddered up the roof, inspected it and the gutters, took some photos on his tablet, and showed me how completely full of water and overflowing the entire length of the back of the house gutter was. Yikes! I accepted his very fair bid (a bit lower than usual, he said, because he was already in the neighborhood) and all three of them got to work right away. In less than 30 minutes I had unclogged and free-flowing gutters once again. And it's raining like crazy today so it's easy to tell! And keep in mind we have a 3,200 square feet home with a very high back gutter that runs the entire length of the house -- not to mention all the other sections of gutters running in different locations at the front of the house. But that proved no challenge for these guys. I really liked seeing the before and after pics - what a great way to bring the reality of what is going on to customers who can't climb up the roof themselves. And to prove the work was done correctly and completely. I had the check ready for Paul when he rang the doorbell to let me know they were done. We chatted a bit, and he said they also found a can of some sort that was clogging one of the sections of gutter. Also, and this is really important to me: Although Paul and his company provide a number of services (visit their website to see those services and accompanying photos - very impressive work, guys!), he didn't try to upsell me on any of that.
