Moss Busters are great! The folks I had communicated with throughout the process (Keaton and Drew) were awesome. As a new homeowner, I appreciated their knowledge and help. They were friendly, too! I highly recommend them and I will certainly be giving them my business in the future. I hired them to do roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss-prevention treatment. And to me, the price was fair and affordable. Again, I'm a new homeowner and this was the first time I ever had to do this... so even if what I paid was too much (I wouldn't know), I don't care because their stellar customer alone was worth every penny. Thanks, Moss Busters! I'll see you again in September! read more

The thing I like about Mossbusters is they don't just knock off the big pieces of moss from your roof and apply the moss inhibitor powder like the rest but they actually take care of 99% of the moss. When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed. read more

Had them remove my Moss and they also cleaned my gutters and applied Moss treatment for free

This is my 2nd time using Mossbusters to clean my roof, gutters, power wash my siding and this time I had them power wash my agate patio. Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services. read more

Ive used Moss Busters twice over a few years to clean out homes gutters, do soft cleaning on a few areas of the roof and treat the north facing roof area. They have been prompt, friendly and efficient in the work. This last occasion upon inspecting the roof they discovered a few things that needed maintenance attention. They showed me photos of what they found before getting my approval to do additional work. I have found their pricing straight forward and fair. read more

We've used Moss Busters before and am so glad to have a chance to have them clean our roof again. They are very professional and do good work. Very happy to recommend them anytime. read more

Requested an estimate for pressure washing from six companies. This one was twice as expensive as the comapany I hired.

Our experience with Moss Busters could not have been better. Trent and Alex showed up on time knew exactly what they were doing ! They knew every piece of equipment and how to use it. They got busy on the roof. Took down a few branches that were too close to the roof, cleaned and treated the roof in a reasonable amount of time and we're done. It was amazing. we highly highly recommend them! The pricing was the best of any moss removal company we contact! Could not have been better ! We highly recommend them and we'll use them again we needed ! read more

Moss Busters was great all around! We did a Moss cleaning, treatment and gutter cleaning. Because we did them as a package, we got a great deal on the service! My partner called to get a quote but ended up having to go out of town before we could get the service scheduled. I was able to call and pick up right where he left off and schedule the service for the next week. Before arrival, they called us to let us know they were on the way and showed up right on time. They were here for several hours and clean up was included. Given how close our house is to our neighbors, they even worked with the neighbor to clean up their yard and house. We received an invoice for the services and were able to conveniently pay online after the service was complete. I would recommend them to anyone, our house looks great and our gutters are draining smoothly. read more

We've been using Moss Busters for several years and have found them amiable, professional, and reliable. They're happy to take before and after photos of your roof or gutters, and they'll come back at no charge if there are remaining issues after their service. Phone and text communication is excellent, and their prices are reasonable for their level of service. We're completely satisfied and foresee no reason to check for alternatives. read more

These guys are great! The response time after contacting them couldn't really be better. They were a bit late to arrive on the scheduled day, but they let me know ahead of time they were going to be late. They worked steadily until they finished the work, and did it thorougjhly, even cleaning out some clogged downspouts, requiring their removal and replacement. They found some minor issues with the roof, and which they fixed (at added cost), but showed me using their smart phone photos exactly what the problems were before approval. Overall very professional and did excellent work, and the price was quite reasonable. read more

Showed up on time and service was as expected. Given the state of services like this, this was an amazing result!

Pleasant and professional experience throughout. Called to inquire about the service and was walked through the process and about the company and service. Team arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. Communicated an issue they recommended for repair to include picture. Payment was convenient and customer service was very good. read more

Outstanding service from start to finish! This was my first time hiring someone for roof treatment, and the experience was flawless. The team was punctual, highly professional, and did an exceptional job of inspecting, cleaning, and treating our roof. The work was so fast and thorough that it made me wonder why I hadn't hired them sooner. I was so impressed that I booked them again for the fall immediately! Highly recommended for peace of mind and excellent results. read more

My first time working with this firm, Keenan and Ian were a pleasure to work with. Will hire them again in the fall for moss pretreatment.

Best business for cleaning off concrete roofs. Take their time and do the job right including cleanup of moss removed from roof. Not the cheapest, but they don{t leave a mess and do an amazing job of roof cleaning including treatment for moss prevention for one year. read more

We needed the moss cleaned off our roof and Moss Busters did a great job. Not only did the roof look good but they did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess -- and there was a lot to clean up. They were super easy to work with. We highly recommend. read more

Very well run business: scheduling, arrival and preparation went without a hitch. Great attention to detail by guys who worked on site: not only did they clean the roof and gutters but also found some issues with exposed nails holding ridge caps and addressed those issues on the spot. Extremely well done clean up as well and there was a lot of mess on the grounds. They even went as far as making sure to clean up neighbor's adjacent house walls (our houses sit very close to each other and collateral mess was unavoidable). Highly recommend the business! read more

I'm new to the area and haven't had to deal with moss on the roof for my entire life until now. After buying a house with some moss that the inspector pointed out, I contacted Moss Busters who explained it would be about a six hour service. A lot of the service was cleaning the roof and gutters, with a chemical moss treatment that should last two years. My roof looks way better and I'm confident that moss won't be destroying my roof anytime soon. I really appreciate the hard work they did to keep my roof in great shape. read more

I've been using Moss Busters for the past seven year (as long as I've lived in Beaverton). I trust them to do a through job and inform me of any issues I may have with my roof. Came as agreed and did job satisfactorally. Fair price and they honor guarantee. Easy to contact and respond courteously in a timely manner. Customer for 3 years. read more

I have used Moss Buster before and really liked the service and their responsiveness. However, this time they missed the window of time in which they said they would be at my home and did not let me know that. I had to call them to see if they were coming out at all. They did apologize for not giving me a heads up on them being late and gave me a discount on the service. Despite this issue, I would hire them again. read more

So far, so great! I settled on scheduling with Moss Busters based on all of the glowing Yelp reviews, and the same on Google Maps and no complaints filed with the BBB. I was very impressed with the scheduler's friendliness, knowledge, and promptness in providing me a quote. My house was built five years ago, and I noticed a lot of algae growth on the outside of the gutters on the north side of my house. While cleaning this off, I found the starts of moss growth on the bottom edges of the shingles on the North side of my house. Moss Busters explained their process and answered all of my questions. I was also very pleased that Moss Busters offers a significant discount on gutter cleaning if booked as part of the moss removal service. I opted for both, and scheduled both moss removal / treatment and gutter cleaning for just under a week out. A few days later, it dawned of me that my gutters were actually cleaned the previous Spring, and that they were free of debris when I cleaned the algae from the outsides of the gutter. I called to see if I could reschedule for later in the season (after the trees drop their foliage), and they happily rescheduled. I'll follow up once the actual work is complete, but I'm very impressed with Moss Busters thus far. read more

This is our second year with Moss Busters. They are ridiculously friendly, professional and thorough. George and Hayden were on time and quickly got our house already for winter. George let me know several times how much they appreciated us. Nice, nice guys! They found a little moss and took care of it as it was still under a guarantee. I am so happy with Moss Busters and will recommend them to our friends and call them next year. read more

This is the best moss removal and treatment company. From the office to the guys on the roof, the team was very professional and experienced. Our roof went from being very mossy between the shingles to looking like new. They did a 5 star clean up job as well! read more

This is a revision of my previous review from 3/13/25. It seems I had called and left a message on the wrong phone number so there was a delay in receiving and returning my message. They were very apologetic when they did return my call. I was able to make an appt. for the next day. My technician arrived and after we went over the job details, he got right to work. He worked straight through the entire job which took 6 1/2 hours. It was a big job and I thought that he did it in a timely manner. He was very polite and seemed to know his job well. Clean up was excellent. When he was finished he went over things that he had found that might be of concern. I recommend Moss Busters! read more

we've used moss busters twice now and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to use for moss cleaning from your roof. Living in the Pacific NW with all of the rain most of us need to have our roofs treated for moss every few years. Moss busters always uses friendly and courteous employees who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that they do a thorough job from start to finish! Once they are done with their moss removal they clean up your yard so well, you won't even know they were there! read more

Moss Busters is one of the rare, extremely professional, responsible vendors I use in my business of home remodeling. I purchased a home in West Linn and the roof was buried under years of debris, moss, mushrooms and garbage. The gutters were jam packed. My home inspector said the roof toast and I should budget for a new one. I decided to call moss busters and see if they could clean it so we could get a good look at what we had. Within a few hours Moss Busters uncovered a near perfect metal roof and perfect gutters - Moss busters took great care to get all the debris off without damaging anything. I didn't need a new roof - I needed Moss Busters. No gimmicks, no excuses, no bologne just hard work, fair prices and on time arrival. Thanks Moss busters - very much appreciated! Wish all my vendors were like you. read more

Max and Andy showed up on time and spent hours doing an amazing job. Roof moss removed, treated, other roof issues addressed, and gutters cleaned. The crew was friendly, on time, and left the roof and the exterior of our house immaculate. The initial bid seemed high, but considering there were 2 workers on the roof or on the grounds for 6 hours, the price now seems inexpensive. It did take about a week to get the initial bid but that didn't create any problem as I was in ho hurry. There was no upselling. I have a couple of outbuildings but the crew didn't think the moss was that bad and instructed me how to clean it myself. Would use them again without any hesitation. read more

Booked Moss Busters for a moss removal, gutter/debris clean afterwards, and a sprinkle of that 2-year prevention powder. Total bill came to just under $600. Office staff was helpful in explaining the purpose of each step of their cleaning, breaking down the price, and communicating their safety standards. (My roof is quite steep.) Scheduling was easy. They offered scheduling for only about a week out and when I needed to delay due to conflicts worked with me to find an alternate date and added me to a back-up list to call in case of other cancellations. I didn't need to be home or interact with the crew at all - just remove cars from the driveway and close the windows. No pics but the "after" looks great as far as I can tell. Now when I'm driving around townI can't help but see the moss on everyone's roof. It's worth it, especially since it's a 2-year frequency! read more

Moss Busters has treated our roof for several years. The customer service is exceptional. I asked them to replace some nails on some flashing while they were up there, and they not only did that, but also took photos for me to see the condition of the roof in several places, and replaced some caulk in numerous areas. They had a positive, helpful attitude, and the moss treatment was effective. Who you gonna call? read more

Moss Busters did an amazing job on the moss treatment of my house. The technician was prompt and in constant communication about his arrival, his suggestions, and also the resolve to some issues I asked him to address. He even provided me pictures as to what was repaired and offered a referral to additional service technicians since gutter replacements was not his line of expertise. The technician was friendly and their prices were very reasonable in comparison to other companies doing the exact same service. I will definitely use them again for our yearly moss treatment. read more
