This is my 2nd time using Mossbusters to clean my roof, gutters, power wash my siding and this time I had them power wash my agate patio. Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services. read more

These guys are great! The response time after contacting them couldn't really be better. They were a bit late to arrive on the scheduled day, but they let me know ahead of time they were going to be late. They worked steadily until they finished the work, and did it thorougjhly, even cleaning out some clogged downspouts, requiring their removal and replacement. They found some minor issues with the roof, and which they fixed (at added cost), but showed me using their smart phone photos exactly what the problems were before approval. My partner called to get a quote but ended up having to go out of town before we could get the service scheduled. They were here for several hours and clean up was included. Given how close our house is to our neighbors, they even worked with the neighbor to clean up their yard and house. Great attention to detail by guys who worked on site: not only did they clean the roof and gutters but also found some issues with exposed nails holding ridge caps and addressed those issues on the spot. So far, so great! I settled on scheduling with Moss Busters based on all of the glowing Yelp reviews, and the same on Google Maps and no complaints filed with the BBB. I was very impressed with the scheduler's friendliness, knowledge, and promptness in providing me a quote. My house was built five years ago, and I noticed a lot of algae growth on the outside of the gutters on the north side of my house. While cleaning this off, I found the starts of moss growth on the bottom edges of the shingles on the North side of my house. Moss Busters explained their process and answered all of my questions. I was also very pleased that Moss Busters offers a significant discount on gutter cleaning if booked as part of the moss removal service. I opted for both, and scheduled both moss removal / treatment and gutter cleaning for just under a week out. A few days later, it dawned of me that my gutters were actually cleaned the previous Spring, and that they were free of debris when I cleaned the algae from the outsides of the gutter. I called to see if I could reschedule for later in the season (after the trees drop their foliage), and they happily rescheduled. This is a revision of my previous review from 3/13/25. It seems I had called and left a message on the wrong phone number so there was a delay in receiving and returning my message. They were very apologetic when they did return my call. I was able to make an appt. for the next day. My technician arrived and after we went over the job details, he got right to work. He worked straight through the entire job which took 6 1/2 hours. It was a big job and I thought that he did it in a timely manner. He was very polite and seemed to know his job well. The crew was friendly, on time, and left the roof and the exterior of our house immaculate. The initial bid seemed high, but considering there were 2 workers on the roof or on the grounds for 6 hours, the price now seems inexpensive. It did take about a week to get the initial bid but that didn't create any problem as I was in ho hurry. There was no upselling. I used Moss Busters this week for a total roof and gutter cleaning. i received a handful of quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. The technician who came was very friendly and thanks to the low water pressure in Happy Valley, he couldn't quite finish in one day and had to return to wrap it up. I felt bad but he was great about it. He suggested a couple little repairs to prolong our roof life and I am having them take care of it next week. The roof looks great and will give them a call to come do prevention treatment in a couple of years. They have a 2 year no-moss guarantee which is nice. Booked Moss Busters for a moss removal, gutter/debris clean afterwards, and a sprinkle of that 2-year prevention powder. Total bill came to just under $600. Office staff was helpful in explaining the purpose of each step of their cleaning, breaking down the price, and communicating their safety standards. (My roof is quite steep.) Scheduling was easy. They offered scheduling for only about a week out and when I needed to delay due to conflicts worked with me to find an alternate date and added me to a back-up list to call in case of other cancellations. I didn't need to be home or interact with the crew at all - just remove cars from the driveway and close the windows. No pics but the "after" looks great as far as I can tell.
