We paid the full amount, but afterward there were continued problems with completing the work and repairs, along with additional damage caused during the project. We paid $47,000 for a large-scale job, yet they continued to make errors on a daily basis while attempting to conceal them from us. One of the most alarming examples was that they installed Window! flashing across the entire roof. (David's Idea!). I can't even count how many times I had to clean nails out of the street and garden, as well as oil stains from the driveway and street, after they left. One of the workers was pulled into the gutter machine right in front of my eyes. Thankfully, another worker managed to shut the machine off in time. The workers from this company are vulgar and aggressive. They reacted aggressively when I asked them not to damage my property, because they destroyed many things during the project. I was only able to learn the truth from the security cameras because they lied to me when I asked what had happened. The owner of the company did not respond to the aggressive behavior of the workers, even though we informed him about it many times. The company owner should ensure that workers have access to proper restroom facilities. At the beginning of the project, there were none, and one of the workers relieved himself in my yard--in plain view of me!

They immediately rescheduled and the weather cooperated. Their guys showed up between 7 and 7:30 and got to work. They were 2/3 done by dark and finished it off the next day. They carefully walked the job at the end and were very good about the clean up. The next day they called and offered to come out and walk the job with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction - very professional. We had one change order and they didn't try to gouge on the price. We did a major remodel/addition a couple years ago land dealt with 11 contractors or subs; Powerful was by far the best company we've worked with.

I received a referral for "Gordon Great Gutters" from Great Northwest Gutters because Great Northwest Gutters was scheduling so far in advance and they knew that I needed attention for the overflowing gutter. I called Gordon Great Gutters and Gordon promptly came out and assessed the scope of the work. Outstanding Gutter Cleaning Service!…read more Our two-story home had a severely overflowing second story gutter. Fearing the damage the gushing water might cause, we needed to get our gutters cleaned fast. Our neighbor had recently used Bubbles Gutter Cleaning, and said they did a great job ... so we immediately called them. Antonio promptly gave us a competitive bid and he scheduled the work this week, as we requested (before the rains return this weekend). He and his helper showed up early(!), did a terrific job, finished promptly, and cleaned up nicely. Per our request, Antonio also installed six downspout strainers to fend off those pesky leaves. He texted us nine helpful pics of the cleaned gutters, and he also reported (and texted a pic of) a vent pipe cover that has failed. Antonio agreed to come back when things are dry to do some minor gutter repair work if needed. Communications were consistently timely and effective via text messages.
