Valiant Roof facilitated the purchase and delivery of matching house paint to this job-site within the hour. The crew painted the bare wood, installed the gutters and downspouts to our satisfaction by late afternoon! Oscar (Crew Manager) gave us a walkthrough of the work completed. The area around the house was cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Lastly, I followed up with John Jensen (Inside Sales) who I've been in contact regarding the scheduling of this job. I told him I didnt want to hire him after all . I had another worker come in and he remeasured it . the measurement was way off from what the travis measured . I had already bought the materials for a large area that was 4x feet by 3 feet not 9 feet ! he said he was sorry he must have been not thinking due to having trouble with his truck . that's his speciality !! basic construction! I got someone else for 500 $.travis then said " GOD does amazing things " this has nothing to do with GOD . he would also tell me he'd be around the week end and may come to measure . Then he'd never called . I would not hire him again . he was a very nice energetic guy but can't believe how scattered he was . to quote me 3000 dollars more and not call me was not acceptable
