Finally on the 3rd quote they gave me the price for what I asked for in the first place, only after I had to call to get each of those because they never responded. I accepted the 3rd bid and asked them to get it scheduled. They told me should be able to work me in during November (within about 8 weeks+ after I requested a quote). That was fine, so I turned down bids from 2 other companies. Today (a month after I first requested a bid) they email me and say sorry, due to the small scope of the project (45' of gutter) they don't have time for me and turned down the job. Now I'm at least 2 months out into the rainy season trying to get on the schedule for the other company. If you don't want the job, don't bid it. What a waste of my time. Don't count on them to follow through, they may come in cheaper than the other companies but clearly you get what you pay for.

Pricing of the project was very reasonable; I think it was the second-lowest quote we got, but Sawtooth's materials and warranty were better. Jose and his crew did a great job. During the job, every day's end-of-day cleanup was great. The end result looks beautiful, and we're very happy with the way everything went. The high end materials and awesome warranty also add to the satisfaction of a job well done. One hiccup: 2 fascia boards with some minor dry-rot at their ends were supposed to be replaced before the installation of new gutters (new gutters were part of the project). Somehow that fell through the cracks, and the gutters went up over the 2 boards. Darrin quickly took ownership of the issue, and did a great job of repairing/rebuilding the corner where the problem was. Very satisfied with the response to the issue! Suggestion to Sawtooth: if new gutters are in the project, they need to be included in the project scope all the way to the end. That includes final inspection and invoicing. The QA inspection by Nick should have been done AFTER the gutters were installed, not before. The inspection should include both the roof and the gutters, not just the roof. The final invoice should be emailed AFTER the gutters are installed, and all issues are settled.

I had ( and still have) construction going on my property due to 4' of snow in Feb. of 2019. We had our shop collapse and several large structures damaged. Northwest Concrete Design comes into the picture when we find out last minute that our Ins. is not going to replace the concrete pad that was present prior to collapse. It is early January and we are on a time crunch with weather and needing to empty an equipment container. Not only did they offer a very Reasonable bid ( 2 cheaper with absence of steel embedded reinforcement & they appeared to look for short cuts), They offered the most as far as quality. These guys stayed nearly till 11:30 PM while the concrete was setting in very cold weather. They did everything to make sure that what we had was quality & nice looking. The seal the placed over the concrete has already protected against an oil spill with NO STAINING visible ! So professional, got out quick to get the job done, & when they arrived for a quote they were the only ones who actually drove a vehicle outfitted for the job ( Not a requirement but sure sent the right message). All their office staff were very nice.... I just do not think I can say enough good! I found them on Angie's List. I also have to say using Angie's list was a pleasant surprise compared to 5 years ago. Super organized & I even got a call back after 1 week asking if I wanted my request for work removed or kept in place. A++++ Sure wish I had taken a picture before we put vehicles back in the shop. This company made numerous mistakes on our project. We told them that we would pay once all…read morecorrections were completed; however, David, the Operations Manager, began threatening us with placing a lien on our home. We paid the full amount, but afterward there were continued problems with completing the work and repairs, along with additional damage caused during the project. We paid $47,000 for a large-scale job, yet they continued to make errors on a daily basis while attempting to conceal them from us. One of the most alarming examples was that they installed Window! flashing across the entire roof. (David's Idea!). I can't even count how many times I had to clean nails out of the street and garden, as well as oil stains from the driveway and street, after they left. One of the workers was pulled into the gutter machine right in front of my eyes. Thankfully, another worker managed to shut the machine off in time. The workers from this company are vulgar and aggressive. They reacted aggressively when I asked them not to damage my property, because they destroyed many things during the project. I was only able to learn the truth from the security cameras because they lied to me when I asked what had happened. The owner of the company did not respond to the aggressive behavior of the workers, even though we informed him about it many times. The company owner should ensure that workers have access to proper restroom facilities. At the beginning of the project, there were none, and one of the workers relieved himself in my yard--in plain view of me!

This review reflects my personal experience with IBEX over approximately a two-year period, from…read moreroof installation through multiple follow-up service visits. From the start, my project did not include what I understood to be their standard process, which typically involves a pre-job walkthrough and a post-job inspection with the homeowner. In my case, that process did not take place. In hindsight, that missing step appears significant, as several issues were not identified or addressed early. Over the following two years, IBEX returned to my home approximately 4-5 times for installation-related issues. These included step flashing problems that resulted in shingles lifting in affected areas, ridge vent replacement due to improper product selection for the roof design, and replacement of damaged gutters. Minor cosmetic damage was also documented during this period. IBEX did respond in most cases and performed repairs, but the frequency of return visits was higher than expected for a new installation. More recently, while performing routine maintenance in my attic, I discovered organic growth and requested a full inspection. During that inspection, it was documented that ventilation and airflow were not performing as intended. I was told that intake and exhaust pathways were restricted, including blocked or improperly sealed gable vent areas and limited airflow at portions of the eaves due to insulation and framing conditions. To address this, IBEX performed corrective work that required modifying the roof system at the upper roof to attic entry transition point to improve airflow into the attic space. Additional penetration points were also added at the lower roof edge area. Which does not look appealing. At this point, there has not been enough long-term data provided to determine whether they are beneficial or how they will impact performance over time. I was also informed there was differing guidance among technicians regarding whether certain venting adjustments were required in that area. Following these repairs, mold remediation was completed. While IBEX did respond and attempt to correct issues once identified, the overall outcome required repeated service visits and additional modifications beyond the original installation. At this point, the system is no longer in its original installed condition, and I have concerns about long-term performance and ventilation design. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage homeowners to have an attic and roof inspection performed after installation and again at a later date to ensure that ventilation and installation details are functioning as intended and that nothing was missed during the initial process.
