What can I say? A leak in our roof appeared instantly. Googled "emergency roof repair" and got a…read moreplethora of options. I called someone else first by sheer (bad) luck and it was like talking to someone half asleep. Called Cedar Roofs NW and Sean promptly answered. He spent maybe 2 to 3 minutes with me listening to me describe what/where/etc...about our roof and the leak. Then said "I'll be there by noon" - this was at 9am mind you. I said "I'll be here". 90 minutes later at 10:30am he's at my front "you said youd be here so I got here as quick as possible". Right there is the 3 star review. Now for the 5 star.....he's on my roof in minutes. Back down a very short time later. Shows me the problem (which btw was caused by installers 5 years ago). He says "give me 45 minutes and we'll be good to go". Probably 30 minutes later he's down the ladder with photos of the repair. Day 2 after the repair and probably 1/2 inch of rain later.....no more leak. The bill = very reasonable for instant call out, repair, and peace of mind. If only I could now send that invoice to the roofers 5 years ago.....

They were able to fit me in the next day and get the job done, using all the materials that I already had on site. About as professional a company as one could hope for. I never met the team in person, but handled all the work via phone and could see their work and actions via full coverage surveillance system. Everything was done to the highest quality, and I was provided with multiple photos of the work during and after completion. After completion, I offered to pay more somewhat as a "tip" since their level of service deserved it, but they wouldn't have it. While I expect my roof to last for decades, I would love to find additional roofing projects in the future for the company. I hope that I can provide them additional work by reference at the very least - they deserve to be one of the more successful contractors around.

When cleaning up, they cleared the gutters, ran a magnet around the yard to pick up and nails or metal that may have dropped. The roof looks wonderful. They even took pictures of the roof and gutters so we could see everything. They used great quality materials. When they came to pick up the trailer of trash, they even cleaned up a large branch from our yard so we wouldn't need to worry about it. Reeds did an amazing job. When an issue came up 3 years later they did not honor the warranty because they said they don't do 'flat roof' replacement unless specified in the contract. There was also nothing mentioned about excluding the flat roof portion in the contract. My mother paid for a full roof replacement and got taken advantage of. Now the roof needs $2500 in repairs after paying over $17,000 to have it replaced 3 years ago. Do not trust this company or their work.

There were several issues that came up and the crew was quick to consult with me and give me options as to what needed to be done. I trusted in their expertise and all issues were settled with a minimum of fuss. Part of the process when working on a 70+ year old house. The crew came back this morning and finished the job in short order. My roof looks great. The gutters and downspouts look great and I am yet again a happy customer.
