What a shock it was, Bill, when you and the HOMEMASTERS' crew showed up at our door to let us know about the HOMEMASTERS Christmas Contest - and that our family had won a free roof! We were just stunned. We had been planning on re-roofing the house for some time, hoping to avoid financing the project. What a blessing! We are grateful to our 5 children and many friends for helping us get the "votes" for the contest - and grateful to HOMEMASTERS for your generosity and the great job you have done! The roof went on very quickly. The HOMEMASTERS team was courteous and friendly from the start. We thank you for installing the skylights for us, as well, and during that project the professionalism of your crew really stood out! They did excellent work inside and out - and did an immaculate job of cleaning up after themselves. We have a new 50-year roof and are extremely satisfied. We know both the material and work are trustworthy and we will be having HOMEMASTERS in our home for more projects in the future! Five star sales and quote. Stefan did a great job with pricing in the middle of the pack. The quote itself should be the gold standard for presentation, look, and feel. Five star roof tear off and re-shingle. Started Friday morning and finished around noon Saturday. Did not get the crew names but they kicked butt! Siding...five star tear off of old vinyl and installation of new Hardie Plank by David, Jake and the rest of the crew. Undecided rating of the overall experience with the scheduling for siding. We were offered a start of late September but opted for an October 12 start due to other conflicts. The date changed three times before work started on November 2nd or 3rd. Siding installation completed November 21. Now we are left with an unpainted home until spring due to weather concerns. Very disappointed that we were unable to be done sooner and missed the opportunity to paint before the holidays. Will update with photos upon completion. Despite scheduling issues I still recommend Bill and the team. read more

The HomeMasters team that replaced siding, built a roof over our porch, and painted our house earlier this year did a fantastic job. The outside of our house looks great. HomeMasters work crew of Rob, David, and Spencer were always on time and professional, answered our questions in a friendly manner, let us know when they would be back, and ALWAYS cleaned up workspace at the end of the day. The clean up was especially important to us as one of our dogs tries to eat anything unusual he finds on the ground. So the care Rob, David, and Spencer took made our lives that much easier. Update: we had windows replaced in December 2018 by HomeMasters. Spencer and Tanyer showed up on time, were personable and polite, and worked quickly. The windows look great and It didn't take long at all for the house to reheat once they were done. We are happy with everything we have had done to the outside of our house this year, and it has all been done by HomeMasters. read more

Homemasters installed new roof and gutters for in in 2019. They were not the cheapest bid- but not the most expensive either. I have an awning connected to the roof and it was not correctly roofed around when done and leaked in front of kitchen slider. Jordan and Lorin came out from Homemasters to discover what the problem was, decide the best way to fix it, did that, and tested. Problem solved. They did an excellent job, for no cost, as my workmanship guarantee is for life on a 50 year roof. As they left, I was instructed not to hesitate to call back if any other problems. Dave's crew (Rob, Jacob, Lauren, Jordan, Jacob) was awesome! We had a very worn out old exterior of a house and now it looks nearly brand new! These guys are very professional, well skilled, and efficient. I was bracing myself for lots of hidden rot as the existing siding was very poor quality and beat up in many places. Rob was especially helpful in dealing with the discovery of some rot and missing roof bracing. He and the others did extra investigative work to determine best course of action at a very reasonable price. The crew always communicated well, did extra little things, and really made sure we were happy every step of the way. I plan to hire them again next year to do some critical work on our garage. I am giving 5 stars! This was the most professional group I have ever used for a home improvement project. Stefan was my first contact when he came out to listen to what I wanted. He gave me a detailed description of how the two skylines would be installed and an itemized written estimate. Justin & Hugo came as scheduled and worked diligently for two days in freezing weather on the roof until well after dark. Super personalities. Then Jeremy the dry wall guy came & did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier with the results. The owner of the company called to see if I was satisfied with the work and the office people stayed in touch regarding the scheduling. Amazing experience!!! We received many bids and Matt from Homemaster was the only project manager that actually spent time measuring to give us the most accurate and fair estimate. We had our roof and gutters replaced and the exterior of our home painted. We got several price estimates and thought Homemasters would be unaffordable because of their quality products however they offered the best price overall. We also met with Bill who did a great Color consult! The whole experience was effortless from beginning to end. All of the crew members were incredibly professional including Rob, Jacob, and Loren. Was dealing with a significant roof leak that caused internal damage. Stephan and Jamie managed to get a team out in one day. There work was excellent and the cost was definitely competitive. Hugo, Manuel and Emiliano completed the difficult job in one day and did a very professional job. Jamie handled all of the scheduling which resulted in such quick turn around. Gwen made sure I always new the status of the projected and made sure that the billing was as expected. All I can say is WOW! I had a leak in my roof for some time now.. with many attempts and many different companies trying to fix this.. no success. I gave it one last try with home masters. BEST decision ever! The boys that came out were SO friendly! I believe their names were Spencer and Tanner Anyways, They came out and did what no one else was able to do. A new roof by Homemasters was the highlight of our 2020! We originally contacted the company a couple years ago, and Stefan waited patiently for our decision. The whole team was wonderful! Marco and Enrique worked their tails off and were incredibly pleasant and kind. They replaced our roof severals years ago and came back to do a deep clean for us this year and will be back every few years to do a maintenance to keep our roof clean & free of moss. There were a couple sheets of plywood on my roof that warped. That left a couple of bulges in the roof and one was bad enough that it would have leaked when it started raining later in the year. Crystal came out and did the estimate the day after I contacted them. They were out and finished the work a few days later. No mess, and how they matched the 15 year old shingles was amazing. Went up in my attic, took pictures and gave me a quote of everything it would take to fix it. She was very professional, and very polite.
