I worked with Beto at 4Eco Cleaning a couple of years ago and he was so great that I now hire him and his team for my clients today. I've hired them for interior/exterior window cleaning and roof/gutter/treatment services. They are based in Gresham but they travel all over Oregon; locations include Estacada, Lake Oswego, Nob Hill and downtown PDX. They are very professional, punctual, perform stellar work, honest, and typically outbid any of their competitors. I always look for the finest quality for the best value and you'll find it here. If I could give Rafeal and his delightful crew 10 stars, I would! I don't write reviews often except when I am extremely pleased by another company. Both my husband and I own our own businesses and know how frustrating and disappointing working with other businesses can be that are providing services. Rafeal and his team are the exact opposite of that I'm afraid to leave this great review in case they get too busy lol Extremely efficient and very easy to work with. Reliable and flexible. The window washing services that Rafael provided us were the BEST!!! He was courteous, on time and fastidious about his work. When we bought this house, it was evident that the windows had not been cleaned in 20 years - and we had storm windows to boot. I had an urgent request for a last minute cleaning service for my new home that I discovered the previous tenants had left a mess. With all the hectic activity of movers and still working during the day, I needed help. 4eco was one of only a few that answered the phone live and was the only one able to get someone out quick. The cleaning crew showed up the next day and did a remarkable job, they brought all their own stuff and worked efficiently and got places I hadn't considered. I have no idea how they got the interior of the oven so shiny and clean! Needless to say, I am now hiring them for recurring service and they offered a very competitive price. read more

Not only was there a quick response, the rate was the lowest of all bids I received. I got the keys to my new home but my excitement was completely deflated by the condition the home was left in. It was so filthy I just couldn't imagine where to start. I had to hire someone to curb the buyer's remorse. They sent a team of two people and I requested 4 hours of their time. I was so impressed with their meticulous cleaning. It was a completely different house after their work and I felt so much more comfortable and enthusiastic about moving in! read more

Very easy to set up cleaning times, and they try their best to accommodate my schedule. Veronica has cleaned our house many times now and is incredibly thorough besides being a lovely person. They use all natural products and wear masks at all times, so we've felt quite safe. Highly recommend their cleaning services. When they leave, my house smells so clean. Not sure how they make that happen, but it's magical. read more

This is a great company to have clean your house! It only took Rafael a short time to respond to my request to set up an appointment to clean the house I just bought. He was able to accommodate the short amount of time I had to find someone to do the job. He was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. The house needed more cleaning than we expected but they didn't leave until the work was done. I would not hesitate to hire them again and the rates were extremely reasonable! read more

I would not recommend this company…read more We paid $740 to have the carpets cleaned in a two-story house, even though the going rate for a house this size is around $350. The technician was only there for about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the results were very disappointing. When the cleaning was finished, the technician mentioned there was one stain he could not remove. I wanted to inspect the work, but he kept ushering me out, saying, "It's wet," and assured me it was only a small stain that was barely noticeable. Unfortunately, I trusted him and made the mistake of not checking everything before he left. After the carpets dried, we discovered it wasn't just one small stain--there were several stains and spots that had not been removed at all. When we contacted the owner about the issue, instead of standing behind the work, he tried to charge us extra to address problems that should have been handled during the original cleaning. Our landlord then referred us to a different carpet cleaning company. They charged $350--half the price we paid--and cleaned the entire house properly. They were able to remove all of the stains that this company claimed could not be removed. To make matters worse, when my husband left an honest review about our experience, the owner responded with misleading statements, including claims about offering a "refund" that never happened. He also tried to argue over the difference between "spots" and "stains." Regardless of what terminology he wants to use, the fact remains that the marks on the carpet were not removed, and we paid a premium price for poor results. We overpaid, received subpar service, and then had to hire another company to finish the job correctly. Save your money and look elsewhere!!!

I can't say enough good things about 4eco Cleaning! After 25 years in our home, we're moving, and needless to say, when all of the furniture was moved out, it was very dirty. Rafael and his team did an absolutely amazing job. Our house looks cleaner than it has in years. The bathrooms are shiny! They were extremely efficient, and literally didn't stop moving the entire time they were here. Our house is over 3500 Sq ft, and it would have taken us a very long time to get it done, and it certainly wouldn't have been done as well as they did it.
