The guy who was helping me went home within less than two minutes of me coming in and the other guy spent his whole time on his phone which I thought he was break until someone else came in and he immediately helped them I told him that I was first and he said the guy should've helped you. Service was fantastic however the woman who helped me did some Straight BS to my account. I had lost my phone and had to get a new one. I didnt want anything changed. I just wanted to get a new phone. That part went well. What is didnt realize when I got home was that she secretly added the Iphone Protection Plus insurance scam crap. I came in for a trade to get the iPhone 14 because I didn't need to upgrade to the 15 but EMILY the manger or whoever, told me that it wasn't possible and that I HAD to get the new expensive iPhone 15. To later find out from an atnt rep that I could have switched to the 14 no problem. I also told her I wanted the most simple plan, I didn't need unlimited either. A few days ago, my family and I went to this store hoping to upgrade our 3 phones and a tablet. We had seen a promotion on tv about trading in our phones for a credit and had called A&T to confirm this was still valid and we could do it at our local store. We went to this location since it was convenient for all members, normally we go to the location at Sand Creek, in Brentwood. We should have just gone out of our way and done that. We would have had fewer headaches and been lied to far less. Plus, we likely would not have spent nearly 3 hrs there. When we arrived at the store, the AC was out and the store was actually warmer inside than it was outside, okay not a big deal, we've all had ac issues before. We sit down and tell the employee that we are looking to upgrade and he says that they only have a couple of phones in stock. So, I ask which ones they have, he says he needs to go in the back to check, no problem. I sit and wait, my family joins me while I wait...and wait....and wait. It took him almost 30 min to come back to tell me that they only have a couple of iPhones (I had said I was looking for a Samsung) and 1 each of 3 different Samsung phones. I don't know why it took so long to write down the names of 3 phone models, but whatever. We ask about the promotion and he argues with us for nearly 10 min saying it was only a certain model and not something they can do in-store since they don't have the model. We ask if there are any other promotions and he says no, we don't do that anymore. (This is a lie, we went online once we left and saw that they were in fact a couple of promotions going on, including one for trade-ins, other than the one we initially asked about). We decided to replace the tablet since it is used often and for both home and work. We did not want to upgrade to an iPad Pro, but that was the only iPad they had so we went with it. (Turns out, they are roughly 150$ more expensive than elsewhere). After some discussion and online research, we decide to get the phones as well when the employee insists that all stores are running low and probably won't have much available. Only after we decided to get the phones and had started the process did he say oh yea the other store is bigger and might have more selection. He never offered to check or suggest we call them to see. (Remember they work on commission) So we look at the 3 phone options we have and pick them out. We asked about transferring our data from the old phones to the new phones and are told that is something they no longer do in store and instead you must do it yourself. He says it's easy and just use an app already on our phones. He also stated that the iPad would automatically load and populate with the stuff from the old iPad once we logged into the cloud/apple id. This all turned out to be very false. For the phones, we had to go download a new app on our old phones (which were deactivated at this point), and on the iPad, everything had to be downloaded and set up as if from fresh. Throughout this whole experience the employee, Gregorio, gave the impression that we were an inconvenience and he had better things to do. When we were checking out and paying for the various items (2 phones and an iPad pro) we had to do it in 3 transactions, during which he somehow locked 2 of the 3 cards used. Each of these transactions also took between 20 to 30 min EACH, and during the last one, we could see him playing on his phone for 10 min before going to get the receipt that had already been printed and bringing it to us. TLDR: DO NOT GO HERE, they do not care about their customers and have the attitude that you are something to tolerate rather than someone to try to help and give great service to. I will NEVER go back to this location. Even if it means going without a phone for a while. read more

It seems that no one cares about helping their customers except one girl that was actually helping. The girl couldn't even get up to ask us what we needed help with I was trying to get a new phone but they for sure weren't worth me spending a dime there. My son needed a screen protector and the girl asks for his number and pulls up my account and still asks what kind of phone does he have? Really? You guys have all that in your computer, maybe she couldn't read? You shld hire someone that can count and knows how to do inventory. Overall probably 1 of the worst experiences I've had at an AT&T store. We went and were told that they just didn't have stock of most their phones. That's fine what do you have we asked took the employee 45 minutes to come and tell us they had 1 iPad and 1 A12 and 1 A52 and 1 Samsung s20 FE in stock with 2 IPhone 12pro. They didn't ask if we wanted the extended warranty and just automatically added it on. They also locked 2 of the 3 family members payment cards out of their accounts. Each card transaction took over 20minutes, in which 1 of the times the employee who was suppose to be ringing us up was just texting on his phone behind the counter. I was a bit skeptical to go to this location because of the bad reviews that I read. Good thing I checked it out...1st, there was no line & no waiting! This is the first time ever for me! We moved from the East Bay just over a week ago & it was a pleasant surprise to be attended to immediately. Roberto was the staff who helped me. He was very pleasant, helpful & has a great sense of humor. I was out of the store in less than 15 min. The following day, I went to the store again to have the new phone I bought activated. Roberto wasn't in yet but Punnesha (?) not sure of the spelling, helped us activate the phone & transfer data, contacts, etc so quickly. She was very pleasant as well! I bought a new iPhone and it didn't work, took it back a day later and they would not honor their 14 day return policy. They will NOT pay off your bill from whatever wireless services you are switching from I switched 5 lines leaving a balance of $2400 with T-Mobile it's been 4 months they only approved me for $600 and I still have NOT received that In the mail. First...they tell you this is an actual AT&T store and it is actually owned by Parrot Cellular. 2nd...the store manager is a fast talking hustler and will bamboozle you out of your money and your bills end up higher than what is quoted. I now have a piece of crap phone that was defective upon first use. I went back to let them know, they would not assist me and referred me to the Apple store that turned into a 4 hour ordeal and the phone is still crap. I wanted to simply give them back their defective phone and take my business elsewhere, but in order to do that there was a restocking fee. How can you restock a defective item? So this is to put some clarity out there. "Gianna" and "Patrick" must be fake accounts and people that just make up lies to give people bad rep. I have been to that location and the rep they are speaking about has helped me and my family many times. He is a very helpful person and they do have timed safes that hold their inventory so it does take time for them to get their inventory. Also some promotions are different in store from the ones customer service offers. The times he or any of the others have helped us, they are NEVER on their phones. Also about transferring stuff from one phone to another isn't their job to do. Each manufacture has a way of doing it and if you have a smart phones, you should know how to do that already. Don't make up lies about someone only because you feel people listen to your reviews. Get over yourself. AGAIN, everyone in that store is friendly and does their best to help on what they can. They might not have the biggest inventory but they do let you know what they have. Looking at the other reviews those people do and also how it looks like if they created a new Yelp account just to talk crap about someone, they must have no life and are a bunch of liars. What an awful store. My mom, a senior, went there today to diagnose her old flip phone. The manager took out her sim card, rubbed it between his fingers, said it was fixed and walked away. (The phone was not fixed). My mom objected, and asked for more help, and he just continued to walk away. And then the manager chatted up with his coworkers in the back room, not helping my mom one bit. An associate finally helped my mom. I advise the store to get better management. read more

ATT Brentwood, If you are an ATT customer I highly recommend you DO NOT go to this store. Two nights ago I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and though there was an hour left before they closed they did not set up an appointment for me. In the morning, they had to scan my ID three separate times, one time taking it to the backroom. If that didn't take long enough the payment used would not go through, despite it being accepted online; canceling the upgrade and forcing a new SIM card install on my iPhone 5. which wouldn't allow me to text until I later spoke with a representative. The employee who attended me reassured me that the phone will be set aside so I can pick it up as soon as I come back, which spoiler alert, didn't happen. When I returned they bumped me to the bottom of the waiting list, coming in close to an hour before called. When my turn came up, the 2 employees who helped me had an attitude and patronized my displeasure. But the cherry on top has yet to come: the phone they gave me is defective. It accepted, downloaded and installed an update without my permission, which has affected my Wi-Fi antenna to run slower than my 3 year old iPhone. The driving reason for upgrading was that I was gifted a Samsung VR headset, which before the unwelcome update was working fine but now has problems with the alignment. I was happy with the service I had before paying online but after attempting to upgrade my satisfaction with AT&T has nosedived and I am highly considering moving on to another company. EDIT: I preformed a test with an iPhone 5, iPhone 7 Plus, a different SGS7E, and a gaming computer where the task was to load a 4k video from YouTube. Both of the latest models of iPhone and Samsung loaded the video immediately, the iPhone 5 took seconds and the gaming computer was able to crank it up to true 4k all before the my SGS7E was able to get past the main menu on YouTube. I understand and hope that you do too that this was not a test of AT&T's network but rather to prove whether my phone was defective or not. It is. Very. read more

I always get a little irritated with retail, so I knew this was going to be a hassle!! TOTALLY WRONG! Luis Cardona was our sales rep and he was thorough, knowledgeable, kind and put so much effort into the mess WE MADE. He made sure we were taken care of to the fullest before we left. My husband and I made things even more difficult for him by coming back and returning the phones cause we liked a different phone better. Luis, again, was kind and put so much effort into our requests. We came in initially to get cell phones, and we ended up getting direct-tv, landline and internet service. Luis was under a lot of pressure when he was understaffed and he, hands down, handled it so well. Of course there were customers throwing a fit but Luis made sure he kept a smile on his face.
