I crashed out a bit cuz of all the attitude he had he was so condescending he even looked at his coworkers and said "she mad at ME because she doesn't have the number blah blah blah" my son just knew that Veronica knew what needed to be done but she was busy at the moment so the second I got her attention I told her I'd wait if she could just help me. She is AMAZING! There isn't anything she can't do! I won't even fault the other guy because she clearly saved the day! I'd wait for hours again just to deal with someone as helpful! I got there at 7:50, 10 minutes before they closed but their door was locked and the "customer service" agent just looked up and shrugged his shoulders. I went in the store today with a broken screen. Their was 1 gentleman and 1 young lady working in the store. There were no other customers. The guy proceeds to tell me that I have to call another company and make arrangements for my screen to be fixed. Keep in mind, I cant call out of my phone because the screen is broken. Neither one of them were doing squat. They were both uninterested in helping me solve this problem. I then went to the T-Mobile store over there off of Century BLVD. There, they helped me by setting up my appointment to get my screen fixed, and they never made me seem like I was a bother. Excellent customer service at Century Blvd T-Mobile. This store is small but mighty! I dealt with many hours of frustration dealing with the Antioch store and the customer service at 611 after my line was accidentally suspended by T-Mobile. The staff at the Century Plaza store were incompetent and unprofessional. Aliza at Atlantic Plaza fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. She's extremely knowledgeable and professional. My experience here has been terrible both times in the past years. My experience this week - I called the real T-Mobile went through technical support for issues on my daughter's phone which caused a green screen. T-Mobile placed it under warranty because there was no physical damage, even the store agreed. We go to this store where they just mailed our replacement, and they come up with their own store policy which they claim is different and want us to buy a new phone. The manager which they text refused to give us our mailed by T-Mobile replacement? Go here if you want a store with terrible young inexperienced service. Go here if you want to be in *84 degree thermostat heat. Go here if you like unprofessional employees who don't represent the name on the door but only their own policies. They don't care about your 12 years of service with the company but only about themselves. I do not recommend this store. A few years ago my oldest purchased a new phone there. When she asked if they would help her transfer the data from her old phone, they said they do not do that. I visited the store to purchase a plan with a new phone "deal" and transfer an old number. After abut an hour, the rep was unable to transfer the number so I ended up with a new number, which was fine, and a new phone/plan. I was to get a number of discounts with this new plan and the order was processed accordingly. The entire process this day took 3.5+ hours! After several days I wanted to set up auto pay but the discounts had not yet been applied, so I returned to the store where the rep called their support team to find out when to expect the discounts to be reflected, only to be told the discounts were not going to apply to my plan. The phone rep then wanted to review other plans that I might be interested in. In the end, I said I had not been properly informed from the initial sign up and was not interested in the subsequent, less valuable offers. What I wanted was for TMobile to honor what I had been sold. They would not and even told me if I cancelled, I had to pay a restocking charge. In order for me to get a refund of the initial payment posted back to my CC, they would deduct the restocking charge from that and refund the difference. What a scam! I cannot express how frustrated and disappointed I am with TMobile. The error was on the part of the rep who sold me the product, not mine and yet I'm out of pocket $80 ($70 restock & $10 activation). As much as I understand it may have been a new and inexperienced rep and an honest mistake on their part, TMobile should have done the right thing and either honor the plan I was given and paid for OR refunded my $$ 100% since this error was no faut of my own. What a a shoddy operation and experience. I ended up at Xfinity with a better deal and great customer service. Live and learn. read more

I had a problem with my phone today and Lisa was amazing she helped me with fixing and finding out what was wrong with the phone and she took very good care of me but the manager was absolutely terrible unprofessional you can hear her arguing with other employees and being on her phone yelling as a customer getting help from Lisa, that was amazing. The sales associate was very nice and helpful and she seemed very genuine but the manager there is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He was not willing to make any changes or credit me back for the store error. He was very condescending towards me and the sales rep on the phone who was very helpful and making sure I was not being scammed. What a terrible experience with this manager. We've been to 3 different T-Mobile places and by far this is the best place. We were helped thoroughly and professionally by Andromida (Spelling?). She was friendly, knowledgeable and very down to earth. We switched from Sprint to T-Mobile, which I wish we did sooner. We've been with Sprint for over 20 years and we've seen their service go down and prices go up. The reception is horrid and for the price they charge, it's just ridiculous. I've done my research including talking with quite a few people that uses T-Mobile, locally, nationally and globally. Of the dozen or more people I spoke with, not one gave me a negative feedback. My bill, was over $350 monthly send down to $120 monthly, with better coverage, services and perks. I've also research Verizon (one of my really close friends works for them and he said T-Mobile is better). I've also researched AT&T, which is probably the worst of all carriers. If you're looking for a better carrier, take a look T-Mobile. If you're in this specific area, stop by the one on Atlantic Ave as I know they will be honest with you. Note: T-Mobile and Sprint have been looking to merge but they have met intense opposition from state and federal regulators (even though FCC approved the merger). If this happens I'm not sure how it will affect services and coverage. read more

I came here three times, twice told they only had two members on staff and they had to close early, only to drive by and see they were open. A third time I waited 30 minutes and heard the two employees complaining they had no support and couldn't help the customers, so I left. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. After hearing 3 different stories from 3 different locations about how to get it done, Antonio helped us leave with exactly what we wanted. It was a fiasco trying to split a shared Sprint account into a new T-mobile account and keep some of the same numbers, but he got it done for us. The associate who helped me add a line told me that because the type of plan I had, I would get free accessories with the new phone my dad had got for adding a new line to our plan (he also traded in his old phone). The associate included the sync up tracking device, a phone case and protector which he opened up and put on the new phone( which at first I thought was nice) but then realized he threw away the boxes and I thought that was suspect, usually they would ask if we would like to keep the box, and a charging port (all of which he said was FREE) later to find out on my bill that I am paying monthly for these items????? First of all that's very misleading. He simplified explaining this scam of a transaction without mentioning that although I am not paying anything upfront today due to the credits I am receiving today for trading my phone, I will be paying monthly fees for these accessories which will show on my bill. After looking at my monthly statement I was confused to see all of these extra charges and plans and even an additional line for the sync up tracker all of which were not discussed and not needed. The only reason why I took it home was because he said it was FREE and wouldn't cost anything later on. When we tried to return the tracker there was a restocking fee HA!!!! When we didn't want the device if it was something we had to pay for but they had insisted it's free. VERY MISLEADING. Do not come here. They will scam you. BEWARE! read more

My experience at this T-Mobile was amazing! I walked in just before close (not actually knowing I thought they were open later so I felt bad!) because I was so excited about getting an Apple Watch. The employees were enthusiastic with me and made the experience amazing they didn't make me feel rushed or like they were trying to get me out of there. Von the store manager hooked me up with an incredible deal. If you ever need to go to a T-Mobile I highly recommend this one, he'll work with you to get the best deal possible. I went there with my daughter to try to upgrade my phone. My phone was in great condition, no scratches , no cracked screen everything was good. The first employee told me everything was good and I can upgrade, the second worker came to help and she checked the phone again and took her 'black light' out To check my phone again. She said it was good but it had a little scratch on the left corner. The scratch was not even noticeable but she made a big deal about it. It wasn't on the screen it was at the left corner. She told me they couldn't upgrade it for me because of the scratch. I told them I was going to go to the store in Antioch and she said "go ahead". I left the store to go to the other T-mobile store. Upon entering the store Mr. Eddie ( a sales associate), greeted me with a warm smile ; and sincerely question pertaining toward what I was looking for today. I let him know that it was a new phone in the LG family that I was interested in purchasing today. So he preceded to show me what was available and their individual cost along with the bells and whistles. After I decided on the ThinQ; we moved on with the financing of it. While getting the monthly cost figured out; it was Selena & Keylen who helped me pick out my case /screen protector efficiently. After all that Eddie transferred all my information from one to the other phone; as well as placed my new screen protector on too! The service here was freaking awesome!
