There was at least five people in line ahead of us. Super fast and efficient, but also just real nice and great vibe! I haven't seen postal workers this kind, happy, or quick in a minute. Like I said we were only in there for a minute, But the staff made a lasting impression.

Excellent service from Copymat. I was shopping around for a place to photocopy numerous documents…read morethat were easily above 100 pieces and I was appalled when I initially tried Staples at how they jacked up the prices lately for self-service photocopies. I tried FedEx / UPS store (only nominally less by a few cents, the Local Library in Concord (too inconvenient because they only accept dollar bills), and a printing press in Concord (equally comparable to copymat but they closed by the time I got out of work). I was in and out in less than 10 mins and I paid 50-60% less than what I would have paid for at FedEx or UPS store. I will definitely come back here if I need photocopy needs.

We came here for the Notary service, and we were not at all disappointed. The notary is the…read morebusiness owner, who gave us his full attention in doing all the tasks that notaries do when witnessing the signature of an important document. He dutifully checked our IDs, and ensured that all the paperwork, fingerprints and logging were done carefully and properly. Best of all, each signature was very inexpensive, as we only had two signatures to be recorded - $15/signature, which is the going rate for getting notary services at a local copy/mail/package estabilshment like this. Yes, we shopped around! And best of all, the notary at Copymat is always here, unlike other package shipping/copy places where notary services aren't always available. I would not hesitate to call upon Copymat again for future notary duties in this area! Thanks Copymat, you got the job done for us!

Instead of honoring our reservation by providing another truck, they refused, claiming they "didn't trust my husband to bring it back." We were shocked by how we were treated!!! When we became understandably frustrated after they failed to provide the truck we had reserved, they called the police instead of trying to resolve the situation. The responding officers were professional and told us they had received numerous complaints about this location before, but explained there was nothing they could do because it's a private business. The entire experience felt extremely dishonest and misleading. We lost valuable time, our moving plans were disrupted, and we were treated with complete disrespect. We are opening a case regarding what happened and we believe this place is fraudulent!!! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Based on our experience, I would not trust this business with another reservation!

If I could give negative stars I would…read more I contacted this U-Haul location today because our refrigerator broke unexpectedly and I needed quick, basic guidance on which vehicle in their fleet would be suitable to move it. The employee who answered the phone demonstrated zero knowledge of the services or vehicles this business provides. Even more concerning, he abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. When I attempted to call back to clarify or resolve the issue, my calls were repeatedly answered and immediately disconnected. This was not a dropped call--it was intentional. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a business that people rely on during stressful, time-sensitive situations like unexpected appliance failures or moves. If you work for a company, you should at minimum understand what it offers and how to treat customers with basic respect. Hanging up on customers is not a mistake--it's a choice. Management should be aware that this location reflects poorly on the U-Haul brand. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is astounding. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to think twice before relying on this location for anything time-sensitive or important.
