I'm giving 4 stars because the flowers are fresh and beautiful. Customer service not so great! Not sure if it's because of my melanin or what?!? What's funny is my husband goes here often, so I was expecting great customer service and smiles. I'll leave it up to my husband to continue to go there, I won't be going back. read more

Love having this cute flower shop, Antioch Florist, in my neighborhood. They sell an assortment of flower bouquets, fun garden ornaments, and gifts. I stopped at the last minute a day before Thanksgiving and was lucky to find a fridge full of gorgeous fall themed bouquets ready to take home. The staff was very nice, friendly, and very helpful. I was drawn to this gorgeous arrangement because it had orange Lilies, Freesias, yellow Crapedia Billy Balls, blue Thistle flowers, yellow roses, red carnations, fall leaves, and green Dianthus flowers. This centerpiece was perfect for our gorgeous Thanksgiving table. A big thank you to Cara for creating it and adding her special touch! read more

My mom sent me flowers for mothers day and 2 days later 3 of the sunflowers were broken and died. They were broken because the flowers were shoved in the vase so tight I struggled to take the sunflower out. Plus I never received the packet to help keep the flowers alive for longer. read more

I used Antioch Florist for my wedding on 5/29/21. Let me start off by saying I don't know a lot about flowers and I didn't have much help in the floral area. Cara was and is amazing for any bride just needing someone to bring their vision together. I didn't feel like I was bugging her with unnecessary questions and she was very quick on responses. She even recommended tips for me to keep things within my budget. Thank you so much! read more

Loved the flowers I ordered. They did exactly what I wanted. The birthday girl was very happy.

I have bought their flowers for mother's day and for my baby's birthday. They look so pretty and we just love it. The only thing tho: the very recent delivery was delivered by someone who is not wearing a mask. I was expecting the flower to be put in front of the door just like the very first delivery. Please be more cautious! read more

I ordered flowers from their website to be delivered to a friend who had surgery. The prices were reasonable compared to other florists in the area, they were delivered on-time with a confirmation email to me. For a last minute request, they did a great job! I called when upon opening and ordered a floral arrangement. They created a beautiful arrangement for a good price. It's minus a star because I asked for pink, purple, "girly" flowers and when I picked up, they had blue hydrangeas. We did talk about hydrangeas over the phone but not blue ones. I didn't have time to ask for them to be switched out but in the end, I'm pickier than most and my director loved the arrangement! But overall, great quality, fast and friendly customer service! Will be returning! read more

Worst experience ever I order a wreath for my brothers funeral and it's was super tiny for $150 dollars. It was too much for the size of it. I will never order anything over the phone make sure you go see it in person that was a joke . If I could I would give zero stars! read more

This review is a little late, but I wanted to share my experience from Mother's Day. My kids ordered an arrangement for both my mother and me. Both arrangements were so beautiful and stayed fresh for a long time. Lastly, kudos to the delivery staff, very professional and very considerate of social distancing. We indicated that my elderly and immune compromised mother lives with me, and I appreciate the extra effort. read more
