What made it even more special was how she thoughtfully repurposed it for our sweetheart table after the ceremony. It completely transformed the space and tied everything together so beautifully. The aisle florals were just as incredible--lush, romantic, and perfectly placed to create the most magical walk down the aisle. And the bouquets? Every single bridesmaid bouquet was unique yet cohesive, and mine was beyond anything I dreamed of. Wow, I love talking to a flower shop when I'm able to rather than going through a generic floral app. I was pleasantly surprised to speak with the owner of the business, Mo. She was very helpful and guided me in the right direction when I needed to order condolence flowers. I prefer bouquets in a vase and she says I could look on her website and pick something or she suggested a few arrangements since I was looking for flowers that would last a little longer. Price was very reasonable. I also spoke with Amy who took all my information and was very nice. They were kind enough to send me a picture of the finished bouquet and it was gorgeous. I ordered 3 bouquets for my daughter's first stage play (Beetlejuice) for the different shows and when I tell you these bouquets were STUNNING. I met Moe, the owner of Petals at our venue during a vender meeting. It was such a cool experience! I was in love with her designs so I told my fiancé to put our raffle tickets in her booth! I won a free Bridal Bouquet & so we decided to do the rest of our wedding flowers with her. She was so cute and bubbly and you will give you the full experience with her. We did a formal meeting at her shop and I was able to bring my Maid of Honor as well. The day of the wedding, she dropped everything off for us so that I wouldn't have one more thing on my plate. She even threw in flower petals for my Flower Girl free of charge. Also, you will find that there will be some last minute changes during any wedding and I felt so bad being that bride but her staff were very kind & accommodating. Lastly, I'm here to tell you that if you don't think you need a Welcome Table centerpiece...you do! I don't know how to explain this but it will make ur table look naked without it. 10/10 recommend this place, I would come back for my next event. Best Florist I have EVER ordered flowers from, hands down!! So I am not a flower person, but my Mom is. Since 2006, I have been ordering my Mom flowers through various florist, sight unseen. Many experiences have not gone well, and I have to ask my Mom for photos of the arrangement each time. I have also dealt with the 'top' local florists, such as Ribbons and Roses. Not at all impressed. I have used Petals twice and both experiences have been excellent. They have set the bar high. When my Mom's dog passed, I called Ribbons and Roses, as my sister (local) recommended them. They did not answer the phone (ended up taking two days to call back). I needed the arrangement delivered to my Mom like next day or within two days of placing the order, so I kept calling local florists, none of which answered their phones, until I called Petals and spoke with Moe, who I believe is the owner. For my first arrangement, Moe took the time to help me in creating a custom arrangement for my Mom based on what I thought she would like. Again, I am not a flower person, so I was telling Moe colors more than anything else lol. Anyway, the arrangement was better than I could have ever expected and for the first time, I did not have to ask my Mom for a photo, she just sent one, as she was THAT blown away by the arrangement. In 18 years of buying flowers, I have never been that impressed by the customer service + the arrangement. I was kind of panicking about the arrangement being delivered since my Mom is a real active senior and I did not want the arrangement sitting outside and Moe was kind enough to deliver it herself and text me once it was delivered. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her and how annoying I probably was trying to time it with my Mom's activities and still trying to keep it a surprise. For the second arrangement, I had my assistant look on the Petals website and then she called Moe and requested to customize one of the arrangements on the website a bit. Once again, Moe made the most beautiful arrangement and took the time to add special details to the arrangement. For now being a flower person (sorry), I was once again blown away by the attention to detail, the ability to put together such a beautiful arrangement and most of all, the customer service. Petals has and will continue to have my business. While I am not local, I have family who is, and will continue to recommend Petals to everyone. My Mom has said the same and coming from the biggest flower person I have ever met, that says a lot. Thank you Petals!!!! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I had the option to give negative stars, I would have given this business just that. My sister ordered flowers for me from this place yesterday. The flowers were all wilting, and most of them had browned edges on the petals. When the feedback was given to the owner he came up all the defensive arguments that how its not his fault. After showing the pictures of condition of the flowers he said it's just that few of the flowers are wilting which is not a big deal. He kept arguing that even though the flowers are not fresh, but the bouquet looks beautiful. Just imagine after making a delivery of drooping, and parched flower bouquet the owner has the audacity to tell me that there is nothing wrong with his bouquet, he will just replace the droopy ones. He was going on and on about how he thinks the bouquet he made was beautiful. Then, let me talk about delivery. The delivery person left the bouquet in the porch without notifying us even though tips were added to the order.
