He had also added two phone lines for my single iPad. When I went back to get it fixed, he was just as awful. I actually was concerned for my safety when the only other employee went in the back room. I had great service here a couple years ago. I hope the guy who helped me recently is a holiday hire. Not sure why all the negative reviews really. They told me they initiated the trade in and that it would be at a price of $17. I looked at my bill and I'm paying full price for the phone. I handed the store my trade in... it appears they did not return my phone and did not initiate the trade in. So I was lied to and they stole my old phone that was a trade in. I've escalated this with Verizon and I am filing a formal complaint. Be weary of your visit this store as I was clearly lied to, my phone stolen, and several standard practices for how Verizon employees operate were not followed. Stay away!! Go down the street to the "REAL" Verizon. This is a 3rd party Verizon. Most of the people are helpful but "Zach" was so condescending and the opposite of helpful! If you have to go to this store make sure you don't have to work with him. He's very rude! I got talked into home internet through Verizon when I was at this store last. They told me I could just try it out and I had 60 days before I would even get charged for it. So I took it home but changed my mind and never activated it or even opened the box. I wanted to just stick with my hard wired Xfinity. I brought it back and they said I have to waste more time and call Verizon to get a shipping label to return it. Horrible store, Lone tree Brentwood. They will rip you off so beware. My trade in allowance online was $518.69. I took my phone in Directly to this store as to not risk mailing in my phone. The sales associate took my phone in the back and came out with a receipt for $265. I said no that's not what Verizon offered according to my phone and it's excellent condition. I was told that's all they could do, so I said no thanks, just give me back my phone ( a perfectly working pro max). I was told it's too late it's been processed. What? It's right there on the counter. I did end up getting the correct amount after taking even more time on the phone with Verizon. Avoid this place! They are ripping people off deliberately. I have had Verizon for the past 18 years as my phone service. I usually do not write reviews, but the service I received at this Verizon location was horrendous! I purchased a phone through the Verizon website and requested store pick up at this location. I was sent a text that my phone was ready to be picked up at this location. I go to the location and the rep at the store (Jiggs) was helping another customer at the time. He didn't once acknowledge I was there. I had to come up and tell him I received a message my phone was ready. He said I don't have a phone order for you. I showed him the text and messages I received and all he kept telling me was that he didn't have my order and the process he goes through when he receives an online order. While he's with the other customer he is asking for my order number and telling me he doesn't know what I was talking about.Not once did he offer to let look into my account history or contact Verizon's customer service to troubleshoot the situation. I had to call Verizon Customer Service to figure out what was the issue, while I was at this location! The rep on the phone said there may have been a glitch via the messaging, and a sale tax needed to be paid for, which the previous rep I spoke to had said I would be billed on my next monthly payment. So I paid the sales tax and had to wait for the order to get reprocessed. Not once did Jiggs apologize for the issue! Hopefully the manager will look into this issue and reeducate this older gentleman on proper customer service. read more

I was appalled when some thin tall masked younger looking male tried to charge $20 to transfer data from my old IPhone to the $1000 IPhone I bought from Verizon . This after the IPhone arrived late and the appointment times are silly but I went with the flow. I switch from T-Mobile to Verizon and happen to go in to this victor Verizon where I met with the store guy named John who assured me that opening up my business account I would then be able to obtain a promotion they called a switch 22 which would give me $1000 back per line since I ported in from T-Mobile Once they got my business and I sent in my old bills from T-Mobile and tried to use the promotion which they told me I was eligible for It turned out that the promotion was only for new consumer customers not business customers so now after trading in all five of my devices they're telling me that they can't help me because that promotion doesn't exist.. so now six months later and after calling Victra Verizon and regular Verizon no one has been able to help me and all they keep telling me is to go back to the store who sold me the promotion. I'm not sure who needs to hear this but please beware of this Store and really the company... nothing happens to the person who gives out miss info they'll leave it in your lap as a consumer to figure it out yourself. read more

I made a big mistake by going to this authorized retailer of Verizon. I have always had great experiences in dealing with purchases of phones when I went to Costco and the Corporate Verizon store but I feel this store uses very deceptive sales tactics. They didn't explain that there would be any extra fees like "Set Up and Go Plus" of $19.99 and "discounted" accessories but with a 50% mark up price from other retailers. I originally went in with the only intention of upgrading my old android phone to an iPhone and understood there would be an upgrade fee but the sales associate then offered what seemed to be a great deal with of a companion iPad that I would be receiving a $150.00 discount on. I thought this was similar to going into a Best Buy or Target. It wasn't til my husband logged into his Verizon account when we saw all the other charges along with this iPad. There was a $40.00 activation fee on top of a $40.00 "Development payment upgrade fee." The associates made it sound that there would only be a monthly fee for the device but there is also an additional monthly charge for the iPad service. They should explain all these charges before they have you sign. After spending over an hour in the store I was anxious to get out of there so signed the documents rather quickly. I had such good experiences with dealing with other Verizon stores in the past, I guess I had built up a false sense of trust with this authorized Verizon store. The previous stores have always spelled out all additional charges verbally with me. Please go to a Verizon Corporate store or a Best Buy and I think you will be much happier. There was no added convenience in going to this store, only headaches as when I tried to take the iPad back a week later, I am now stuck with many of the fees (a $58.49 tempered glass protective screen they put on for me that I can't return, the $19.99 Set up and Go Fee. Luckily Verizon Corporate refunded me $80.00 in the upgrade fees since I never used the device. The associates I dealt with may have been nice but I felt they were wolves in sheep's clothing. Wow, I witnessed a baby boomer customer be abused by the younger clerks. It was awful. The woman was in the store to exchange a phone she did not understand. The clerks began to tease her and joke about her age. They insisted that she had exceeded her 14 days. The phone was hers now. Nothing they could do. She insisted on assistance with her problem. She went ignored. The customer became frustrated and angry! These sales clerks should be ashamed of themselves! Sorry but this is a horrible store. It is not a true Verizon store, and the employees work on commission. Everything is way overpriced and the employees try to up sell you on everything. In fact the two women who worked on my purchase were obviously totally untrained and it took them three days to take back a phone I did want and, set my up with the phone I did want. My past experiences with the corporate retailer down the road were never exceptional. The employees are not as helpful, give off an intimidating vibe, and treat people like they're wasting their time. I dreaded going there so I thought I would take a chance with this retailer next to Home Depot. I would like to say that my experience at this location was absolutely great and made my upgrading of two lines an amazing experience. Justin, John, "Z", were very helpful, friendly and very professional. They all know what they're doing and make you feel like your time and questions are not unimportant. I was fortunate to work with Justin who helped me tremendously. I needed to upgrade my Mom's flip phone and my iPhone. He did it all, answered my many questions and was so pleasant! I was there for about an hour as he downloaded and set up the two phones. I observed many people coming in for help or something,and all 3 employees treated everyone the same! I think this retailer deserves high marks for the overall service they provide. I rarely do reviews but I thought I should share how great and easy it was to get these upgrades done. After it was all done, I found I needed to switch the flip cell phone for my Mom (88yrs) again, because she couldn't hear with the Alcatel. I called Justin (he gave my his cell number for any help needed) and he was so great about ordering the new flip phone, called me when it arrived and yet again, set it up and handled the paperwork with no issue. We went into this store thinking it was an actual Verizon store. We ended up spending more then a Verizon store would have charged and wasn't able to return the phone without additional fees. Cheyanne was helpful in getting the phone but was deceptive in letting us believe it was a Verizon store. We expressed our concern about the high cost of the phone and it took her 7 days to respond which added a stocking fee to the return, Cheyanne as the store manager and her Sales Directors chose not to match the Verizon price and said return the phone and pay the fees. I would not recommend going to this store, they are a Victra store and are charging more then Verizon stores. Nice employees but poor business ethics. read more

There was a little bit of a line the other day (which there usually is at any Verizon stors) when I stopped by and I got to see some interactions while I waited. One of them really melted my heart seeing a young lady who I later found out was the manager; sit down and help this older gentleman for what seemed like forever with every little question with his phone. She was so patience and did not once show any sign of frustration. The young man who ended up helping me was also so genuinely sweet even with being a little new he handled all of my billing questions without a single issue.
