His knowledge and expertise is setting up our business account, helping us with the promos to save us a bundle, and switching all of our data! He tirelessly assisted us by making extra calls, handling hiccups, and basically walking us through an otherwise tedious process. The stars are for him! He's like an octopus, able to use his "tentacles" to accomplish several tasks at once! He greeted all the other patrons with a warm welcome! As he mentioned, the store needs a facelift... aesthetically it needs an upgrade, just like our phones!! I think once the remodel is done, this will be an amazing sister store! But with such incredible customer service, the looks of this shop pale in comparison to the shining care and attention we received! If you need anything for your Verizon needs, give him a ring!! (By the way, Yelp has that this store is closed today, a Wednesday, but it opened at 10:00). Came back a second time and Matt again worked his magic!!! He helped my daughter get a new phone and switch all of her data!!!

Today, however, my experience was not good at all. The manager on site should practice listening skills when his customers are trying to explain a problem. Instead of solving my problem and notifying Gamestop HQ to prevent other customers from getting ripped off due to misleading advertising, his solution was to sell me some additional gear that I purportedly already paid for according to the ads on gamestop.com. Best thing about this particular Gamestop is its location.

This is one of the few places that I found to replace the battery on my apple smart watch…read more It is located in a mall area in the short pump area. Plenty of parking. The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.
