When we walked in we were greeted a few times and received help instantly. It was a fast and smooth transition. There was a small hiccup but we were able to fix that at the Verizon store pretty quick. Overall my purchases are always with apple directly. We like to cut out the middle man. This store is clean and inviting. Bright lights and very well organized. We like visiting this store.

In April 2025, I went to the store to upgrade four iPhone 12 minis to new iPhones. I specifically showed our salesperson, Brandon, the phones we were trading in, and he clearly stated that the quoted promotional pricing would apply to the devices we brought in. He told us we would pay $0/month for each iPhone 16 and $5.99/month for each iPhone 16 Pro under the trade-in program. We trusted him and made our purchasing decisions based on that information. However, when the first bill arrived, the pricing was much higher than quoted. It was only after we returned to the store to trade in our old phones that we were told the offer was not valid for iPhone 12 minis - only the iPhone 12 - something Brandon never disclosed at the time of sale, despite being shown the phones directly. This amounts to a $2,000 discrepancy over the life of the contract. When we raised the issue, Brandon denied the miscommunication, and the store manager, Tyrone, defended him without seriously engaging with our concerns. They essentially shrugged off a serious breach of trust. We're have since returned the phones and switched negative our service to a competitor. I've never written a public review before, but I felt this one was necessary. If you value transparent communication and honest pricing, be extremely cautious at this location.

The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.

Today, however, my experience was not good at all. The manager on site should practice listening skills when his customers are trying to explain a problem. Instead of solving my problem and notifying Gamestop HQ to prevent other customers from getting ripped off due to misleading advertising, his solution was to sell me some additional gear that I purportedly already paid for according to the ads on gamestop.com. Best thing about this particular Gamestop is its location.

Went to the Xfinity store to buy a WiFi extender. Beautiful store with 6 or so people standing…read morearound doing nothing. We asked them about purchasing a WiFi extender and this guy who works there came over to help us. He was chomping on gum like a cow the whole time we were talking to him. Anyway, back to the extender. He looked up our account and then went to the back to find an extender. He came back a few minutes later and said he didn't have it. I asked if he could order it for us and he said no that I had to call. I told him I don't want to order it online because there isn't an option to pay with a separate credit card. He couldn't help. Why have an expensive storefront with workers standing around doing nothing if you can't help your customers. What a waste of money. In the end we ended up just buying an extender through a different store and it worked just fine.
