The store itself is pretty small with no frills inside, which was fine. They had to send my watch to another store to get it replaced so it took 3 business days. The cost was around $125. Kind of high for a watch battery but cheaper than a new smart watch. My only complaint is that I took my watch in because of a bad battery so my % battery on drop off was like 10%. When I picked my new battery watch up, it was a 3%... I would have liked to have had them charge it some at least so that I could see that the new battery was replaced. It is kind of like picking up a watch or clock at another store and it isnt wound or set to the right time. But it worked find once i charged it I was glad to do this route vs a new watch.

Fast forward 2 WEEKS later I go in, finally get my computer and then lo and behold it's an extra 15$ than I was told? I had already paid 365$ so an extra 2$ is a lot more. Whatever I get it. I pay, I go home i try to use it. It does work, but something's off...weird in-fact, the first layer of my computer screen's plastic cover, the only layer they had to fix, nothing else, was barely attached. I mean my screen basically caught a waft of the rest of the computer. Fine. I call them back ask their warranty policy, they say: "we can look at it but if it's something we deem you did then we will charge you again." Uh? No! It's your job to fix it not mine. After reading the reviews of similar things happening with the exact same two men I decided to not bring it back and waste my time or money. Definitely not stopping here again.

Less than 24 hours after getting it replaced, screen cracked and not by dropping. Paid $150 to replace the first time for an older Samsung Galaxy. Staff was rude and said they don't replace from phone drops, but if they opened phone they could tell if it was dropped or not. Hmmm, so I should believe them to tell me if the phone was or wasn't dropped? As it's an older phone (four years), I can guarantee it has been dropped a few times, so looks like an easy out for them to not cover warranty. They are either really bad at repairs or offer cheap replacement products to customers. Go to a more reputable place, like Computer Cave. They are honest and offer quality repair and products. Staff at this Fruit Fixed Store couldn't even tell me how much the part the cost or even acknowledge that glass can crack from cheap quality or improper repair. Save your money and repair elsewhere at a more reputable place.
