You feel ripped off...and than the company says, "We have signature that it got delivered." It didnt get delivered if no one got the postcard..thats the bottom line. How easy for a big company that has helped their customer for several years to say, "this one is on us." And as a result they keep the relationship and show integrity for their service. He provided me with several options including a hybrid system that involves both wireless and hard wired contacts. The price was reasonable compared to other outfits, he was fast, and incredibly conscientious in terms of responsiveness. He taught me about things the new system could do, like call my cell phone to tell me when the system goes off, and provided me with a portable key fob that I could use to activate or disarm the system. Simply, Sean is a really nice guy, and very easy to work with. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would again choose ABEC security.
