When I contacted Jason over the phone, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, experience, and options for my white, 2013 Chevy Tahoe. I explained to him in detail the scratches and water stains on my windows. He then went into detail on how to correct those challenges. The next encounter I had with Jason, was bringing my vehicle to his location so that he can get a better view of the scratches and water stains. He did a full assessment of my vehicle, explained to me the necessary steps required to restore my vehicle, and provided me with all options that his company has to offer. Unfortunately, with my situation, I neglected to care for my vehicle, so I was a little worried. Jason assured me that with the necessary steps, my car would be in a much better condition than it was before ("Like new condition"). I strongly advise taking his recommendations to get the best care for your vehicle. Be prepared to leave your vehicle overnight if need be to get the best service for your detailing desire. Given my circumstance, I was unable to leave my vehicle overnight. When I arrived, Jason and his team quickly started working on my vehicle. I chose the System X Ceramic Protection five-year plan. Jason and his team started with washing my vehicle and touching up the scratches on the hood and doors of my vehicle. At the end of the day, to my surprise, he delivered exactly as he stated, "like-new condition." I was extremely impressed again by his professionalism and deliverance as he walked me around my vehicle discussing what had to be done to detail my vehicle. Remember those water stains? To the naked eye, they were gone and completely unnoticeable. Again, because I neglected my 10-year-old vehicle, some acid water stains remained but you really have to try to find them if you want to be that picky. To my desire, I was extremely impressed by his work. Jason then proceeded to advise me of the aftercare "Dos and Don'ts" to get the best desire of my vehicle. I highly advise taking his advice.
