This is the 4th car I have brought to United Solar to get installation done. All cars have had window tint & front end paint protection film (PPF) applied. What makes this review helpful to me & hopefully other readers was that this was the first time I had to bring a car back because I wasn't 100% satisfied with the application of the PPF. Paint protection film when applied to a certain electric vehicle brand that starts with a "T" - is difficult & complex. So I expected that the installer was bound to have some bumps. So when I first got the car back, the tint was impeccable & this car had literally a 1 piece glass roof that ran all the way down to the rear hatch lift handle - so a very BIG piece of tint application that was done perfectly. However, the front end PPF had some bubbles & wasn't flush to the cars' body in some spot - this will overtime trap dirt & moisture. I brought it back to get it reviewed & the owner (Bobby) & lead installer (Jordan) had no trouble understanding my concern & offered to re-do the entire job again. Needless to say this was all covered by the PPF warranty but still to have no "it's your eyes seeing thing" or "this stuff happens & it will go away" excuses & taking personal accountability says a lot about these people & this company. I took my car here to get quality tint and a quality job done. I started noticing red flags in the beginning where I would make appointments to get my car tinted and I would show up and they said that there was no appointments made so finally when I got an appointment made I got there after a couple attempts, and the guy said that the front girl that used to be a desk lady is going to tint your car and mind you the girl no longer works there I felt uncomfortable because she looks super young and Green He reassured me that's not a problem and he will guide her send them till in my car, and I had a conversation with him beforehand about the defogger to do it right because they have a disclaimer. And he reassured me would not be a problem so I trusted him and their end up the bubbles all the way down my back window and my side windows I reached out couple times they said bring it up when they try to smear them down didn't work then he said he'll redo it, but not the back window because I did not want them to damage to the fogger because they have a disclaimer saying they're not gonna be responsible when he reassured me and I trusted him then he returned to the side windows and told me to wait after winter when it's warmer out and he'll be able to get it out so I let them take it again, the side windows and those also had issues so I waited more and then I try to communicate I called the multiple times and I got gaslighted saying they were going to see what they can do and I never hear back. The communication from the beginning was super they say one thing and promise you and then nothing they have shotty work and their communication is beyond. Poor asked to speak to the owner multiple times, and every time she was on a vacation I heard excuses So I gave them multiple chances and I still didn't hear nothing back I've been up there multiple times wasted gas for appointments that were never made. When they told me they would get back with me didn't never got back with me. I've drove up there to talk to the person only to be told that that they'll talk to the owner which they never done and I never heard from it's been since October 2021 and I made multiple appointments I've been patient polite, respectful, the whole 9 yards and the Lady in the beginning told me since I've been patient and respectful so make sure she'll reach out to talk to the owner, nothing same thing as the man that does the wraps and the tint I asked for refunds and asked for the owner and nothing I had to reach out to the BBB and they go around lying and try to play devils advocate I finally after reaching out to the BBB came up there in person again with the guy that does the wrap and tint that claims to be the manager he try to manipulate me argued with me raised his voice was aggressive and try to play me for dumb and told me he don't care if I take him to court because he's been to court multiple which to me sounded weird then I asked him for the owner of excuses ask for her name. He gave me her first name Ashley, but won't give me nothing else, nor number, so when I left, she called me that week, and she was trying to manipulate me and make excuses for her workers and her poor communication I asked for a refund and she was coming for all these excuses. I went to the BBB and she even said I can get a refund. I told her I would take it to another tint shop they said they would give it to me if I had their old tint removed they did a poor job and they do not know how to conduct business and how Nasty they are being why would i so the new place said they would take it off and even communicate with them.I got pictures, videos and everything for proof. She told me that I get a refund and that'll work for the place to take the tent off long as I have the receipt and warranty I only found the warranty they know they're the ones that did the work and I gave them the warranty This business is not a place of business. They're liars and manipulators, and they don't own up to the poor work and they were argued with you to your blue in the face to court ,worst experience read more

I do not recommend United Solar for car window tinting. Took my BRAND NEW 2018 $85, 000 Mercedes Benz in for window tinting and as you can see from the pictures the condition my car was returned in. My back car seat is damaged with scuff marks and scrape marks. The floors were filthy. The window tinting was horrible. Owner was very pleasant initially then she stopped communicating with me. Mercedes Benz recommended United Solar, but I will let them know they need new recommendations. Never Again!! Customer beware read more

I made an appointment to have my car windows tinted. Arrived on time and had an excellent experience. Jordan couldn't have been more professional or personable. He answered every question without hesitation and educated me on what all the ratings meant and which ones fit my personal driving experience. He had set aside 2 hours to complete the job on my 2018 Camry XLE. It was done in 90 minutes. What a difference! Except for the tint on the windows, you couldn't tell anyone had been in my car. If you don't know, after windows are tinted, you need to let them "cure" for 3-5 days - meaning they shouldn't be raised or lowered until the film actually "dries." Since the work and product are guaranteed - and after meeting Jordan, I have no worries. Very happy with the service and I would recommend United Solar to anyone with any type of car. read more

Fantastic customer service and accommodating in every way with extreme attention to detail and technique. Although rather than window tinting, I had the lower portions of my Audi wrapped in vinyl for paint protection. Called on Monday and was able to make an appointment for Tuesday. The product was expertly fitted with a few extra pieces for added protection and I received clear instructions on what to do and not to do over the time required for curing.
