BROKE SCREEN IN VEHICLE. This place now offers audio installations. Not sure how new that is but if you go there in person they have signs everywhere. They broke the display screen while trying to install a new system for me and then said that's how it came in. It's not even that they broke it that makes me upset. They didn't own up to it. They said they'd have the manager call me and then just never contacted me. I'll get the screen fixed but like I said that's not what infuriates me. It's their customer service. How are you going to tell me how I took in my car in? I clearly took it in for an install and left with no install, $200 in the hole and a broken screen. Ridiculous. read more

This might actually be my first review done. Definitely not worth the $199 detail. Did not touch my trunk at all, not even a quick vacuum of small leave debris. Still salt and such under driver foot mat. Didn't clean top edge of windows where go into frame of door. Etc.. Main reason I had car detailed here was because shop next door repaired my shattered window, also there's still glass in the seat. Not worth the value. read more

Came here after looking for a tint place. They offered $100 off the high end tint package (ceramic). It was $550 for an suv but became $450 with the discount. I got 25 tint on the back and 35 on the front. It took about 4 hours from drop off to pickup. When I went to pick it up, I noticed some bad scratches and pointed it out. The staff agreed they missed it and said they would redo it. That took about 30 minutes and looked cleaner after they redid it on two of the windows. Staff was very friendly and explained the products they offered. They offer a life time warranty on the work, so assuming no issues in the future everything looks nice! read more

I got my tint do on Saturday end up it look great got 20% for the front and limo for the back of my SUV. But end up I got couple air bubbles passenger, front window and the rear trunk area that I had to touch up my self with a hair dryer. But front passenger side will need to get it done again. But end up I got done on Saturday and their business was close on Sunday. I had call them on Monday about the air bubble that I had end up I want to got dark for the two front but they want to charge me to get it remove and put back on just one day of change my mind. So people's out they make sure what you want to put on your Car or SUV for sure because it will cost you but they could be courtesy and kind to put it back on for free, since it was only one days of put it on for me. read more

The customer service was top notch and I would/will return with all tinting needs. Staff was seemingly very knowledgeable as well and explained each level of tint without pressure, I went with the ceramic and was very impressed with the look once completed. This is the most unprofessional tint shop I have been to. I originally went there to get my windshield tinted and another layer over my front two side windows. The windshield had creases and scratched all through it and my side windows had scratches and bubbles even after a week of curing in the sun. I took it back and they redid my windshield. When I got it back none of the water was wiped up from where they had to spray the film so now there is water streaks all on my dash and a black scuff on my headliner. Overall poor workmanship and unprofessional. Highly would not recommend this shop. read more
