When selecting a ceramic coat, Bryan gave me a number of options all at once and there was some confusion on which coat I was getting. I initially thought I was getting the Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra, but finding out I ended up with the System X Max G+ the day of pickup. I did say I wanted a warranty and for some reason I thought the Gtechniq had one when he was holding the package up before moving onto the System X when he was showing me when selecting a coating. Altogether, I'm not dissatisfied. I told Bryan at pickup what I was looking for in a coating and he assured me of the quality of the work and the durability of the coating. He stood by the product he was putting on and also would switch it to the Gtechniq if I was dissatisfied because of the confusion. I think my truck turned out amazing and time will tell regarding the durability of the System X Max G+ vs if I had the Gtechniq CSU. So far I am highly satisfied and would recommend Ralda's to anyone getting a coating. Just make sure you clarify exactly what you want and the exact product to avoid the confusion that happened to me.

One car which was hardly dirty, was cleaned well. The other smaller car still had dirt on the back seats, and the floor mats were not cleaned. When I looked on the back seat, all the cans of cleaning products (about 10 cans) were left on my back seat. I called the company and they said they would return to make the cleaning "right." I have yet to hear from them again. These two detailings cost me $330.00. What a ripoff!!! I will never use them again. I'm sure I can find some company more reliable and cheaper.

His pricing is almost unreal compared to a few of his competitors in the Richmond area (I did plenty of research). So much so that for the experience, I tipped him and the gentlemen he was teaching the craft to both $50 each and still came out cheaper than his competitors. His setup is simple, warm, cozy and the music was 90's & 2000's hip hop on the tv while sitting close to a wood burning stove was fire! Being up close and personal and getting to watch him do his work was pretty cool. I appreciated very much the attention to detail in his work. And for a bonus, I had to take my Camry to the dealership the next morning first thing and the tech and service agent both complimented me on how the tint looked (after I had to tell the tech not to roll the window down b/c it was less than 24 hours since Darryl did his work). You will NOT be disappointed! Please give Darryl a try and see what he can do!
