I was too tired to argue but I was totally disappointed with this place. $900 to remove a smell from my car and the smell is still in my car. They only masked it with the AC. I was lied to and I feel bamboozled. I won't even recommend my enemies to this place. It's not worth it guys get a local guy on the street and have him take care of you. at least you know you get what you paid for. Now I have to hire an Attorney to pursue this smh!!!

As you can see from…read moremy video my paint was basically begging to be paint corrected to get the horrible swirls the previous owner put on my car. I found astonishing detail and after going to do an in person quote with Gabor I instantly knew this was the place to go. After we agreed upon a price I was fit into the calendar about a week out. Gina took care of the booking and also answered all my calls about the car while it was in the shop. The Results: I couldn't have asked for better, the pictures should speak for themselves. The car is immaculate Gabor went over every inch of my car and made sure it was perfect. Given how rough my paint came in I almost cant believe its the same car. He also managed to get the scrape out (pictured) that a body shop quoted me 3k to fix because it was 'damaged down to the paint'. Astonishing detail deliverers astonishing results. I will be coming back in the future and they even offered me a complementary cleaning two weeks out to asses the condition of the coating and the overall paint correction. I treat my car like my child and I couldn't have put it in better hands. 10/10

Update as of 8/6/20: Yelp has more customer reviews posted stating that they were also scammed. Never heard a word back from this company. I have emailed several times and the phone is disconnected. Definitely a scam, check yelp reviews first! Update as of 9/9/20: So the owner finally emailed me on 8/24/20 apologizing for the inconvenience, and stated that his business was closed due to COVID. The offered me a refund for $190 and also a complementary service. He stated that my money would be refunded in 10 business days and we scheduled to have the complementary service done on 9/19/20. Once again, Lynwood did not show up. Now he is not returning my calls, emails, and my refund has NOT been issued. It's hard to believe that this is a legit company when they do scam like things. I don't even want my car detailed at this point, I just want my money back! Update as of 9/15/20: this man has lied to me about refrunfing my money and has now TAKEN an additional $190 from my account. I'm not sure what his issue is, and why he thinks he needs to scam people that want to support a black owned business. AVOID THIS "BUSINESS" AT ALL COSTS.

When selecting a ceramic coat, Bryan gave me a number of options all at once and there was some confusion on which coat I was getting. I initially thought I was getting the Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra, but finding out I ended up with the System X Max G+ the day of pickup. I did say I wanted a warranty and for some reason I thought the Gtechniq had one when he was holding the package up before moving onto the System X when he was showing me when selecting a coating. Altogether, I'm not dissatisfied. I told Bryan at pickup what I was looking for in a coating and he assured me of the quality of the work and the durability of the coating. He stood by the product he was putting on and also would switch it to the Gtechniq if I was dissatisfied because of the confusion. I think my truck turned out amazing and time will tell regarding the durability of the System X Max G+ vs if I had the Gtechniq CSU. So far I am highly satisfied and would recommend Ralda's to anyone getting a coating. Just make sure you clarify exactly what you want and the exact product to avoid the confusion that happened to me.
