I like coming here on my way to work. The cheapest was is $4 and you get in and out quick when they first open. After the wash you have the free vacuum that goes with the was you paid for. Some people seem to take forever with the vacuums. They fill up fast when it is busier. Once I was there and the wash shut down. Something happened to a car inside and a few employees went in. Then two cars pulled up to where I guess the office is. Might have hit each other but not sure. I think I got someone else's wash because I got the wheel shine and I did not pay for that. read more

I was pleased with the easy access to the line, and tidy lot. I was impressed with the vacuum, and how it had strong suction to get all the dirt up. I've been to a few car wash's, and it's annoying when the vacuum shuts off mid way, but GoCarWash's vacuum was running the entire time. The final high light of the day was when I locked myself out of the car, and the General Manager Ricky Portillo was able to get me back in, it was very hot 90 degree weather. I'm so grateful, he saved me a huge inconvenience if I had to wait for my husband. I'll definitely come back, very happy customer. read more

Rio Car Wash - Cleaned and ready thanks Guys! - Car Wash Near Me - Midlothian, Virginia

This is the second time their car wash has pulled the trim off of my door on the drivers side. I have a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. The first time I thought since it was a brand new car that it was possibly a manufacturers defect. I made them aware but I took it back to the dealership and they replaced the piece. I have had a membership at this location for the 2 years I have owned my vehicle so keep in mind this is how they treat a long time customer. This latest incident happened on Sunday and I made them aware immediately. It took them until today to get back to me. They have denied liability and said it must be existing damage. They have a camera/video system throughout the whole wash! They can see exactly when it happened but didn't bother to even look. They just sent me a form letter that did not address my damages specifically and clearly shows they send it out often. read more

Was a faithful customer but everytime I went to this location the vacuums never worked. I would be one of the 1st people there in the morning so there was no excuse. So after I asked more than a handful of times why they did not work I ended up going 2 lights down the street to Tommy's and when I tell you my car looks like I hand wash it every time and every vacuum there works!! read more

Bought a brand new car and took it through the car wash and something flew and hit my windshield and cracked it while I was inside the car wash. They told me they'd watch footage but I assure you they didn't because they winks too seen it happen. I've been a loyal member of this car wash for over a year and their response to the damage was very disappointing. I will not be going back! read more

This place is now called Go Car Wash and I must say I was so disappointed. I played for service where my tires were supposed to be shined along with the wash. My tires were so dry and a shy after the wash was done. I think they gave me somebody else's wash. I always wondered when they have multiple cars paying at the same time how do they ensure the right person is getting the right wash. I never had this issue when it was Rio Car Wash but not that it is Go Car Wash I am tempted to go some where else to get my wash. read more

As you can see Sal reached out to me from Rio Car Wash, I contacted him and he never replied, really Sal, why waist more of my time. Rio did refund my money, I am not going back. read more

We love this car wash. Very good prices and I see people of all backgrounds and ages working here each time I go. Very satisfied customer!

This place is good for what it is. An easy drive through car wash with free vacuums. Not sure why the low ratings but I'd definitely come here again. Choosing a wash is easy and they also have monthly plans! read more

We just did the drive through car wash hoping it would get dried on egg off our car but certainly not expecting much in the way of service. We were frankly stunned at how kind, pleasant, helpful, and committed the staff were to making sure our car got cleaned. Mario helpfully explained all the options to us, helped us select the right car wash and followed up when we exited the car wash to see if it had worked. It hadn't all come off so he gave us a cloth to help scrub it off and let us go through again until it was all off. Rio way over performed expectations and Mario is a gem! read more

I love Rio! I have the monthly pass - which is absolutely the way to go! Leaves my car shiny everytime. Close by and convenient!

I signed up for the mangers special during the summer promotion and they charge my credit card monthly for the full car wash, Once you enter the car wash, per the decal that was provided to me, the decal is suppose to recognize the full manager special, wash, wax, tire shine. NO on 3 occasions it's given me the basic wash, due to the fact, there's so many cars going thru at the same time. Their system can't figure which car wash package. If you're going to charge my credit card each month for a service, I expect to get that service. Imagine having to drive your car thru the car wash twice on the same visit. Customers Pay close attention, I'm going to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, this is a Bait and switch. This has happened 3 times at 2 of their locations, Hull street and Midlothia. read more

This car wash scratched my brand new car. They claim that it was not the car wash that scratched it and will do nothing!

Vacuums are great. Parking lot kept clean. Car wash does a great job. Only recommendation would be to offer monthly customers a once a month upgraded car wash at better price than managers special. read more

This is my favorite car wash in town. I'm never waiting too long to get my car washed and the customer service is above and beyond! I currently Uber / Lyft drive and upgraded from the basic monthly car wash to the $20 a month and let me tell you... I can / my passengers can really tell the difference. If you're on here debating whether or not to upgrade, I can honestly say, without a doubt, please do it... It's amazing and waaaaaay better than the $4 wash. Also, there are great vacuums at this facility. All the other people slamming this place on here, I just don't get it, but that's fine, I'll keep this gem all to myself then : D. This establishment even has an impressively clean bathroom at ALL times. Wish I could give 6 stars. My name is Alex Petrocelli, and I approve this message. read more

Rio Car Wash - Making my car look brand new! - Car Wash Near Me - Midlothian, Virginia

They made me take my antenna off my 2020 truck to go through the car wash I have been through 50 times with my membership. Now that GO is buying them they are taking off the antennas of all the trucks before you can go through read more

I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. I've had a membership to Rio for a year now. This week their machine ripped a piece of plastic off my passenger side door. After inspecting the damage, I was informed by their General Manager that my car must have had damage prior to entering the car wash and that "there was no way" their machine could have ripped the plastic molding off my vehicle. I can assure you, that my car was not damaged prior to entering the car wash and that while my car was in the machine, we heard the brushes hit the plastic and knock it loose. Mr. Kemp stated that they were not liable for any damage done by their machines. When I canceled my membership as a result, they did not care that they were losing my family as a customer. I would encourage you to consider using a different car wash if you don't want your vehicle to be damaged. read more

Awesome place for a quick car wash! I love any car wash with unlimited self-serve vacuums but I specially love this one because their wash is only three dollars. You would assume that a three dollar wash would not be thorough, but on the contrary I was able to clean my other half's white car thoroughly for the price. Since then I've stop by multiple times for a quick wash and touch up vacuum to make sure that my car is sparkling just the way I like it. read more

I love this Rio! They are always friendly and provide fast service. I especially appreciate Jay as he greets you with a smile and is very accommodating. If you need to get your car washed, I highly recommend visiting this location. I always leave looking shiny! read more

Paid $12 for a car was that included a tire shine. After the wash, I vacuumed out my vehicle. As the tires dried, it was apparent that no shine was applied. Had to speak to 4 different people before I was offered a shine pad and told I could do it myself. I asked to be refunded the difference in the two wash levels. Was told no refunds are given. I paid for a service I did not receive. A supervisor said he would apply, after I had already waited for over 20 minutes. Will not be returning. read more

Waaaaaaaay too pricey and touch screen is designed to make you choose the more expensive wash. basic 4 dollar wash is the same as the 20.00 manager special. tried and tested. More importantly, please keep in mind if Rio scams you just simply call your bank and tell them there is an unauthorized charge that posted to your account and by law because the charge is under $25.00 they will reimburse your account immediately no questions asked. Unhappy customer WINS. All of your top 10 banks will do this for you. This wash is the greatest around Chesterfield VA. I've been through quite a few times and every time I go through my car comes out as clean as it did on the lot when I first bought it. The staff here are always friendly and helpful and have a positive attitude towards customers. They're very helpful in helping understand what's wrong and are able to fix the problem right away. I recommend Rio Car Wash out of any wash around town. For what it's worth I think paying on a monthly plan washing my car as many times as I want is so awesome. I recommend stopping by sometime and checking out what they have to offer. It's great!!! read more

I use this car wash frequently. Today I was vacuuming my vehicle and afterwards I was looking for clean buckets of water to use to loosen the dirt off of my windows and tires. I asked an attendant for assistance and she then went to a co-worker for assistance. He told her to tell me he would do it after changing toilet paper in a restroom. At the time, he was much closer to me than the restroom and what made it so bad is that he was training a new employee. I told the young lady that customers should come first and she agreed. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. read more

Do not go here if you care about your vehicle! The car wash is mediocre at best, does not clean the middle of the front grill, nor the back tailgate. I also paid for an undercarriage wash and when I checked afterwords, the entire undercarriage as I just returned from the beach. After the wash, the undercarriage was still partially dry and covered in filth. The car wash I had also included tire shine, only part of the tire was treated. The manager let me go through a second time at no charge, and the same results. Their resolution was to go through a third time. WTF! When I showed him the undercarriage spray his response was "it doesn't actually spray the entire area"....it's an undercarriage wash! They refused to give me a refund, and I have now wasted 15 bucks because I have to find a decent car wash. read more

My son used this car wash on 9 Jan 2016. It did over $2500 damage to his new Infinity. Do not use. They will damage your car. Company refused to resolve. Take your business to another car wash. There are many cars that have been damaged by Rio Car Wash. #BadRioCarWash read more

My husband and I purchased the monthly car wash service sometime in 2015. Starting in January 2016 my sticker was not working. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue, first with employees and then with the manager who I initially tried to get to cancel the service and refund me the charges for February. On February 6th the manager called me. To resolve the issue I had been having for over a month he said the windshield stickers would be activated through March 31st with no additional charges. Assuring me the payments on file would be removed. Essentially offering me the month of March free of charge for my troubles. I did agree to this arrangement. The final straw in this whole situation came today, four days after the manager and I's conversation. I attempted to go through the wash moments ago and the windshield sticker was AGAIN declined. This situation is just beyond ridiculous. The only resolution I would be satisfied with at this point is a refund of our $27.43 and change for the month of February and to not be charged erroneously again. read more

Great place! I subscribed with the $10 monthly unlimited. The employees are always friendly with a wave and a smile. I love how you have someone standing by the gates; it makes me feel welcome. I gave a four because the vacuums don't all suck well, but some suck great. Also, there are events where Rio gives free or half off and I can't take part of since I am paying monthly. Great place and I hope it stays and I am glad Rio is expanding! read more

If I could give the car wash zero stars I absolutely would. My shark fin antenna was ripped off in the wash this past weekend. The associates at the wash implied the process for getting it fixed would be hassle free.... however, upon filing my claim the GM informed me there must've been a "pre-existing" condition, and completely denied ownership of the issue. read more

Affordable car wash with lots of vacuums. Did a great job cleaning my car after all the salt covering my car post snowstorm.

Ummm. Yeah. I just moved here from Raleigh, I'm not a newbie to the wash club program concept per month. So it was an easy sell to me. However, this car wash scratched my car really bad. A body shop shared with me it would be upwards of $3k to repaint the panels that this wash damaged on my car. Having it buffed/sanded costs around $100 and I was able to get about 80% of the scratches. Uno stars for you Richard! Thanks for looking into my claim, looks like there have been a lot of other people with scratched up cars from your car wash. read more
