Sometimes the person guiding me in doesn't seem to be paying close attention and then I'm not sitting in the groove correctly--I could hear my hubcaps cracking. Sure enough they were damaged after. I can't keep coming here if doing so cracks my hubcaps, I can't keep replace them maybe once but once I've done that I can't come back for another wash because I'm afraid I won't be guided in correctly and my hubcaps will crack again. This is a DIY car wash with a drive through component. I paid for the most extensive drive through option and the car was still dirty in numerous places afterwards. Towels are provided for interior glass and to wipe down the exterior, but there is nothing for wiping down the interior(dash, seats etc) nor is there any spray for exterior windows. It seems to be mostly for cars that are already cleaned that need a wash and rinse after rain, not really for a car that needs to be washed. read more

Avoid Flagstop Car Wash! After being a "member" there for over four years they recently changed their method of identifying the vehicle. When I went today the attendant couldn't find me in the system (although I had the required tag on my windshield) and after probably fifteen minutes of them fumbling around some goon of a "manager" told me to "get out or he would call the police." I was being pleasant with the young attendant who was struggling to communicate and I assured him several times that he would find it. This is the gem of Midlothian. For a low monthly price you get car vacuums, wipe down rags, floor mat cleaner, a wonderful wash and even an occasional air freshener anytime you want. Having a place with towels is good. But was not impressed overall. Parking lot is very small and not much space in between cars to clean interior and wipe down exterior w/out worrying about hitting each other's cars w/the vaccum hose, etc. Have been to other places for same price with much more space with bays, spray cleaners for interior and for windows included. read more

Beware! I wish there was a 0 star option because that's what they deserve. I brought my car in for a post snow car wash and left with my roof rack and rails ripped off. I specifically asked the attendant (Isaac) for no roof wash because I was told by an employee (in a past visit) to always verify that it's off before entering so that my car didn't sustain damage. Apparently Isaac thought I wanted it and turned it on. This resulted in it getting ripped off of my vehicle. I'm not sure why Isaac would turn it on even if I requested knowing it could cause damage. Seems like an education problem on behalf of management. An incident report was filed by Mason and I was told that I would be reached out to in 2 business days. 3 business days later I physically go up to the wash and was told that my case wasn't reviewed yet. Was called later that day by Tory (the location manager) and was told it wouldn't be covered. I was given the regional manager's name (Matt) and his phone number after being told that he was the one that ultimately made the decision. I immediately reached out, left a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. The employee that turned the switch on (Isaac) even apologized to me after and said it was a miscommunication. Tory also acknowledged the "miscommunication" on the phone with me. How can you acknowledge that your employee misheard me but then refuse to pay? This is part of owning a business and if you don't want to be responsible for damages to people's vehicles caused by your equipment or your employees then it sounds like you shouldn't own a business. There are PLENTY of other washes around town so be sure to avoid this one unless you want to go through the headache. This business has similar reviews by others with damages so this is clearly how they choose to treat their "valued customers". Nothing like paying $15 and leaving with a damaged vehicle. read more

I have been coming here since they originally opened under another name. It is a little out of my way but when I want my car washed I will take the trip. I used to live over here and the ride isn't that bad. Once I pulled in I saw that something was different. They have these towels around that are used to wipe down certain parts of the car. They are different colors for different things. Then when you are done you put them in the same color bin. Seemed like a cool upgrade. Originally the price was $5, then the old owners went up to $6. Now under the new owner it is $7. It really isn't that huge if a deal. There were a lot of people working. The vacuums are free with your wash. You pay at a machine before entering. You can choose what type of wash you want. Then an associate guides you in. My car came out nice and clean like always. I was in and out real quick even though there were a few people there. read more

My husband and I purchased the unlimited washes option for each of our vehicles. We live nearby and go there everyday to have our vehicles washed. Clean, efficient, and very friendly, helpful staff. Free "do it yourself" vacuum stations and cloths to wipe down the inside or outside. Do yourself a favor and purchase unlimited washes. Neighbors have commented on how great our vehicles look. I signed up for their Wash Program that allows unlimited monthly washes. My SUV back end door and window were still completely dirty after the wash. Good luck finding an employee and or the towels they promise to have available. I tried calling to complain which was a waste of time as the calls go unanswered. I emailed to be removed from the monthly program and finally someone responded that I would be removed. I had tried to also address the terrible wash, lack of employees, and no towels and they didn't seem to care. They didn't even offer to refund my money or offer a free wash to remedy my terrible wash. Business must be good when you ignore customer issues. If you have an SUV I would avoid this place. read more

This location is the Best facility I have visited, ever. The cars come out looking brand new, and they have a cart with clean towels/microfiber, glass cleaner, and an automatic mat cleaner that saves time on cleaning the interior. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Melanie even walked up to me today and gave me a complimentary air freshener! The only reason I'm giving you 3 stars is because the attendant let me drive through the car wash again. The attendant tried to tell me that my truck had tree sap on it. There was thousands of small droplets all over my truck from front to back. She kept telling me it was tree sap. I was getting irritated with her. She let me run it through the car wash and about 90% of the small drops of wax came off. You should have a class for your employees on how to talk with customers. $300 car wash!! I recently took my 2 year old Lincoln SUV to Flagstop. After exiting the wash tunnel, I proceeded to the dry off area and discovered that the 3rd brake light cover on top of my rear window was missing. I asked the attendant if he could search the tunnel and he returned with 2 broken pieces of the light cover. After an investigation by the manager on duty, I was told they were not responsible because the light cover was blown off by the dryer. I was told the light cover may have been loose because of the slamming of the hatch door over time(it never slams because of the auto-close feature). The recording did not show this specifically but that's what was determined. When I went to get repair estimates, I was told that they did these kind of repairs frequently and the car wash usually paid something. I wasn't even offered a complimentary wash nor did I receive a return call telling me they "probably" wouldn't pay anything. I had to return to the facility to get the bad news.
