Billy removed red stains from my light colored nappa leather. Unlike other well-known mobile detailers, his methods consisted of using the least abrasive methods initially before attempting steaming. He informed me that nappa leather consisted of 7 thin layers which were dyed, steaming would result in stripping some of the dye but that the lightening would be indistinguishable once his work was done. Luckily his safe alkaline solutions got the stains out after several passes. Seats look brand new. I had other companies tell me steaming was their initial recommendation. Would never trust them with my car when less aggressive methods could be used. Billy often works on stains deeply set in due to improper methods. I'd definitely seek his expertise in the future. read more
