When I contacted Jason over the phone, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, experience, and options for my white, 2013 Chevy Tahoe. I explained to him in detail the scratches and water stains on my windows. He then went into detail on how to correct those challenges. The next encounter I had with Jason, was bringing my vehicle to his location so that he can get a better view of the scratches and water stains. He did a full assessment of my vehicle, explained to me the necessary steps required to restore my vehicle, and provided me with all options that his company has to offer. Unfortunately, with my situation, I neglected to care for my vehicle, so I was a little worried. Jason assured me that with the necessary steps, my car would be in a much better condition than it was before ("Like new condition"). I strongly advise taking his recommendations to get the best care for your vehicle. Be prepared to leave your vehicle overnight if need be to get the best service for your detailing desire. Given my circumstance, I was unable to leave my vehicle overnight. When I arrived, Jason and his team quickly started working on my vehicle. I chose the System X Ceramic Protection five-year plan. Jason and his team started with washing my vehicle and touching up the scratches on the hood and doors of my vehicle. At the end of the day, to my surprise, he delivered exactly as he stated, "like-new condition." I was extremely impressed again by his professionalism and deliverance as he walked me around my vehicle discussing what had to be done to detail my vehicle. Remember those water stains? To the naked eye, they were gone and completely unnoticeable. Again, because I neglected my 10-year-old vehicle, some acid water stains remained but you really have to try to find them if you want to be that picky. To my desire, I was extremely impressed by his work. Jason then proceeded to advise me of the aftercare "Dos and Don'ts" to get the best desire of my vehicle. I highly advise taking his advice.

This is the 4th car I have brought to United Solar to get installation done…read more All cars have had window tint & front end paint protection film (PPF) applied. What makes this review helpful to me & hopefully other readers was that this was the first time I had to bring a car back because I wasn't 100% satisfied with the application of the PPF. Paint protection film when applied to a certain electric vehicle brand that starts with a "T" - is difficult & complex. So I expected that the installer was bound to have some bumps. So when I first got the car back, the tint was impeccable & this car had literally a 1 piece glass roof that ran all the way down to the rear hatch lift handle - so a very BIG piece of tint application that was done perfectly. However, the front end PPF had some bubbles & wasn't flush to the cars' body in some spot - this will overtime trap dirt & moisture. I brought it back to get it reviewed & the owner (Bobby) & lead installer (Jordan) had no trouble understanding my concern & offered to re-do the entire job again. Needless to say this was all covered by the PPF warranty but still to have no "it's your eyes seeing thing" or "this stuff happens & it will go away" excuses & taking personal accountability says a lot about these people & this company. I appreciate the professionalism, the final results & the customer first courtesy is why I will continue to send referrals & my own cars to United Solar.
