Well, after going through our car was not clean and so we went around to ask to go through again and a very stern unfriendly manager said that the satisfaction guarantee was only for subscription members. we mentioned that the sign should clearly say that and it doesn't. She continued to say that every Tommy's is different in their policy. We asked for contact information for the franchisee owner so that we could express our disappointment and she refused to give it to us. Even though we don't have a membership, we spend a lot of money at this location on our cars and are now going to rethink whether we will be returning.

I damaged the front bumper cover and foglight assembly of my 1999 Audi, (bought new and kept in…read moreperfect condition for 26 years). A "main stream" body shop said they couldn't get parts anymore and couldn't make the repairs. I was afraid I might have to part out my car over a bumper cover. The main stream shop referred me to Dayz. Dayz did a beautiful and perfect repair re-using the existing bumper cover, somehow making and finding new attachment clips, and also found parts from various online sources to repair the damaged fog light and its socket, the pop up headlight washers, and even plastic welded the cracked washer reservoir. The car was returned fully detailed inside and out and looks showroom perfect. They are very creative, resourceful, friendly and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased and am grateful that they were able to fix everything and help me keep my classic Audi up and running.

The staff is polite, the work is done quickly, and they are significantly less expensive than many other glass shops. This time, I had two shattered side windows (just some of Richmond's delightful vandals having a good time). They got my car in quickly, replaced the windows, and even vacuumed all of the shattered glass out of my car! The receptionist is well organized, gives you all of the information you need, and is sweet and professional at the same time. The waiting area is clean, and they offer coffee and snacks. One time I took a car in because the rear view mirror had broken off (nothing to do with their work'!), and they fixed it for free. This shop will be my car glass place from now on: pleasant employees, excellent prices, and great service.

The guys that work there are nice and helpful but the equipment is very poorly maintained. Often the pumps run ridiculously slow. A sign on the pump would be nice, "Heads up, this pump is running unbelievably slowly today". Most recently I opted for the car wash - no prices listed, I chose the best one. Of course the receipt was out of paper so I had to go inside to get my car wash code. Then the car wash was broken, it accepted my code but wouldn't select the wash even though it displayed a $9.00 credit. $9.00??? So, back inside I went. The guy came out - again, very pleasant and nice - and started the wash by flipping some switch inside the wash. The wash lasted about 20 seconds and didn't rinse all of the soap off.
