Definitely a scam, check yelp reviews first! Update as of 9/9/20: So the owner finally emailed me on 8/24/20 apologizing for the inconvenience, and stated that his business was closed due to COVID. The offered me a refund for $190 and also a complementary service. He stated that my money would be refunded in 10 business days and we scheduled to have the complementary service done on 9/19/20. Once again, Lynwood did not show up. Now he is not returning my calls, emails, and my refund has NOT been issued. It's hard to believe that this is a legit company when they do scam like things. I don't even want my car detailed at this point, I just want my money back! Update as of 9/15/20: this man has lied to me about refrunfing my money and has now TAKEN an additional $190 from my account. I'm not sure what his issue is, and why he thinks he needs to scam people that want to support a black owned business. AVOID THIS "BUSINESS" AT ALL COSTS.

My car gets really messy from carting my dog everywhere (dog hair is everywhere!) and the floor boards are always sandy from our trips to the river, but Bryan's crew gets every piece of dog hair and every speck of sand, and I couldn't be happier with their work. I work from home so I'll have these guys come out during the week and in a few hours I feel like I have a brand new car again! He's always very responsive when I have to reach out, their booking system is incredibly easy to book with, and at the end they send you an emailed invoice that makes it super simple to go online and pay with your card. Also, don't listen to the one-star review below this, because every employee of Mendez Mobile I have ever dealt with has been extremely courteous and professional; it sounds like Curtis L. was just being a Karen!

I booked services online and paid a deposit and I emailed them with no response. So I call and speak with the owner who tells me they switched systems and are overbooked and can't get to me for 3 days. I told him that's a huge inconvenience as I'm homeless and will be living in my car. I asked was there anything that could be done about the inconvenience and was asked what I wanted. So I asked if there's anything they can do for the inconvenience. Then he tells me he asked me a trick question as they have no options. So I said I want to book soonest possible and then he tells me in 2 days I can drop the car off for service. I told him again I'm homeless and can't just drip the car off that I still needed mobile service for Saturday as he originally said. Then he tells me they will just refund my money which means I have to wait days/week to get my money back to even book with another service and he said he didn't care that once any miscommunications or issues occur (even if it's on their end only) they refuse people service and cancel the appointments.
